The Dr performed a surgical procedure on my husbands esophagus to widen it so my husbands food would stop getting stuck in his esophagus every time he ate. It didn't work. As soon as my husband was cleared by the Dr that he could start eating solid food again, it got stuck! My husband wanted to cry. He made excuses for the Dr for about 3 months. Finally he had to admit that whatever the Dr did did not work. My husband became very discouraged and went back to hacking in the bathroom trying to get what was stuck in his esophagus out before he choked. I called the Dr office to inform them of the situation left a message but I didn't get a reply until 4 days later. By that time my husband said,"" It's the typical Dr scam where they don't do it right the first time so they can keep making you go back for another surgery and another, well hell no I'm not going back to him"" when Carley the assistant finally called all she did was confirm what my husband said and I quote, "" We're sorry to hear your husband is still having trouble swallowing. He can come in for another evaluation but I must remind you the Dr will probably have to go back in and widen the esophagus a little more"" I told her, "" No my husband has decided to see another provider "" she just said "" okay"" thanks for calling and hung up. read more

Terrible attitude, condescending, can't take criticism in any form or fashion when addressing his lack of personal skills face to face. He gets irritated when you have to ask him to repeat his questions due to his accent. does not dress like a medical professional or present himself that way. Avoid him at all costs. read more

Had the unfortunate bad luck to get assigned Dr. Deeb during a hospital stay for diverticulitis. My experience with him could not have been much worse. He came into my room claiming I had colitis, which I did not, and when I corrected him he stated that my symptoms were consistent with colitis, which they were not. My father has colitis so I know well the symptoms. I had also had two colonoscopies at that point in my life and knew I did not have colitis so not sure why he kept insisting this - think he read the wrong chart because he definitely had no idea what my issue was. Throughout the short visit he kept insisting I should come to see him to do a colitis work up and a colonoscopy. Additionally, I had an NPO order (i.e. no food) intake to allow my colon to rest and make sure I did not need surgery. On day two however, Dr Deeb ordered a lunch tray (with heavy, fatty food) sent to my room and insisted I should eat. Thankfully, years of working in the health care industry have provided me enough knowledge and gumption to not blindly follow every doctor's orders. I refused to eat till I spoke with the surgeon, who was quite livid when he found out. The following day Dr. Deeb came to see me again, repeatedly trying to get me to see him after leaving the hospital, something I would never, ever consider. I had to actually ask him to leave me room that day and request that they not allow him back to see me, he was that obnoxious. It is no wonder he is so desperate for patients, but shame on TMC for continuing to employ such an unprofessional physician. read more

Office in Sierra Vista is "new" but it was DIRTY. The nurse anesthetic couldn't find a vein, knocked over a cart of medical supplies onto the floor and put them back, patient bathroom was filthy. No bed side manner from any of the medical staff, no phone call to follow up on how I am feeling after 1st colonoscopy, which is not great. Rushed atmosphere. Will not go back or recommend. read more

I would discourage you from seeing Dr Deeb after the experience I have had with him and his office staff. He does not seem to value his patients or care about their treatment needs. With the exception of Yvonne, the office staff were extremely unhelpful and unapologetic when I addressed all of my inconveniences with them. On my first visit I waited 1.5 hours to see him. My interactions with him were cold and rushed. He interrupted me every time I spoke. I was in extreme pain radiating to my back (an indication of gallstones). He scheduled me for an upper endoscopy, a procedure that I didn't need, and of course found nothing. I was asked to sign a form under anesthesia, which I have no memory of. After my procedure I waited weeks and heard nothing. After calling the office multiple times I found out I was supposed to see a radiologist. The office and dr deeb never told me this. After seeing a radiologist, dr deeb never called me with the results. I called every day for a week, each day the receptionist told me they had my results and that I would hear from the dr by the end of the day. I did not. At the end of the week all I was told was that I had gallstones and needed to come back in to the office. When I came back in, dr deeb did not know who I was and mistook me for a new patient. I recalled my past experience and then he referred me to a surgeon, a conversation we could have had over the phone weeks prior. He continued to interrupt me every time I spoke as I explained how dissatisfied I was with my care. I left without an apology, simply a refund of my co pay. Because of their lack of communication and care it has been 3 months of painful gallstones with still no treatment, an issue that could have been resolved in weeks with any other doctor. I don't wish this on anyone else, I encourage you to find a different doctor that will actually care well for you! read more

