My friend brought me here as a birthday gift. It's a brand new location that's only a month old. The shop is located right next to Coffee Dose. Pricing: $125 for a facial and if you're late it cuts into your time. I feel that it's a pretty strict policy as the pricing meant that I paid $125 for a 35 min facial when it was supposed to be 50 min. I was I was given at least 5 more minutes so that's kind of disappointing. I was satisfied with the facial and Lea was very informative. However, I felt like when we arrived, the girls weren't welcoming. My friend stated that the girl that worked on her didn't really take the time to get to know her and made her feel rushed, which is why we both won't be back. I did, however, take home a product for my skin. They seem to have a strong line of products that are reasonably priced. It's unfortunate that my experience lead me to decide not to be back, but I feel that they should do well in this prime location. read more

I had the most amazing experience with Shea She gave me a wonderful facial. She educated me on the fact that my skin barrier was extremely dry and that the products I was using were terrible for my skin. The oils were clogging my pores allowing nothing to get in and nothing to express, and making my skin unhealthy. She was so gentle and professional in her facial and in the hand, arm, neck and shoulder massage that followed. I was amazed how much better my body felt when I left her space. It was a very serene and calming space and her helpful and illuminating words helped me in my personal life. She's very wise. The music was soft and I melted onto the table immediately. The table was heated and the cover on the table was thick and cozy. The blanket on top of me was soft and silky, the perfect weight. I wasn't too hot or too cold, just the right temperature to receive the most amazing facial and massage. Afterwards she introduced me to the most natural and organic products that would be perfect for my particular skin type. I got the hydrating cleanser, the advanced recovery serum, and the luxe calming facial crème just for after wash and serum at night. My skin feels incredible already. I feel like my face is moisturized and youthful. I feel more confident and so happy about my whole experience with Shea. I can't wait to go back and experience that loveliness again. First time at the Facial Lounge and the spa is really cute with a relaxing vibe and staff nice and friendly. I had the standard facial with light therapy. The room was zen with a nice warm bed and relaxing music. My esthetician Nicolle did a good job, however, was 10min late getting me with no apology. She did not add time on the back end. So essentially I missed out on 20% of my service. I mentioned this to the gal checking me out and she was very sweet and apologetic and claimed she would let her manager know. No one reached out - Very disappointing not sure I would go back. Edit- Received a call from the owner shortly after my post. I was truly pampered at my first appointment, and my esthetician Mercedes was such a doll! I got the signature facial, and they gave me complimentary red light therapy since it was my first appointment. I used to have clear skin, but lately I've been struggling with hormonal acne. The gals helped me feel confident and get my skin back to normal. I love their products because they are clean and locally made!
