My experience with Dr. Shilita was extremely disappointing. Instead of listening to concerns and collaborating as part of a medical team, he became visibly upset when I requested a second opinion. He raised his voice and told me, "You just lost a great doctor part of your team, Dr. Mariam Bakhtary," which felt incredibly unprofessional and ego-driven. What made the situation worse was that Dr. John Li who I was made to feel was somehow a downgrade is actually Dr. Bakhtary's partner and was simply away on vacation for a few days before returning. The reaction I received for simply advocating for myself as a patient was inappropriate and uncomfortable. Patients deserve doctors who listen, communicate professionally, and prioritize care over pride. If something feels off, trust yourself and seek another opinion. Your health is too important not to.

He is a very professional and an empathetic person. Ever since then, I have recommended my entire family and most of them have seeked services with him. Their experience has been a positive and effective one. I recently came in to bring my son for services. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone seeking a holistic approach. He is very patient and actively listens to your concerns. I want to add that his staff is very friendly and organized too. You can take home your holistic prescription on that same day. I want to add that Dr. Salas is bilingual and the front office staff is too. It is always a pleasant and smooth experience and process visiting Dr. Salas in his office. Each time I visit his office the environment always feels welcoming and peaceful! I strongly and highly recommend this professional and knowledgeable PH.D doctor to anyone looking for an experienced holistic approach!!!

She said that the doctor has help her with low energy and also stomach problems as well. When we arrived here, they had some parking spots available. It's not the biggest lot but there also street parking if needed. We arrived early but they still didn't see her until we waited 10 minutes after her appointment time. The waiting room is not that big, it can probably fit 4 people comfortably but they have 6 chairs there.

If you like Drs who on your first consultation rush in with their nurse , in 60 seconds telling you…read morethey decided on a permanent implantable device and then walk out the door, saying the nurse will explain it all to you , then Dr Amini is your guy !!! He was cold and dismissive, didn't ask about my symptoms or what treatments I had already tried ! When I told the nurse I was just hoping to get injections, as they helped in the past, they scheduled me, and when I called back to confirm, was told they cancelled my procedure-the Dr won't see me again!! Without even notifying me after I took a day off work!! Apparently he's in it for the money- doesn't care about the patient at all ! I work in healthcare and need to be shown the respect I show my patients. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR !!!!!!!!!

The only calls in my phone from that day are outgoing, me trying to figure out why I wasn't called for my scheduled phone appointment. No voicemail. I have checked and re-checked my phone. And his office already told me that he'd rescheduled that call and just didn't notify me. He said they get too many calls (more than 500 a day) and cannot manage everything. So what happens if I have a serious issue post procedure and can't get hold of anyone? I had previously spoken with a (nice) PA who promised there were non-narcotic medications I could try to avoid procedures. Dr. Aimini said "I don't want you on any of these --- medications" and would not discuss it, just the procedure. If they're going to cancel and reschedule without notice, ignore every email and most phone calls, and straight-up lie, how in the world can they be trusted with anybody's health? I am in pain, but I'm not so desperate as to move forward with this office.

The front staff is always polite, kind, accommodating, and efficient. Dr. Amini performed a medial branch nerve block on both sides of my L5 and L6. It not only relieved my back pain but also helped with the neuropathy in my legs and toes. This procedure was quick and didn't require general anesthesia. Before the actual treatment, there was a "test run" with a local anesthetic to see if it would help, and it did! The bumpy road from the street into the parking lot initially bothered me. But after the test, I found it helpful because it showed that the treatment worked! Sadly, I've had to change medical groups because I moved 36 miles away. My new group doesn't do as good a job, and I'm trying to get authorization to see Dr. Amini again. I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be seen, meaning upcoming appointment dates or waiting in the lobby. The front staff has always been accommodating, even when I was late to my appointment or overdue on payments. Plus, they're proactive about handling paperwork with my insurance. While it's inconvenient that the office is closed for lunch, I truly appreciate that they give their staff proper breaks. I've also never had issues with them calling me back or being inefficient. The only thing I'm upset about is that I thought I'd posted this review already! PS: Dr. Amini has a brother who is a retina specialist doctor, so don't get confused!

The other girls in the office were great and helpful. I had called to get information on a referral that I was supposed to have processed through the office in February and I was told that they were unable to verify the insurance so that if I wanted to call the doctor and ask them if they take my insurance I can and I explain to Blanca how am I supposed to process the referral? I can't do that on my own. I'm only a patient and do I call them back or do I call my primary doctor back and she said that it was up to me because it was a courtesy that they were doing for me by figuring out if the doctor took my insurance. How does that make sense? If you were the ones that said you were referring me to a neurosurgeon but then I have to figure out that information and then what do I do with it? It's been going on about three weeks now that I'm trying to get information as to who the doctor is that they were trying to refer me to and every time I call I'm told they don't see anything on my chart and they will talk to somebody and give me a call back. I don't hear anything and then I call back and it's the same scenario. I just want the name of the doctor so I can have my primary doctor do the referral and be done with this office!
