So my son was getting a haircut and this place was conveniently located in the same mall. We decided to get manicures and pedi for my wife. Plenty of parking. Went into the place and surprised by the updated decor which is uncommon for a nail place. Manicure was just fine and was also surprised by the scrubs they use for arms and hands which is also uncommon. Went to pay and $35 for a manicure? That's the most I ever paid. Bill $127. Cute and elegant on the inside, with complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (which is a nice gesture) as other nail salons charge. I had gone to a couple places before and they were quite rough with my nails, but then when I came to Oasis nails I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone there is super nice. They were also gentle with my nails. Very accommodating and will try their best to fit me in, even when I don't have an appointment. I give them a four because a couple of the nail technicians that have done my nails didn't do them as requested. They were slanted, uneven and kind of rough on the edges. Very sub-par nails. That happened a few times when I initially started coming here. Now I have found my nail technicians who do a superior job. I've gone to them since (about a year) and it has been more then satisfactory! read more

Had to stop mid-service because of how rude the girl was. She had an ugly attitude the whole time for no reason. What topped it off was when she dug her nails into my legs when putting lotion then asked if she was hurting me. I know this wasn't her first time doing a pedicure. Worst experience ever. read more

I would go out of my way to avoid this place. They charged me more than the menu price, used the dremel on my natural nails and 'accidentally' almost gave me gel when I told her about 5 times how I hate gel. And then, when I didn't let her put gel on my nails all of the techs start rolling their eyes at me. What a nightmare. I only get the opportunity for this every 4-6 months and this treatment was awful. The tech didn't clean my cuticles well or use the callous remover on the whole foot. Hard pass. read more

This is going to be long, so I'll put my main points here first. My nails ALL chipped the day after my SNS, pedi was not done properly - cuticles not cleaned. While fixing my nails, Vicky was talking on the phone in her AirPods the whole time. I seriously thought she was talking to herself for a better part of it. On top of that, she made me extremely uncomfortable for getting a different color (they couldn't find the original color.) Here is the full story: I went to get a pedi and SNS on my hands a couple of weeks ago. It wasn't all bad. I got the volcanic pedicure (I think that's what it's called?) The nail tech did an amazing job with the massage. It was very relaxing, however, the cuticles weren't cut properly. I get pedicures so my toes won't hurt and the edges of my toenails were left pointy and sharp. I don't want to have to fix them myself if I'm paying for a pedicure. As far as the SNS, it looked great that day, but started chipping the very next day. I went back a week later to get them fixed - they were all chipping after a week. Vicky said she would redo them for me no questions asked. She was very nice about it. So I told them my color - I remembered it by number and name bc I loved it so much. First they couldn't find it, then they found it and said there wasn't enough powder left to do my nails. (I promise this is important.) So I picked out another color and Vicky redid my nails. The whole time she was doing my nails she kept talking and I was so confused. I finally realized she was on the phone the whole time with an AirPod in her ear. As I was getting ready to leave she tells me she doesn't mind fixing my nails if there's ever an issue, but I have to get the same color. So I told her about how I was told there wasn't enough powder left and that I didn't want another color in the first place. That was enough for me to never go back again. Their lack of communication led to her questioning me when I was the one dealing with wasting my day getting my nails fixed with a different color than I had originally wanted defeating the whole point of SNS. I'm leaving an extra star instead of one, because the massage was great and because they at least fixed the SNS problem. Still won't be back based on the color fiasco. read more

$30 for SNS! Great pricing. Slightly thick in my opinion (this pic shows me with 2 layers on) but that's just how SNS has been with my nails. I'm hoping this stays on for up to two weeks because I usually get shellac. Nice service with free drinks and friendly staff. read more

Nice and clean salon. They ask you to wash your hands before doing anything as a precaution to COVID-19. Which is great! ALWAYS offer a beverage. I had the CBD Volcano pedicure and it was the best pedicure I have ever gotten although it was pricey they took their time and I was completely relaxed. One of their recent changes that I am not fond of is their rewards incentive they used to offer $15 off when you get 350 points but they recently changed it where its now 500 points. read more

