Hire better barbers I went in to get a lengthy haircut and the women asked if I wanted a trim on my beard. I said no. The guys name was Jeff I'm pretty sure. He cut my hair super short not like the picture and cut my beard as well. He was also talking on the phone the whole time during my hair cut. He also blamed the bad hair cut on me, because my phone was no bright enough to show him the picture. I said I wouldn't pay for what he did and they said that I couldn't leave without paying. Originally booked with Benz but my appointment was cancelled the day prior and rescheduled with someone different that Benz typically refers clients to (jojoe) All was going well until it came to cutting my sons curls .. My son asked for a trim / for his hair to fall at his eye brows . The barber cut his hair so short not one hair reached his eyebrow ... his hair was approx 3" off the top of his head. My son didn't notice how much was cut off until after the cut was done . My son was so upset after he paid , when I saw him he had his hood on and was visibly angry since he has been growing his hair for some time . I called the shop immediately and explained what happened , the lady was very kind and gave our funds back with no issue. I think it's time to find a new Barber. I've been there many times in the past but the last three times have been a horrible experience. All I get is a regular razor fade. I've been getting the same haircut for the last 20 years. The disappointment is a lot of times I go in they try to have a apprentice cut my hair and most of the time they don't know what the hell they're doing. Today I went to get a haircut the same style that I've been getting for 20 years and they try to charge me $45. When I questioned it the barber said it's because he threw a warm towel over my head which he didn't ask and I didn't give permission. So, I made my husband an app with benz. The app was for a hair and beard cut. This guy was in such a rush, when I booked the app ahead of time online. My husband asked him to do his beard line and he says I don't have time. What do you mean you have no time? He didn't even shave under his neck, really? I've heard that waiting is usually long but was able to get checked on arrival with three boys for haircuts in tow. I'd come back but probably book online to be able to pick the barber of my choice. Desiree was pleasant and did great on my son with long hair. My oldest got a fade from her as well. Both came out just as I had requested. Manuel has my youngest and it took the most time. So I booked an appointment with Javi for my 13yo son. I have never been there so I didn't know who to pick. My son has a lot of hair that was laying over his eyes and past his ears. He asked to trim it above his eye brows and to trim all around. This took about 45 minutes and it turned out to be the absolute worst haircut he has ever received. I spent my hard earned money to get my hair cut, and these childish barbers (grown men) were swearing, cracking disrespectful jokes, screaming, but worst of all, my barber repeatedly stopped cutting my hair to either shake his friends hand, crack a joke, or just walk around. I found this incredibly disrespectful. It tells me that that they don't value my time, money, or business. Leadership needs to do better. You have barbers that are childish, and are disrespecting their customers. Such barbers should not be paid, no matter how good they are. I've been here now 5 or 6 times for my son's haircuts and I've had a few different barbers. I've always been content knowing I could come here and get a solid haircut as a walk-in and during the wait, get other things done which is VERY CONVENIENT. But they also do appointments and while everyone does a wonderful job, my personal favorite is Kasie. She cuts my son's hair (he's 3) and she is so fun and patient and best of all- accurate. I'm pretty picky but she nails it every time. He really likes her and he'll just sit calmly letting her do her thing. Then she also has the talent for my fiancé's hair. He has gray which I hear is hard to cut , especially to fade well and he rarely finds barbers who can get the cut just right. She's clearly has a wide range in her skill set doing braids as well so I hear and her attention to detail and customer service are amazing. It makes me drive clear across town from Apple Valley past -who knows how many - other barbers JUST to come to her. Both my son and fiancé always look great after going to her. I went this past day and she totally made my hair uneven and I went back in to tell her to fix it but it just made it worse. I got my haircut by Brianna, which to make a long story short was an overall great experience and a great finished product. Scheduling my appointment was easy and very user-friendly through signature barbering's website, I really appreciate how transparent and simple they made that experience. Unfortunately for Brianna, I got off work later than anticipated and gave her an updated ETA which was about 15 minutes late into my scheduled appointment; however I ended up being about 30 minutes late. Brianna was so accommodating and understanding and did not mind sacrificing her lunch to help me out. Additionally Brianna maintained an exceptional sense of communication, in which she understood that not everyone was familiar with the lingo or proper terminology that barbers use to describe hairstyles and haircuts. She was very thorough in ensuring that she understood exactly what I wanted, before chopping away. While I am not typically a fan of mall barbershops I definitely enjoyed my experience here and would definitely go again as long as I'm getting cut by Brianna. read more

This place is not inclusive. Barber with the worst customer service. Brought my 19 yrs old black son with autism and this Barber (Napoleon) acted like he didn't even want to touch or talk to him. This Barber left the chair four times, didn't introduce himself, speak or show any interest in the customer. In the end he told me I should wash my sons hair. Any Barber knows the difference between dry hair and dirty hair. My sons scalp was white and dry because he has extremely curly thick hair. He didn't even trim his beard, which was part of the services I requested. Barber unsnapped my sons cape while looking at his cellphone (which he did most of the time) and merely nodded toward cashier and said "she'll help you out." I paid and stormed out. I gave him one star because the cut was nice. Sharing my review for other parents like me desperately seeking Barber services for their sons with disabilities.
