Really great experience working with Brian on getting my FE350 dialed in before a big trip out to Johnson Valley for an event. For reference I've been riding on stock suspension for 2 years that was NOT dialed in for my height and weight. So taking it in for a full suspension rebuild was a big deal for me From the start of the process with the questionnaire, to drop off, and finally to pick up, everything was smooth and clear cut. There were no surprises. I didn't feel as a woman in the motorsports space, that I was being taken advantage of or oversold. For years I have been dropping off my pride and joy raced out Honda 450(s) haggard and broken (my own doing) and he consistently hands them back to me in perfect race ready condition on time and on budget.