In town for a vacation and decided to get a pedicure. Did a Google search for best pedicures and found this place. It was wonderful! When we walked in they asked us to go wash our hands and then pick the nail polish. They had a lot to choose from. Once we're seated, someone came and started working on my husband but not me. I thought that maybe the same lady was going to do both of our feet. It wasn't a problem for me because that allowed me to soak longer which I like. Someone else came over and started on my feet however. Her name was Alex. She did a great job. She asked if the water was ok and when I told her it was getting cool she added more hot. Her massage felt so good and the polish job was perfect. If I lived here (or when we come back) I would definitely visit this place again and ask for Alex. read more

This past weekend I stopped in for a pedicure. I did not have an appointment so I was worried when I saw it was crowded however they were able to accommodate me very quickly. I waited less than five minutes! A younger guy was told to give me a pedicure and I was very hesitant at first. I sat down in the chair and to my surprise the water was cold. I told the guy so he drained the water and filled it up with perfectly hot water. I got the KDS pedicure which was nice and worth the $35 I paid. The guy took his time and was attentive which I appreciated because I hate a rushed half done pedicure. Overall it was a good experience and I would go again. Only gave it 4 stars because of the initial cold water and the fact that there wasn't a lot of regular polish options. They had tons of gel and dip powder options though which I may try next time. read more

This is one of the nicest nail salons I've been in from FL to LA to CA and back again. New, clean, friendly, and affordable. They've got it all! Ken was a pedicure magician! I reach down to see what it is in it is a cockroach, I am completely disgusted and I messaged the nail salon and they did nothing about it. I walked in and I was told to wash my hands and I wasn't greeted at all. Id never been there before so I asked where and nail tech just said go to the back to sink. I heard them laughing after I told them I just wanted shellac and they were speaking another language and using the word shellac as they laughed. My nail tech didn't explain anything to me or ask me any questions on what exactly I wanted. He just said cut and i said just a little bit but he cut super short and didn't even shape it. I had to tell him after I saw he wasn't going to shape them at all. He also used a very course grinder and it hurt and when he polished my nails he was leaving a big space on the edges unpolished. His uv curing light was also really hot i felt my nails and skin burning and I had to remove them several times from the uv light box. Their equipment wasn't sterilized or sanitized. It was very dirty and gross there. I will never go back. They were unprofessional, unfriendly, and didn't seem to care about good customer service. It cost me 30$ and i still tipped but was not happy with their service at all! I also just had them done yesterday and one of my nails polish already chipped. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

Got a shellac manicure 4 days ago and the polish is already coming off. The technician also didn't push my cuticles back.

So Im literally sitting in the parking lot. Pedicure was good... The manicure on the other hand... No massage and I could have painted my nails better. Walking out with a shellac pedicure and (so called)manicure I paid. $65. Also Id been coming to this place for 9 months and they didn't have me in the system for the loyalty points and pretty much told me it was my fault for not finishing the process...every time? Went in for SNS nails and leg waxing. Nails came out pretty, but were brighter than the SNS "menu" showed. It looked light pink with sparkles, and turned out a hot pink, but it faded to a light pink in 2 weeks? Leg waxing wasn't exceptional. They did a horrible job. My nails came out crooked and super thick. He also cut my toes and fingers. He left a black hair on the polish and when I asked if he could take it off he just put on another coat to cover it up. WHAT?? They seemed very disorganized and even though I set an appointment I was there for HOURS because nobody could get around to do my nails. Visiting friends in Corpus, we decided to try the new nail spa close to their house. I found Oasis Nails & Spa on Weber Rd to be a very nice, CLEAN place. (I have been to new spas that were not clean and that is very important to me.)!Everyone was exceptionally friendly and polite. They have a variety of pedicures from which to choose....and beverages. I usually only go for pedicures, so I didn't pay attention to the other services they offer. I selected the Volcano Spa in a Box. My favorite part was the aloe rub. It was cool and refreshing. Vicky was my technician and she was fabulous! Henry worked on my friend and she had nothing but great things to say about him. Well.... We came to this place to have a good experience and left pissed off! This was my nieces first manicure and she was soooooo excited to go. I wanted this to be a fun time and left feeling like we were just the herd of cattle. The girl I got and ultimately my niece got was about as nice as a swarm of angry bees. month ago had a mani/pedi, they put me with a new male nail tech, i was disappointed with the sns, he was very slow and he applied to much of it on my nail, my nails looked like the nails of Herman monster. i tried telling him but he kept looking at me like i was crazy and laughing. i don't think he understood so, i talked to the manager's wife, i was not satisfied with her comments.
