Not only she is good at what she does but also has a unique ability to put her clients at ease, with her big personality and smile. She was so patience with me. Took us about an hour and half to draw and correct my brows to how I wanted (with Phalla's expertise). If it wasn't for Phalla, I wouldn't have this perfect shape. I had a hard time finding the right person for my brows because it is important to find one that makes you feel comfortable and trusted with your face. We had a Groupon, which means we already paid for three services, so I insisted I be given a free service at a later date. Reluctantly, she agreed. I went a few weeks later, my service provider was good and really sweet but overall, I have had a better scalp therapy, at a nicer location, for less cost.
