I have used On Point the past few years for my washing machine and my refrigerator and they were honest and knowledgeable for both. My fridge deli drawer kept freezing over and they came out and fixed it within a day or two of calling. As for my washing machine, they were not able to fix it because it was a motherboard issue with parts that were no longer available for my specific model. He gave me a few ideas of ways to get as much life out of it as possible and it continued for another 6 months using those suggestions. They had a $75 charge for coming out which I thought was fair even though they were not able to fix it. I think their price was high and the technician did not have the parts when he first came to look on a Friday. He returned the following Tuesday and did the work. His English was minimal but he had a translating program on his phone that was quite good. read more

Second time in a matter of weeks that I had a major appliance that needed some professional help, and both times these guys came through quickly, diagnosed & repaired the issues, and didn't leave me with a broken piggy bank! The technician is efficient & professional. There was no massive mess when he was done. The office staff were pleasant & helpful, and they texted when en route. Two jobs down and I'm happy to keep these guys in my rolodex to call out when things make weird noises or stop working! For reference, my 2 repairs were a dryer that stopped drying & a fridge/ freezer in the kitchen whose compressor was making noise and worrying me that a failure was about to occur... and my dryer & fridge are both back to full function now! The guy was very nice and fast. The only issue was the part coming in took a lot longer than initially thought so we could not wash clothes for 2 weeks. Something the guy did also caused the water to leak a lot worse after his visit, which resulted in swelling of the baseboards. read more

My 20 year old AC went out in August when it was 102° outside. I called a few places, and they could get someone to my house the fastest, in a couple of hours. I knew with the older unit that they probably couldn't repair it, but they tried. They explained each step that they were trying. On Point has been to my house twice-- once last winter to fix the heater and once this summer to fix the AC. (Curious how they never stop working except when you need them; but I digress.) On Point is just that On Point! I put a quote request in and within 15 minutes someone messaged me and then 30 minutes later someone calls to schedule an appointment. They happen to be near our neighborhood so it worked out well and they came out same day. The technician was super friendly, knowledgeable and quick. The service fee was $50 but would go towards the services rendered. This was faction of the cost of buying a news dryer so we were completely happy with end result. I had a Technician come out to my house to look at my system because a part was bad but it was cheaper to have the Home warranty pay for it than to buy it on my own. He got to the house and had no clue what he was doing! He claimed he has been working in this field for a number of years but didn't even know what the part was called by name. He called it a relay when it wasn't. Kept saying something else was bad when it wasn't. I will never recommend these guys to work on anyone's systems for anything ever again. The Technician lied to the home warranty company saying I broke the originally bad part while he was at my house. Pointing to a part of the AC broke it apparently. I never let him know that I am certified and licensed to do his job! No INTEGRITY!!! read more
