My furnace stop heating my house in November 2025. I scheduled an appointment with technician, Naseem. Naseem came in, diagnosed the problem, went straight to work and my furnace was producing heat within an hour! He also suggested a maintenance on my AC for summer 2026. The price was reasonable, me, being a senior citizen. I agreed, and said to him, "see ya in the summer!" I'm looking forward to getting my outside AC unit maintenance in the summer 26'. I have used Fahrenheit since 2016. Back then I lived in a small ranch and with a young wife and a newborn...our AC went out in the heat of summer (very old unit). I had hired a different HVAC company to come out and charge the unit but over the next month it went out again and that company said I needed a new AC/Furnace...that my unit wasn't repairable. I called Fahrenheit for a second opinion and George came out and assessed it, figured out the issue (why it kept needing charged) and he repaired my AC and it kept working perfect until I moved. He was so kind and honest and professional . Since then I've moved and will not use anyone else for my future needs. I am soon going to be having them install a whole home generator. I think people look for a perfect service based company that runs like Amazon...but do not understand that most service based companies are family run and are locals with their own families and are not robots running on AI. In my experience (from referring George to friends...and having him help service my parents home as well) they are honest and caring and do great work. I read a couple of the 1 star comments below and after dealing with George I can't quite believe them. If something is wrong or done incorrectly, George will make sure it's righted. We've had a service contract with them since 2018 and we can't get George or the office to return a call for the past 3 weeks. It was time for a change anyway since we we always felt like we were being taken advantage of. They did service twice a year and every service call was between $700-$1,500 in "repairs" that were "required". This past time they told us our AC unit needed replaced, so we begrudgingly agreed. They came out to do the install and said they needed a skinnier guy to do the install. That was the last time we heard from them. Text, phone calls & emails all ignored. Called up someone else and they had it taken care of in no time. (and they were not skinny). I guess no refund for the worthless service contract. read more

This has been the most ridiculous experience ever. 1. First they won't call you. You have to call them for updates. 2. They installed a band new unit and it worked all winter. Heater doesn't work. Three week later still doesn't work. 3. They keep telling me they have the part and they are going to fix it then the next day they don't have the part. I'm unsure why they keep lying. First tech said he changed some switch. He left. Worked for 15 mins. 2nd tech said he flipped the switch. He left. Worked for 15 mins. 2nd tech came back out. Called 1st. 1st tech lied and said he changed the switch. He admitted he did not change it. 2nd tech said they had to order part. Talked to owner. Said they'd be out Monday. Came Monday couldn't fix. Ordered new part. Said they'd be out on Wednesday. No show Wednesday. No call. I had to call. Dispatcher said they'd be here on Thursday 8am-10:30. No show. I called at 1:00. Was told it tech would be here in 30 mins. No show again. I called. Got the owner and snapped. She told me they have to order two parts and one is on back order. No one ever calls. No one ever reaches out. Everyone lies and I have no idea why they keep lying. This is a brand new unit 10k and it doesn't work. They probably put a used unit on my house! Fahrenheit has been great the three times we or our daughter have used them. Good work, friendly, reasonable and honest. The first time was January 2018 our furnace died and they came right out gave us our options and we chose to have them install a new furnace. Very friendly and efficient and the inspector from the city told us they did a great job! Second time was last summer. Went way way above and beyond to repair our AC. it's older but rather than just say you need a new one he worked hours to fix it. It works great since the fix and he was very reasonable. Daughter just had them out when her AC quit. Problem quickly diagnosed and fixed. Friendly and reasonable. read more

The quick response to my emergency was truly amazing. Coming back from being out of town, I find my furnace not working and a leaky and broken hot water tank. Within 2 days Fahrenheit was able to replace both appliances. We know this kind of work is never cheap, but it made a huge difference to have a quick response! Called Fahrenheit late on a Sunday morning when furnace was not blowing heat. The co-owner came out late that afternoon at the same $49.90 service call rate as the weekdays. Very friendly guy & he answered all my questions. Replaced the igniter, cleaned the flame sensor & checked for carbon monoxide for a reasonable price. Called for an estimate on replacing a furnace. Easy enough setting up a time and all but the person who came (I believe his name was George but couldn't tell ya for sure) showed up about 30 minutes outside of the 2 hour window he said he'd be there in. When he showed up he seemed confused, flustered, and completely unprepared. Upon seeing our furnace, which is very old, he seemed dumbfounded. I asked some simple questions and he seemed all scatter brained and gave very wishy-washy answers. Needless to say this didn't make me comfortable having them replace our furnace. To add to that I was told he needed to ask some "guys at the shop" about how this would work. Isn't that your job is to tell me what you'll be doing? Was told I'd get a call back within two days. That was almost a month ago and still no call back. Don't waste your time. read more

This place is a joke they made 280.00 dollars and didn t do job right at all he called another company they came out and helped us he broke the cap they other company also fixed that they didn't put anything in my ac they charged me for nothing i will never go back to these people they got 300 buck out of us for nothing and he didn't know what he was doing george the manager is lazy and don't know anything about heating and cooling uneven going with the same guy for ten years but he was out of town found another guy after this company messed up my a.c, he told me the guy didn t fill it up And he broke my cap on A.C. And he didn't know anything what he was doing i advise you to stay away from them they will get your money and suck you dry and won't fix they problem we also paid for a diagnostic and still it was not fix.
