I had my first appointment at NakedMD Med Spa in Henderson last Friday, and overall it was a great experience. When I arrived, the office was busy--which I honestly take as a good sign. They were running a new client special for filler and tox, which is what brought me in. Once I was called back, I had an initial consultation with one of the assistants. We went through photos, inspiration, and different filler options, and they took the time to answer a lot of my questions. The assistant helped guide me toward a filler based on the look I was trying to achieve. If I had one piece of constructive feedback, it would be that it might be better for the injector to be involved in the consult from the beginning. When my injector, Sarah, came in, we did another consult and ultimately decided on a different filler brand than what was initially discussed. Since Sarah was the one doing the injections, it made more sense having her expertise guide the final decision. That said--Sarah was AMAZING. She was thorough, knowledgeable, sweet, and genuinely wanted to make sure I walked away with results I loved. She helped me choose the right filler, had a very light hand with the needle, and gave excellent post-care instructions. I've been getting injectables for a while, so post-care usually goes in one ear and out the other, but Sarah added extra tips that I really appreciated. She can be a little "bossy" during injections and while explaining aftercare--but in the BEST, funniest way. She honestly made my night! The office itself is clean and professional. All the staff wear matching uniforms and headsets, which made everything feel organized and seamless. I also received a free facial with my visit, which I'll be using in April as I freshen up for my wedding. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and can't wait to go back. I had such a great experience at NakedMD! Sarah was absolutely fabulous -- she really listened to my concerns and gave me exactly what I asked for. I highly recommend her, especially for first-timers! From start to finish, everyone was so professional, kind, and welcoming. I loved the little touches -- being offered water and snacks, the use of a vibrator to help me relax during injections, and the numbing cream that worked like magic. They even use Arnica, which was amazing -- it smelled great, soothed my skin, and I had almost no bruising afterward! At the end, they gave me reusable ice packs that helped a ton with swelling and comfort. Overall, the experience was seamless, thoughtful, and very professional. Staff was very nice, office was clean and pretty, only thing I didn't like was the somewhat deceiving advertising saying I could get my forehead done for $80. In Nevada you have to buy the whole vial no matter what. Once I was at the office and already purchased the $80 special this was explained to me then I was offered the $299 or a refund. $299 is still a great deal so I went through with it. Honestly I was slightly underwhelmed by my experience for a few reasons but I always want to start on a positive. The front desk staff was very kind, the facilities were very clean and decorated beautifully and the staff was very cute, they all had their matchy matchy fits with Fanny packs and fresh faces. Not a single person was overfilled or frozen, all natural looking fresh faces. The not so great... they have a lot of staff doing a lot of different thing in ad out. So one person checks you in and tries to upsell you, another person takes your before pictures and listens to your concerns, and then another comes in to inject you. I'm sorry but the person sticking a needle in my face should absolutely be the one doing the initial consult. There's so much room for error when you guys are playing the telephone game outside the room. So I go to check out and I was offered a free facial for 2 weeks later. I'm assuming this is really so they can see the before and after of their work, except nobody talked about results until I brought it up. I let them know that the reason I originally came in was not solved. The same exact process occurred again with one person consulting and another coming to inject. At least the second injector did a thorough review. I also did pay for the redo even though I honestly think it was due to the person injecting me not having consulted with me directly, like of course they weren't going to get it right. Also they don't allow their estheticians to accept tips. I know they can't be making as much as the nurses and while it's ethical for people providing a medical service to not accept tips the esthetic team absolutely should be allowed to and encouraged to accept tips, I highly doubt they can be paying them more than average while offering free services. I left with weird vibes, like I personally offended them by being unhappy with my own face. read more

The beginning of the visit was fine, I let my injector Rhe know my concerns that one side of my lower lip needs balancing. I agreed to get a special discount of tox for my "11"s and some crows feet and a lip flip, which left my eyebrows uneven, one of my eyelids kinda droopy and I developed a vertical line across my upper lip when I smiled. My lips are still uneven as well. Then when I called back about the rest of the vial of Botox I paid for since I had to buy a vial, they told me that the rest of the vial had to be thrown away.
