Dr. LeVeen and the lovely ladies at Rejuveen are a breath of fresh air. To start, I was looking for a place to get fillers + Botox, after some failed attempts at surrounding places. Lucky for me, I came across RejuveenMD & Wellness. The appointment service was easy to utilize and they are open on Saturdays, which flows beautifully with my busy schedule. I made the appointment last Friday, 2/7, and was at the doctor's office the following day! What a relief, in an otherwise overbooked, busy world. This is an overlooked, undervalued aspect to a business: making time for potential clients. Upon arrival, I was greeted with tremendous warmth, kindness and professionalism, by smiling faces and such pleasant energy and vibes. The place itself is clean, organized, and easy to find. During my consultation, I inquired about fillers and Botox, and they patiently listened and advised me on options. They shared their vast knowledge and were attentive to my desired end-results, addressed any concerns on their end and mine, and informed me of how they can best proceed to ensure a successful outcome. Dr. LeVeen made me feel comfortable: he has a wealth of knowledge within the practice, throughly explains the procedures, and shared wonderful stories!! I am generally a nervous person when it comes to doing anything to my face, yet I felt absolutely no fear, stress, or anxiety in Dr. LeVeen's presence due to his wonderful personality. The whole process was quick and painless. And the end results?! My face is absolutely glowing and it's only been 1 week! The treatments I received are Juvaderm Voluma + Botox: my wrinkles have subsided, I have more volume and overall a more youthful appearance. I have been getting compliments from family and friends alike, and even co-workers were stating "you look fresh"! :D I am grateful that I found this gem, and I will be back for touch ups. The treatment really deep cleaned my pores and cleared out a lot of blackheads, which made my skin feel incredibly smooth. I also had two pimples that the esthetician carefully treated. The facial finished with a very soothing and hydrating mask that left my skin feeling calm, refreshed, and deeply moisturized. The clinic itself is beautiful, bright, and extremely clean. I was scheduled for double eyelid surgery on October 18th and traveled from Sacramento to San Jose for the procedure. Right before my appointment, Dr. Lay called to say he was "sick" and needed to reschedule. I was frustrated, but I tried to be understanding. He then booked me for November 15th at noon. I arrived early at 11:00 AM, only for him to cancel on me at 11:30 AM--thirty minutes before my surgery. He admitted he was still in bed, claiming he was "sick" again. There was no genuine apology, no urgency, no professionalism whatsoever. At that point, it was clear this doctor cannot be trusted with anyone's time, money, or medical care. I demanded a full refund and will never deal with him again. If you value your time and sanity, go elsewhere. The text message from Dr. Lay was sloppy. At this point it looked less like he was "sick" and more like he was hungover and couldn't even send a proper text.

I really didn't want to write this review, but if it saves someone els from having to go through…read morewhat I went through and still going through, then it's completely worth it. I made a consultation appointment for lip fillers with Ellen, but when I arrived it was a lady named Vivian. She was super nice and explained the process. I asked if she could do it that day or if I need to schedule it for another day, and right away she said she could do it and told me to sit in the chair. That was one big red flag that I missed because 1. She didn't ask about ANY medical history and 2. She did not have me sign any consent forms or any type of form where the risks are stated. At the start of the procedure I asked if I could only get 1/2 ml done and save half for corrections, she said sure but had to read the box on how to store it... The first injection she did the needle got stuck in my lip and the rest of the syringe came out. I already had anxiety but this made it worse. She took the needle out of my lip and put it back on the syringe while a bunch of product was oozing out. Another red flag. She went on with the injections until Ellen came in, and without saying anything she tells me "you should get the whole ml" when every aesthetician knows that lip filler, especially first time, is best when it's added gradually. I came home extremely swollen and bruised which I already expected, but the following two weeks were terrible. It felt like giant cold sores all over my lips and it looked beyond bumpy with lots of pigmentation that was not present before. However, hoping for the best I waited out the two weeks and an extra week to really give it a chance to settle. But it did not improve. It took 5 days of me calling back to back for someone to answer the phone. I finally met Ellen and she was extremely apologetic, but she wanted to add more filler. It was insane that she even recommended that with the condition of my lips (see attached pics) so I kindly declined. She scheduled me to have it dissolved. I waited a week for it, anticipating the appointment because I knew dissolving lip fillers are painful. On my appointment day I arrived at the office, she