I was referred to Dr Deeb by my primary doctor after a ColoGuard test came back positive for cancer. During my evaluation appointment, i found Dr Deeb to be very informative. He is direct and to the point. Several times he asked me if i had any questions. After the appointment i received a date for my colonoscopy. Before the colonoscopy , Dr Deeb and his staff were friendly, compassionate and very professional. The surgical center is similar to a hospital ER. After the procedure, Dr Deeb met with me and let me know my results were normal. Dr Deeb is a man of few words. He answers questions. He is direct and informative about ones condition and the procedures available. I appreciate his frankness and professionalism. I recommend him. read more

This was the worst experience I think that I've had in the medical field, including being a nurse for 8 years and a person diagnosed with a chronic disease for a year and a half. Everything was all set to go for scheduling my appointment until I asked the scheduler if I should have my former GI office fax over my medical record, and last colonoscopy results. Her tone quickly changed, and she asked me when I had my last colonoscopy. When I told her, she then said that she'd have to check with the doctor to see if he was "okay" with seeing me. She called me the next day, and told me that she was canceling my appointment, and that Dr. Deeb would not be seeing me. This doctor denied me care because he simply didn't want to be a "second opinion." I explained to the appointment scheduler that he wasn't a second opinion, and that I needed a new GI doctor because my insurance changed and that my current GI doctor was not covered by it. I explained to her that I'm pregnant and am in need of help with my GI disease. She said that she was so sorry and "embarrassed" and that she didn't know what else to say. Clearly I wasn't the only one to think that this type of treatment was in unethical; even his own staff find it cruel. I honestly believe that he didn't want to see me because he wouldn't make as much money off of me since I had recently had a colonoscopy. Who refuses to see a chronically ill person, who is pregnant as well? Do not support this practice. The nutrition group who previously referred me to Dr. Deeb has decided not to refer any more patients to him because of his treatment, or lack there of, towards me. read more

I had a colonoscopy for cancer screening two years ago at a private hospital with Dr, Deeb and everything went well. This month I went back to Dr. Deeb for another screening. On first visit Dr. Deeb just went through the motions required and did not listen or seem to care about what I had to say. On the day of the procedure I asked how many colonoscopies were being done that day. I was told sixteen other colonoscopies that day!! They bragged that they could do as many as twenty two in one day!!! While I waited to talk to the doctor about this. My wife pointed out that the waiting room was filthy to the point of disgusting. We left. I have not heard from Dr. Deeb. read more

The office staff is rude! After getting my endoscopy within a week and a half, they wanted to give me an appointment in SEVEN weeks for my results. Not at all exceptable. She said she would have the doctor call me and after three weeks I had to call my primary care doctor to get my results from being held hostage. I called their office several times no answer then I block my phone number so they don't know who's calling and the answer right away. I asked to speak to the office manager and she sent me to a voicemail that wasn't even activated. Not to mention the anesthesiologist gave myself and my friend who had an appointment to weeks before me medication that shouldn't of been given to us because we have a auto immune disease. dr fadi deeb is a great doctor. very professional and great "bedside manner" some doctors have NO personal skills and dr deeb is NOT one of them. all the ladies in the office were very nice and helpful. as a new patient I was scheduled within a week and had a colonoscopy in the same week. (not an emergency just abdominal pains) they were very flexible, patient and understanding. I will definitely refer him and return to this office. read more

Maybe not a bad doctor, but certainly a rude/disinterested one. Treated my questions like he was batting flies & sent me for lab work. All fine & good except I was sent to a lab that was closed. Did find my way to an open one only to learn "his" lab didn't accept "my" insurance... But they knew who did! 3rd time's a charm...only it took from my 9:30am appt to mid afternoon to get my lab work done. It's good that gas is free. I drove for so long & so far I swore I was in Texas or at least New Mexico. Tucson is way bigger than I could ever have imagined. Oh, did I mention I never heard from the Dr or his office again? read more

These people are just looking for your money. They really don't care about you and just do what they must to get by. I paid everything as soon as I left and later I got billed for more money. After paying that amount They sent me to collection for no reason. I call to get that taken care of an I still keep getting collection notices. They need to learn how to run their business and stop hurting peoples credit. read more

I have been under Dr. Deebs' care for more than 3 years and I can honestly say that I am more than happy with him and with his very efficient staff. Dr. Deeb saved my life at the hospital and I will forever be grateful for that read more
