Does not look layered. The worst haircut I've ever gotten. And the owner was no help. I wasn't happy with the cut and she insisted that I looked happy. They will do whatever they want with your hair and will not give you a refund if it's bad hair cut. The owner was very rude and sarcastic. I most definitely will not ever go this salon! (Updated Response): First of all, I never said I didn't have the patience to be a hair stylist or that I went to several other salons that didn't give me the results I wanted but regardless, my personal business is irrelevant. Maybe if your hair dresser Esme wasn't so occupied with asking me personal questions she would've done a better job at cutting proper layers like I requested rather than chopping off several inches more than what I asked for...she also gave me uneven face framing which I didn't ask for at all. You're claiming that the long layered haircut I provided a picture of to Esme beforehand was not achievable but my hair was plenty long when I initially arrived for my appointment. Not only did she give me a bad haircut, she didn't style my hair properly either, it was frizzy and she used very little heat protectant on my hair if any. I also never stated that I was "happy" with the outcome of my haircut so do not put words in my mouth or twist the story around. As a business owner you should've done better with accommodating me regarding that situation as I was clearly not "happy". For future reference, you should attend business school snd Esme should go back to cosmetology school since you all cannot properly accommodate unsatisfied customers...instead y'all chose to argue with me that day as well as the next day that I went back so you could see, in person, the horrible chopped up haircut I received, and you continue to argue with me on here which is unprofessional overall.