told me to go sit in the chair and then proceeded to tell me that the dissolver did not arrive in time .... she didn't even bother to call and tell me over the phone so I didn't have to waste my time and saved my anxiety about the appointment that day. On top of that she didn't schedule me that day and told me to call later in the week. So once again, called, texted, and left a voicemail until someone got back to me and finally scheduled another appointment. When I got to my appointment, Vivian was there for the first time since injecting my lips. They told me to sit in the chair and numbed me. Ellen was in a rush so she barely let the cream sit for 5 minutes before proceeding with the dissolving. The whole time Vivian was standing over me and watching (again without anyone asking me) and asking Ellen questions that a simple google search could answer. Also, if you don't know how to reverse the injections you're doing on people, you should not be doing it in the first place. Due to not being numbed fully, not only did I feel the pain of the needle going in but also the dissolver was extremely painful to the point where tears would not stop coming from my eyes. At the end of the session, Ellen told me to "make sure I put ice when I get home", I literally wasn't even provided ice when my lips where 20 times their normal size (see pic). After 3 weeks went by I still have horribly bumpy lips. Every aesthetician I go to is completely shocked of the way the fillers were injected. I went back to Ellen to try to get this resolved, but at that point she was extremely rude. Everyone knows the injector has to dissolve the filler because they know exactly how deep they placed it, but Ellen claims that she "knows" and Vivian "told" her how deep. Now I'm stuck with lips that have lumps of lip filler that no aesthetician can get rid of. All in all, I wish I did my research before coming to this place because they clearly lack experience and knowledge.

She was super friendly and did a great job on my sensitive skin! I was glowing when I left! I can't wait to go back. I was originally scheduled with nurse Hana for Botox but then I was switched to Dr Kelsey Lipman at the last minute after my facial. I am so very grateful that I was! Dr Lipman took her time with me. I felt that she genuinely listened to my concerns and she was patient.(Even though it was already almost 5:00 and I'm sure she wanted to go home). She addressed all my concerns and all of my questions, which were numerous. This was my first time getting Botox and discussing fillers with any doctor. Dr Lipman made me feel very much at ease and made sure I had thorough understanding of everything. She was not pushy at all. She respected the fact that I wanted to have a lighter approach, and she tailored her technique to what I wanted. Dr Lipman really knows what areas to inject. I could tell by her process of telling me how to move my face, and strategically placing the shot, she *really* knows what she's doing. Obviously, Dr. Lipman has a great education but bedside manner is something that cannot be taught- it is intrinsic. Dr Lipman was super kind. When she did the first injection in my glabella, I started hyperventilating and freaked out. I have a needle phobia going back a long time, and I'm diagnosed with panic attack and anxiety disorder. The shot felt weird, since I was not used to it. I freaked out and said, "I can't do this anymore. Please stop!" She immediately stopped and said, "No problem at all, just relax and breathe, you don't have to do anything you don't want to do." Then she smiled and said, "Hey I'll be right back. I have something for you!" So here I am, trying to calm myself down because I just freak out about needles like that. (It stems from massive dental trauma when I was young). I really wanted the Botox though, I wanted that gift for myself. Dr Lipman came back in with a synthetic breast implant! She told me what it was and said ,"Many patients find this is better than a stress ball." Lol I had never seen or felt a breast implant before, so this was already novel and also amusing. She was totally right! It was actually extremely soothing. better than a squish ball to squeeze for stress! LOL so I'm cracking up about squeezing this breast implant and feeling much better about things so I asked her to please continue. She did, and she took her time and reminded me to breathe and told me when to relax. It was great, and totally not painful. Plucking my eyebrows feels worse. She was fabulous, she recommended when I should take breaths in when she's going to do the injections, and the whole procedure moved really fast. Many of the injections were completely painless, this was all my own psychological doing that freaked me out. I I highly recommend Dr Kelsey Lipman for any of your cosmetic needs. She really impressed me with her customer service skills and caring for me as a patient. Due to a personal history of anaphylactic shock, I had some concerns about a potential allergic reaction. Dr Lipman was kind enough to share her cell phone number with me in case of an emergency so I can call her right away!! I really value that service and compassion. This high level of care has been something that's been very rare throughout my medical history. Thanks again Dr Lipman, you are amazing! I look forward to next time.
