I was on vacation in MN, so did a walk in. Service was quick & friendly. I had a $10 coupon expiring that day and repeatedly told the front desk worker to use that, NOT my rewards points...get a follow up email...what did they do? You guessed it. They used my points. Good lord. I have the manager call me back. She did it wrong. I call back the next day. At this point I'm a bit perturbed. This isn't rocket science. After much back & forth, they finally fix it. Had the screwup not occurred, this would've been a 5 star review. Had it been fixed the first time, it would've been a 4 star review. I'm being generous saying it's 3.5 stars, and even more generous by clicking the 4 star button. I'm only doing that because I was able to get in same day with no wait. Pro tip: always check your points & passes. EWC is notorious for screwing up your points, and passes. Another location "lost" my pass and won't do anything about it. I most likely won't be renewing my membership.

Once checked in, there were magazines to read or product to browse. However, my technician was right on time with no delay. What I appreciate most was the frosted glass door to the private rooms. Once your esthetician brings you back through them, your brought to a private room that again is organized, clean and labeled. I had my wax with Kristina B. And she was amazing! Casual conversation the whole time and such professionalism. She was honest about what to expect and taught me breathing techniques, which made the experience less uncomfortable.
