Ryan & staff are Incredible. My son Derek is 31 years old and special needs. Ryan and staff fix his A TV and Yamaha motorcycle. Always patient with him and he spends time at Ryan's shop. Excellent work on Derek's bike & a tv at fair prices. Ryan is #1 in our book!

I had them mount two tires on rims for my dirt bike. They were fast, reasonably-priced, and efficient. Will try them again.

After recently selling my 2019 KTM 500 EXC, I was looking for a new street-legal dirt bike and decided on a 2026 Beta 390 RS Special Edition. I'll start by saying that in the past, I had never purchased a motorcycle from Ken & Joe's Powersports because their pricing was typically higher than competing dealers. This time around, however, they came extremely close to the best price match I could find on the Beta. Since K&J is also my local Santa Clarita powersports dealer, I decided to give them my business and an opportunity to earn my future Parts and Service business as well. Sales: The purchase process was extremely quick and straightforward. There was zero pressure and no unnecessary upselling, which I really appreciated. Everything was handled quickly and to the point. The sales staff could probably be a little more personable or talkative, but that is a very minor observation and certainly nothing negative about the transaction. Most importantly, they stayed more than an hour after closing to finish my purchase, which I greatly appreciated. Parts: My experience with the Parts Department has been excellent. The woman working Parts is incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to talk with every time I visit. Communication has also been top-notch. Whenever I have ordered parts, they have kept me updated and contacted me promptly when everything arrived. I did have one issue when a non-Parts employee answered the phone and told me an exhaust would be ordered for me. Several days later, I happened to discover that it was never ordered, and nobody had contacted me to let me know there was an issue. I was also told they couldn't get the exhaust, which ultimately turned out not to be the case because I was able to have it shipped directly to me through Beta. That was frustrating, but it appears to have been an isolated communication issue rather than representative of my overall experience with their Parts Department. Service: Service has also been outstanding. They have been quick, straightforward, and reasonably priced. Most importantly, they have gotten the work completed without unnecessarily holding onto my motorcycles. That's something I really value because I don't want a bike sitting at a dealership for days when the work can be completed much sooner. Overall, I have been very pleased with Ken & Joe's Powersports. Between purchasing the Beta, ordering parts, and having service performed, they have earned my business. As long as they continue to remain competitive with their pricing and maintain this level of Parts and Service support, I will continue to be a K&J customer.

From the moment I walked in until the second I got my bike work done, they communicated with me, kept me posted, and helped me choose the right modifications for my needs. This isn't your typical corner sport bike shop that charges you little for subpar work. If you want premium work done on your ride, you need to pay premium for it, and that's exactly what Motorsport Exotica is about. Tanner was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and working with my schedule. I felt so welcomed and the shop is absolutely amazing. The beautiful rides and awesome vibe make it a great place to be. I also got to meet all the employees who do the actual work, and I was stunned by their originality and talent. The showroom floor was remarkably clean, welcoming, and the entire staff was absolutely delightful and attentive to my family of five. The highlight of our visit was working with Whitney in the apparel section. I was searching for the highly sought-after Factory Racing hooded sweatshirt. While they didn't have it in stock, Whitney mentioned they might get a shipment the following day. Since we live in the Bay Area and were just passing through, I was disappointed that I'd miss out by just one day. Whitney immediately went above and beyond. She offered to speak with her manager about shipping it to me, created an account, took my information, and promised to follow up. True to her word, she called me the very next day to let me know they could do it! She sent a secure payment link and got the sweatshirt shipped out promptly. I am incredibly impressed with Whitney's exceptional level of service, attention to detail, and flawless follow-through. During the paperwork process, the finance person explicitly pointed out a specific line item on my contract and told me it was a fee for "mandatory theft protection." When I dug into this deeper, I discovered it was actually a hidden charge for my 1k and 5k mile services--the exact same services the finance person had just explicitly told me were free because they were part of my ESP plan. When I asked for copies of my signed documents before leaving, the finance guy said I didn't need them now and would get them when I picked up my bike a couple days later. This in and of itself is a violation. Far worse than this deceptive behavior, I later discovered that my signature had been forged on a contract document without my knowledge or consent. Forgery and contract deception are serious violations, not standard dealership misunderstandings. When I confronted the dealership management with the evidence, they were forced to void the transaction and return my trade-in vehicle. While I am glad to have my property back, management has completely blown me off, refusing to take accountability or explain why their staff is falsifying charges, withholding paperwork, and forging customer signatures. This is a massive breach of trust and a serious consumer violation that should not be swept under the rug. A formal complaint has been officially filed with the California DMV Investigations Division. If you choose to do business here, check your paperwork line-by-line with extreme scrutiny before you leave.

I happily pay because they've figured something out that I couldn't. My shocks do not have adjustable compression damping. I look at the shocks and see the preload was set way back. They charged me $182 to dial back my preload. Total ripoff. On top of that, the screw they pointed to and told me was compression damping adjustment was actually the nitrogen gas relief valve. I had to take the shock to ohlins and make sure everything was still good. When I spoke to the owner or manager, he denied ever saying he adjusted compression damping, told me I'm confused and "misunderstandings happen all the time." He denied touching that screw even though I witnessed it with my own two eyes. He argued there's cameras in the shop and I said let's see it. Of course, he didn't pull the footage up. I'm not happy with how this business handles customer dissatisfaction. If he told me on the spot he adjusted preload, we'd be all good. But he denied everything and wouldn't look me in the eyes to talk to me about it. More important things to do apparently.
