So, I hadn't gone to get my brows done since before the pandemic and then, the place I used to go to had received many negative reviews so I searched on yelp to find a new place and came across Face to Face. I saw the great reviews and decided to give it a shot. I was greeted very warmly by Shahin, even though she was busy helping another customer. I asked to use the washroom first and I honestly don't think I've seen a cleaner washroom which made me so happy. It was so clean that Shahin should teach many Chicagoland restaurants some hygiene lessons. Then came the time for the eye brow threading. First I was suprised to see that I would be lying down instead of sitting in a chair, but sure why not. I told Shahin that I was afraid because I wanted to keep my brows natural and thick and that usually brow places tended to overpluck but she promised she would keep it thick, and that's exactly what she did. My brows stayed thick while now having a better and cleaner shape. Also, the skin around the brows stayed calm meaning barely any redness so I could go out in public right away, and now I'm at day three and still haven't developed any pimples there which I tend to do after threading. I am so grateful to have found Face to Face and this is now my new eye brow place. Thanks Shahin! read more

Absolutely wonderful facial! It's a very unassuming storefront but the interior is clean and welcoming. The treatment rooms are cozy and the beds sooo comfy. She was gentle with my skin and it positively GLOWED after the treatment. It included massage of the top of my chest, back, and neck. I was so relaxed. I was looking for a place to take my daughter for waxing and threading and didn't think she'd be comfortable in one of the pricey Park Ridge spas or the anonymous low-budget places in the neighborhood strip malls. Face to Face was hard to find but has been a godsend. Jamie and Shahin are very approachable and have sought out ways to work with my daughter's sensitive skin. We've been extremely happy with the service and price, and the nice thing is that we are always in and out in no time. I went for a chemical peel and my face was burned. My face looked horrible for a week and I had to host both Christmas eve and Christmas with a blotched face. My money was given back but only after I called the next day and my face didn't get better and would burn when I put water on it, even though I had been assured it would be fine the next day. The Esthetician Shahin kept saying my face looked better but that's an insult considering it was burnt from the chemicals being left on my face too long. I knew there was a problem when she kept asking every few seconds whether or not I felt any burning. Someone with experience would not be asking every few seconds. The other services I had here were great but I do not recommend getting a chemical peel here ever. read more
