First time at the Facial Lounge and the spa is really cute with a relaxing vibe and staff nice and friendly. I had the standard facial with light therapy. The room was zen with a nice warm bed and relaxing music. My esthetician Nicolle did a good job, however, was 10min late getting me with no apology. She did not add time on the back end. So essentially I missed out on 20% of my service. I mentioned this to the gal checking me out and she was very sweet and apologetic and claimed she would let her manager know. No one reached out - Very disappointing not sure I would go back. Edit- Received a call from the owner shortly after my post. First off, let me just say the salon is the cutest thing ever and every single one of the staff were literal angels. What an incredible experience! Not only is the salon super pretty and in a great location/easy to find/ample parking, but the staff was also very kind and welcoming. Cassie was my esthetician and she was so sweet and informative. I have very acne prone skin that can be sensitive so I've always been nervous to try new things, but she gave me so many tips to help my acne at home and explained to me why they work/the science behind it which I really appreciated. We did extractions, red light, masks, and a few other products she felt would suit my skin during my facial and I got so many compliments today about how glowy my skin was! They checked me in at the front desk promptly and were very welcoming and helpful. Spent a couple mins in the (very cute) waiting room since I was a couple minutes early and then started my service right on time. My esthetician was Ellen and she was amazing! Super knowledgeable, so friendly, and gentle with my skin while getting the job done. It was not a hard choice to become a member after this appointment. I was truly pampered at my first appointment, and my esthetician Mercedes was such a doll! I got the signature facial, and they gave me complimentary red light therapy since it was my first appointment. I used to have clear skin, but lately I've been struggling with hormonal acne. The gals helped me feel confident and get my skin back to normal. I love their products because they are clean and locally made! When I signed up for the membership, they even included a $60 gift card that can be applied towards my next appointment.
