Another update a year later. A dermatologist had to help me repair my skin barrier. I cannot believe what happened to my face directly after my visit here. This is my skin a year later. While recovered I now have scaring that I'm afraid I may have for a very long time. My skin used to be baby smooth. I had never in my life had acne like that until the products Amber sold me. **January 2023: Friday Afternoon Visit** I planned an extended vacation in Spain during the months of December/January so I knew when I returned my face would be in dire need of a reset, so I booked my appointment the day after I flew in. When I called to book my appointment the operator was very kind and informed me that there were two locations. Since I live closer to their second location I decided on that one and selected their signature custom vegan facial. Parking was easy as there were ample spaces. Upon arrival I checked in and Morgan came to greet me. She directed me to the room and provided a robe for me to get ready. I laid on the bed and it was so comfortable and the blanket was perfect to keep the rest of my body warm. Morgan did a great job extracting my white and blackheads and I really loved the neck/shoulder and arm massage. I think the exfoliation and red light treatment did wonders for my skin because I noticed that it felt much more plump and supple. At the end of the treatment I was handed a bottle of branded water, paid gratuity, and went on with my day. I saw Chloe for dermaplaning this evening and she was amazing! The reason I am giving 2 stars is due to poor communication with the front desk. I had called and asked how much dermaplaning is and was told it would be $60 (non member pricing). When I went to check out I was rung up for $135 (mind you this was just a 25 min dermaplaning service and not a facial)... I said I was told it was $60 and the staff spoke to the manager on staff. She said that the error was on their end, and they misspoke; and the best they could do would be $100. The service was amazing but I wouldn't have spent that much just for dermaplaning. Given that acknowledged the error was on their end, I feel that they should have honored the price that they told me. Definitely disappointed in how this was handled because I was considering signing up for the monthly membership, but now I wouldn't. They have state of the art, modern zen vibes, the words of affirmation on the doors, nice waiting room that is totally relaxing. They use all natural products. I loved my amazing facial experience. It's super affordable, a facial is $125 which includes steam, masks, extractions, red light therapy, cold bulbs to stimulate, shoulder/arm massage. Totally worth it. Oh my goodness! Best facial my husband and I have ever gotten! I have rosacea which means extreme sensitive skin and I rarely get facials because I don't trust anyone or many of the products out there. My friend brought me here as a birthday gift. It's a brand new location that's only a month old. The shop is located right next to Coffee Dose. Pricing: $125 for a facial and if you're late it cuts into your time. I feel that it's a pretty strict policy as the pricing meant that I paid $125 for a 35 min facial when it was supposed to be 50 min. I was I was given at least 5 more minutes so that's kind of disappointing. I was satisfied with the facial and Lea was very informative. However, I felt like when we arrived, the girls weren't welcoming. My friend stated that the girl that worked on her didn't really take the time to get to know her and made her feel rushed, which is why we both won't be back. I did, however, take home a product for my skin. They seem to have a strong line of products that are reasonably priced. It's unfortunate that my experience lead me to decide not to be back, but I feel that they should do well in this prime location. read more

I had the most amazing experience with Shea She gave me a wonderful facial. She educated me on the fact that my skin barrier was extremely dry and that the products I was using were terrible for my skin. The oils were clogging my pores allowing nothing to get in and nothing to express, and making my skin unhealthy. She was so gentle and professional in her facial and in the hand, arm, neck and shoulder massage that followed. I was amazed how much better my body felt when I left her space. It was a very serene and calming space and her helpful and illuminating words helped me in my personal life. She's very wise. The music was soft and I melted onto the table immediately. The table was heated and the cover on the table was thick and cozy. The blanket on top of me was soft and silky, the perfect weight. I wasn't too hot or too cold, just the right temperature to receive the most amazing facial and massage. Afterwards she introduced me to the most natural and organic products that would be perfect for my particular skin type. I got the hydrating cleanser, the advanced recovery serum, and the luxe calming facial crème just for after wash and serum at night. My skin feels incredible already. I feel like my face is moisturized and youthful. I feel more confident and so happy about my whole experience with Shea. I can't wait to go back and experience that loveliness again.
