The most I pay for my son's haircut is $40 and we get enhancements, and styling done with the sponge and that's in Los Angeles!!!!! Leave open wound cuts on my head 2-3x I think one fit the barber was new or something

Terrible, terrible, terrible! First and last time here! The barber was extremely rough with my 8 year old. Made him cry, then when I told him he was being to rough he told my son he needed to man up. I informed this asshole that my son has gone to the barbershop numerous times and has never cried, to which he responded he is an old school military barber and doesn't baby the little kids. sir you don't charge old school prices so how about you provide quality service! I don't know if he was using dirty clippers or what, but my son got instant numbs all over his forehead! To top it off he shaved my sons eyebrow, he took an extremely long time, I asked him to just leave my son at least 5 times and he just kept cutting. Never again, horrible horrible. By far the WORST BUT WORST place I have ever been to get a haircut. I went in yesterday morning to get a last min haircut and he had told me that I had made the right choice to come to him. That he is one of the best barbers up here in the high desert. To start off when I walked in there was nobody inside, so I waited for a little bit to see if anybody would come out, but so then I guess there was nobody so I started to walk out, but then when I walked out, one of the guys have came in saying can I help you? But it also smelt so bad in there like marijuana. When he started to cut my hair, he was super rough. It was hurting me. And I had even told him can you go a little more gentle cause it hurts, but it sounded like he didn't even care because he continued with what he was doing. Also, when he was going to blow off the hair off of me, he uses one of those compressor airlines and the pressure was just extremely hard. I had told him to be careful. You don't get that in my ear because it can damage my eardrums or even do severe damage to me. but matter in fact, he continued using that airline hose and it managed to get into my ear and I had screamed at him saying ouch that hurt you got it in my ear, but he didn't even say sorry or anything he continue doing what he was doing. when he was finally done, he gave me the mirror to look at myself to see if I liked it and I did not like it at all. I had him to do some fixing up here and there about five times and he still wasn't able to fix my hair, right and I had just told him you know what you won't be able to do my hair right just leave it like that so he left it like that and I had asked him. How much was it gonna be and he told me it was gonna be $75 and I said what you are out of your mind that is extremely a lot of money for a haircut and for something that I didn't even like at the end but he got mad and he started getting offensive telling me I had to pay if not there was gonna be consequences so what did I do? I just paid for it and took off. I had to go to another barber to help me fix my hair and pay twice for it and when that Barber only charged me $45 so I highly do not recommend you going to this place unless you just wanna get ripped off and come out with pain and not even a good haircut at all. I am even have to go to my doctors to check my ears because that's how bad it hurt me. I just feel lots of pain in my ear now. read more

Came to get a haircut for the lil man and he loved it. Also was a pretty good vibe waiting for the cut to get done. Great music (Old hip hop and R&B). There's also some recreational things to keep you occupied. Aside from the music, there was an ice hockey table and I played UNO with my daughter while waiting. I was getting some sound put in my truck when I decided to get a cut. The owner was nice enough to agree to cut my hair as he was on his way out. The owner was nice, the place is amazing, and I liked talking to the owner ( He seems like a smart person). My problem was the price and haircut. Initially, I told him I wanted a 0 fade, specifically, I asked him to make sure my grey hairs did not show (meaning I wanted a high fade). After I was done, I asked how much and he said $40. I was taken back on the price being that I usually pay $15 at Peters Barber. Anyways I agreed and did not complain. I briefly check my cut before leaving and I didn't say anything but to be honest. I felt I left with the same haircut that I came in with. The guy barely trimmed my sides and appeared to have given me a taper fade. I had to go somewhere else and get my haircut for reals. I should have spoken up but I guess I was just embarrassed. I would return to see if he cuts it better but to be honest, who pays $40 for a cut? I cut my hair weekly. That's $160 a month. A haircut should not cost me more than what I pay in fuel on my vehicle for the month. I don't normally do reviews especially put someone down. I guess what I'm trying to have other customers avoid is a misunderstanding in price and hairstyle. Make sure to ask how much first and also be clear on what you want. read more
