Notes: If you sign up for a membership and have a busy schedule, make sure that you push the month back or put it on pause if you can't make your appointments. If you choose to cancel, please be aware that you have 60days from the date of your last PAYMENT to schedule an appointment. That is where the misunderstanding came in at for me. I did suggest that when customers cancel, that they could go over their last payment date with them to reiterate that they have 60 days from that date to make an appt.
