The staff could tell I was experiencing some discomfort, both ladies immediately took the time to help me and make me feel comfortable. Shandi went above and beyond. After listening to what I had been through, she offered me 20 minutes under the red light at no charge & carefully applied products to help calm my skin. As an RN with years of experience, she brings both knowledge & compassion to her work, & it shows. I also purchased a peptide serum she recommended for my continued healing. The entire team here are AMAZING! I have been seeing Trevor for my medical Botox (for TMJ) for years. He does a better job than any of MDs who have treated me previously. He is highly skilled and I consistently get great results cosmetically and maximum pain relief. I had my first halo laser treatment from Shandie today. She made sure I was fully prepared, had written aftercare instructions and was comfortable throughout the session with anesthetic cream. Truly exceptional. I've had cosmetic procedures done before by other professionals but Trevor and his staff are truly not only pros but fantastic people in general. My sister flew in from CA and I had to take her here for her first tox injections. She and I were treated by Katie. Man, she is so sweet and so good at what she does. We were both new clients of hers so she was really taking her time to understand the anatomy of our faces with such care. Her injections were nearly painless for me and my sister said the needle wasn't a big deal for her too. During our follow up, Katie noticed an ever so slight imperfection (one that I didn't even notice) and asked me if she could fix it--for free. Amazing. The staff is super nice, the facility is very clean, and the facilities is fun place to do something that can be nerve-racking for some people. A month later I had an appointment with THE Trevor. Man, he was soo kind, so energetic, and so honest. He and I discussed what I wanted to achieve and he said he's happy to see me through the journey, however, he presented a better option that would save me money and it would be a faster process--and it was with a different professional outside his practice. He could've easily said "I can do it. Give me your money!" But he was honest and wanted to point me in the right direction as to how I can get what I wanted, even if he wasn't going to get paid for it. He offered his support in anyway during the process. I've wanted lip filler for YEARS now, I've done research on many different places and decided on TBBT since it was a 6 minute drive from my house and all the reviews I came across was spectacular. My first interaction was a phone call that immediately had me like "okay I'm going here forsure" the front office staff and whoever is answering the phone was SO kind and so welcoming! I originally wanted kybella and lip filler but she told me to wait on the kybella and was super honest with me about how it's best to get it done in the winter so I can hide the swelling better. What an amazing experience start to finish. Just had Jordan do Dysport for me, as a first time customer here I was incredibly pleased by the entire experience. Starting with scheduling which was easy and the woman who helped me was so incredibly sweet. Then when I arrived I was welcomed by literally everyone including Trevor who wasn't even the person doing my service today. I had concerns about getting injections again because I felt like prior I was metabolizing it so quickly due to how active I am. So I chose this place specifically because of the owners affiliations with the fitness industry. I felt like I could really get honest opinions and they would know best what I should do. The guy who brought me back (I'm so bummed I can't remember his name) was so great and listened to me so well. When Jordan came in he was fully aware of my situation and concerns so I didn't need to repeat myself which was great. He was quick, super nice, and extremely informative. Walking in the lobby was welcoming , the front desk staff helped me get through the bit of paperwork.
