I got a full body wax for the first time, and I'm so glad that I came here. Both ladies that were working made the entire experience even better. I am so so happy. The prices are extremely reasonable. Unlike other pak/Indian salons, they accept credit card. Almas and Eltaf do an exceptional job with my eyebrows and waxing. They are very attentive. They take their time and don't burn or cut me like other places. These women are extremely experienced. Please give this salon a try. I had the hardest time finding someone in the city who could thread my eyebrows without them looking uneven or a hot mess, but when I came across this shop, Sonia was fantastic. She is very light handed so it helps with the discomfort of threading and my skin, that is very sensitive, won't stay red for a couple of days, it is more like a couple of hours tops... If you are in need of someone who will not only tell you what style would look best on you, but also not hurt you in the process, to make a fast buck, this is the place to go. I would come here a lot but after awhile once she knows you're a regular, she stops listening to your needs and assumes she knows. My eyebrows are a big deal. So when I grow them out, I expect them to be thick and even. When I tried telling her "don't make them thin I'm trying to grow them out" she just waved her hand at me since she was on the phone with someone on speaker. My eyebrows are thick btw because I have been growing them, anyways, when I told her wax not threading, she said ok. But she didn't even bother cleaning them up with thread or nothing. I've been here before to get a Brazilian wax 4 years ago and I used to get wax from the owner which her work was great painless and she knew what she was doing but this time around I went to get the same thing a Brazilian wax and was the most horrific experience I've had so far. the girl thatDid my wax was extremely unknowledgeable and pulled my hair from every direction possible it was extremely painful and to make matters worse she didn't speak much English then as she started going further into it I couldn't continue on due to the pain and someone else had to come through and coach . through it which she seemed nervous to see me bottomless and then they didn't have towels or tissues to help me remove the wax which was stuck all over my skin and they were trying to pull the wax individually out my skin which was was even more painful and aggravating I was extremely humiliated and on top of that when she went to get some supplies she left the door open and I was felt so overwhelmed I couldn't believe what was going on they would respect my privacy and they didn't respect the fact that I did not want to continue with the service I had to argue with them to stop and they kept trying to pluck the wax out my genital area and it was just so humiliating and they just wouldn't stop trying to convince me to finish off.I had to yard and to find make them stop in to leave and give me privacy so I can put back my clothes thankfully they did not charge you for the service I did not finish the service and I would never recommend anyone to go here to get a Brazilian wax I'm really disappointed in how unprofessional they handle the situation and how unprofessional they are. It was obviouse they were after the money then having insuring a good service. Now im left with small bleeding spots and small wax balls stuck everywhere, i had to buy neosporin, and peroxide.
