Between the professional interactions setting the appointment up and then the absolute treat it was to have Kerry Becker and his helper here taking care of things I can say with 100% confidence I have found my go to for HVAC as well. He inspected and tested everything and then presented 4 options for repair, thoroughly explaining each option and their costs. The work was performed quickly and the only reason I know they were here was because where they were working was cleaner than everything around them. Truly nice to meet professional tradesmen who are supported by a solid local company. If you have HVAC OR plumbing needs, you owe it to yourself to at least talk to Parobek.

Not once do they try to make it right, instead they dip dodge dive and duck their way out of any fault and always shift blame to their customers. That combined with the star rating should be enough to tell you these folks arent the ones you want to do business with. And the icing on the cake they claim that "my cleaning wasnt adaquate thats why my ac still isnt performing like i want it to" no... the plenum after my cleaning is at 55. my vents arent putting out what they should be so the problem is likely either a blower motor or somewhere in the ducts, neither of which were assessed by this company. Look elsewhere. Their business model is designed to put customers in a difficult position: you either pay a significant service call fee or feel pressured into expensive repairs that may not actually be necessary. I waited to write this review because I wanted to research everything I was told before commenting. After doing that research, I found that I paid roughly $700 for work that did not meaningfully improve my system. My A/C still struggles, and none of the issues I called them out for were resolved. One charge on my invoice was listed as "HN13A Voltage Enhancement System Rejuvenation." During the visit, the technician described this to me as essentially "replacing the capacitor." That is not what was actually performed. They also told me my evaporator coil needed to be cleaned and that the only way to accomplish that was to remove the furnace and coil assembly, quoting a repair in excess of $5,000. After researching the issue independently, I learned that my unit can be cleaned in place by removing the access panel. That option was never presented to me. (i just did it myself today) Looking back, it felt like they recognized I wasn't familiar with HVAC systems and recommended the most expensive solutions rather than explaining all available options. Through my own research, I found less expensive alternatives for several of the repairs they proposed. Based on my experience, I won't be using this company again. I spent hundreds of dollars, my original problem was never fixed, and I left feeling that I was sold expensive services instead of receiving actual honest guidance. I'm currently looking for better alternatives. When I posted this review to google they responded with a pretty terse rebuttle so in response to their likely similar rebuttle I'll amend the following My a/c is 5 years old, the furnace is 16, they ignored the age difference in their google rebuttle and tried to lean on the "age of the system" I'm not here to argue with a business but, that alone should give you pause, rather than attempt to make it right they instead opted to shift blame on to the consumer and lied about what they said and billed for, they never "restored power to a system with a failed capacitor" because my capacitor was never failed and they never replaced it like they said they did. I have my invoice and if anyone is curious I'm happy to share it with you to prove my point. IMO you should look elsewhere.

We built a house 18 months ago. CenTex Air and Heating installed a furnace and ac unit upon build. The blower motor went out, remember it is 18 months old. CenTex estimates were $1400-$5000 for a repair. We can buy a whole new furnace and ac unit for $5000! The part is covered under warranty, and it is a 2 hour job at most. We started asking questions, and now they won't share the details of their estimates and refuse to do the service. Out of frustration, my husband did raise his voice, but then apologized several times, and shook hands with the technician when he left. We have reported this company to the BBB.

This time we're were assigned to WCU, Brendan. And we're so grateful. Brendan showed up very next day and repaired our fan in A/C unit. He is very professional, friendly, funny and wonderful person. He had a little trouble finding my house because I'm hidden in woods so it was closer to 11:45 but still the SAME DAY!!!!!! He checked my unit after asking me a few questions and said it was seriously low on Freon. He advised me that the mini split units start loosing Freon after about 5 years. I told him that this unit was 6 years old. He got up and running without trying to up sale me on unnecessary repairs! He tightened up a couple of things recharged the unit and advised me that I might want to start thinking about replacing the unit with a newer model. My fridge deli drawer kept freezing over and they came out and fixed it within a day or two of calling. As for my washing machine, they were not able to fix it because it was a motherboard issue with parts that were no longer available for my specific model. He gave me a few ideas of ways to get as much life out of it as possible and it continued for another 6 months using those suggestions. They had a $75 charge for coming out which I thought was fair even though they were not able to fix it. I would recommend using On Point for your appliance repairs because they are timely, friendly, honest and fair.
