LOVE this place! They are super flexible on scheduling and always have availability. You are greeted with a complimentary beverage, tea, mimosa...and chocolate!! They have amazing flash sales... I bought like 6 express facials on an amazing deal, I get one a month and it's just what my skin needs! They do extractions, steam, hot towels, and cater to your skins needs. They always include a free microdermabrasion or Peel with the express facial deal that I bought. Morgan gave me an excellent facial yesterday. I went in for a premium facial I bought on Groupon. Not a great experience. I checked in at 9:15am for a 9:30am appointment (as I was told to do via email). Sat around for a while waiting to get called back; they didn't have me fill out a new patient form before I got seen - weird. There is no "relaxation den" or calming space as most spas have to prep you before you see a specialist. That kind of killed the mood. Once I got called back I was freezing cold - also weird. I've never been to a spa that keeps the temperature that cold! Even under the blankets as I was getting the facial I was freezing. Anyways, the facial itself was nothing special, but that also could have been because they didn't take a new patient form for me. This woman went to work on my face without knowing the medications I was taking and any health problems I may have had, and honestly she didn't seem to care. Maybe that's cause I was a Groupon customer. Well the facial didn't last the full 60 minutes I was promised; it ended early. I left the room, tipped generously (as they tell you you must on their Groupon), finally was asked to fill out a new patient form, and now a day later I'm not feeling great about my skin. I've gotten a new breakout since the facial and my skin is incredibly dry and flaking. Haven't had this issue with other facials I've gotten at higher end spas such as milk + honey and Viva Day Spa. I have one more Groupon for a premium facial at Face to Face but I don't think I'll be going back... 2 stars because there are Dove chocolates in the lobby? lol read more

I had an amazing experience and will be back! I found this spa on Groupon for a great facial deal & decided to check it out. The spa itself is beautiful and extremely clean. Every staff member was friendly and made us feel comfortable. After the facial was done I really appreciated not being pressured into buying extra products. My esthetician educated me on some products that would be beneficial and showed me where they were located if I was interested. They also don't push you to become a member. The girl at the front desk explained how it works and that you can sign up at any time. This is truly a great way to pamper yourself and get really healthy skin by doing regular treatments. I love the subscription aspect as well so I don't really have to think about it. I signed up for the chemical peel membership that stated, "Plus, receive 3 free peels and a free remedy gel upon sign up." This statement is ONLY true if you are STUCK with them for at least 6 months. The first time I was there I had a microdemabrasion treatment; and I left with multiple scratches on my face. I had a "free" makeup application (horrible). I have pictures of that. Over all, there was no improvement on my skin. I had a horrible experience. I do NOT recommend this place. nail polished wiped all over your face??? i wanted to share a bit of feedback since i have not been to your spa before. having been to other spas i had a point of reference. for a "relaxing 75 minute facial treatment plus dermabrasion" being asked to hold a handheld fan was not relaxing but actually awkward. and for prep of the microdermabrasion there was no talk about the process. the tech kept wiping my face saying she needed it to be as dry as possible and then i got a faint odor of nail polish removal and i asked if she was putting that on my face and she said yes - it had proven to be effective. now my first reaction was tension in my neck and face thinking i have never heard that before and there should be another process other than nail plush remover. ironically, the test of the time the tech pitched the organic products and treatment on my face- it didn't feel professional. like i said never had that on my face before. The GM merely said thanks for feedback. I think they should have refunded or put me with a new tech. not a relaxing experience. ' read more

I've been happily going to Face to Face spa at West 6th street for almost a year now. I had seen the spa by walking by and it looked so inviting that I gave it a try. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I felt like a valued client so I became a member. I was hooked from then on. The front desk ladies are always so nice and the atmosphere is both comfortable and sparkling clean. I went in for a dermaplaning with facial and loved it! I go now every 3-4 weeks and my skin not only feels amazing but looks so much better too. I always make my appointments with Caitlin because besides being professional, she's always friendly, kind and skilled. I know I'm in good hands with her. When I first starting going I had really bad white heads on my forehead and cheeks. I also had fine lines around my eyes and mouth.
