Maryam did my first ever lip filler, and she was amazing. She has such an energetic and comforting manner and never once made me feel pressured to do more than what I wanted. She really focused on understanding my goals and made sure they were met. Throughout the appointment, she explained everything she was doing and checked in to make sure I loved the results. The whole experience felt effortless and supportive. Everyone there is beautiful and inviting, not superficial at all. You can tell they genuinely want you to feel happy and confident with yourself, not just sell you more product. I already booked my next appointments with Maryam and can't wait to come back. During our consultation she was pretty much trying to "judge" whats wrong with my skin/face and wanted to upsell facials and other treatments. She was very pushy and I didnt feel comfortable continuing anymore since I felt like I wasnt being heard and she said "you cannot start the treatments without committing to facials" despite explaining that I have an actual derm I see regularly. The whole interaction just felt very uncomfortable knowing that this lady whos not a medical professional is giving medical advice?? After wanting to find a new facial place, naturally I got on YELP. I booked my first facial appointment online then decided I wanted to add on dermaplaning and Blanca was so helpful when I called. She answered all of my questions and really took her time explaining things. I didn't feel rushed at all. She even shared that dermaplaning and a hydro facial are her favorite combo, which made me feel more comfortable because I've never had dermaplaning done. I could hardly wait until my appointment day! When I walked in, I was immediately greeted with friendliness and smiles from Anna Lisa and Jillian! They offered me a drink, so many fun choices! Then I signed some newbie forms. After Anna Lisa took me to a private room. Ugh, the vibes were amazing. 10/10. Major spa vibes, scents, sounds, lights, and warmth. Love that you can get cozy and put the towel robe on. Then getting in the heated bed is the cherry on top, but the facial hasn't even started!!! I honestly thought and felt like cool sculpting or some sort of fat removal surgery would be what I needed. Thankfully, Ann introduced facial heat therapy which helps target the loose skin and tightening it up while also boosting collagen, improving skin elasticity. Bye bye to the five chins that show up every time I take those up close pictures or pictures from the side.
