In my research for my 2022 HD 2500, 6.6 duramax, which has something to do with tracking and alignment from a video I watched on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fKeEK2hps4s His response, "you don't know what you're talking about, have a nice day" Stay away from this backyard mechanic as he comes on to only deal with vulnerable women who will pay for his scam. This scumbags pro tips says, 5. Alignment Issues If you've noticed your car's ride has become notably less smooth in just a few months, it might be time for a trip to the auto shop. Don't fret over potentially costly repairs; a shaky or vibrating ride, especially at higher speeds, often stems from wheel or alignment issues. Even after a proper wheel alignment, wheels can gradually shift, influenced by normal wear and tear or sudden incidents like accidents or unexpected bumps. Realignment is a straightforward procedure best handled by professionals who can swiftly address the issue. See where I'm going with this? He wanted to sock me for the price of a front end alignment when all it takes is reprogramming the ESC, Who's stupid now and doesn't know what he's talking about. You're by far a professional, SCUMBAG!!

The man behind the counter said they were booked up for a week but he would check with his tech to see if he would take the time to diagnose the problem. Chris, the tech came out and spoke to me while he was checking the problem. He is totally knowledgeable about car mechanic. He had excellent tools and made me feel so comfortable that he knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem, and reassured me it was no big deal. As we were on a long road trip he looked around a little to be sure obvious things were in order, reset the trouble light and got us on our way in short order. He would not accept payment. I would recommend these guys to my mother. I don't think you can go wrong here. Thank You Chris, you have our undying gratitude.

When we picked the trailer up because "it was done and working", the hinge was replaced, but the pin that holds the door was now broken and ripped out of the door. They also put in lights and charged us $100 per light to repair. All of the clearance lights that they put in have had to be redone since because they quit working. They put in a new tail light that was faulty, and the wire crimps came undone. We had to pay another company to re-do that, too. We dropped it off on our scheduled day and 2 weeks later they hadn't even started looking at it yet. We had to constantly call and got the run around. Our bill was $1500 and the only thing that was working was the toilet that they overcharged us on. Now we have been trying to call for over a week to try and make this right and they don't answer and don't call us back. 10/10 do not recommend this place!!

We just bought an rv from I29 Rv and our experience was beyond expectations. This is our 4th rv and…read moreour past experiences have been less than favorable. We worked with our salesman Chris over the phone on a unit that was about to be delivered to the dealership and were able to come to an agreement over the phone. On the day of the purchase, everything was as discussed. We got exactly what they promised us for our rig and the price was as discussed with NO HIDDEN costs. The financing went smoothly and the transaction went without any problems. We picked up the rig and took it to a local campground for a good shakedown. We found a water leak under the sink and an error code on our refrigerator. We took it back the next day and they fixed the water leak and diagnosed the refrigerator. A part had to be ordered and we were told that it would take two weeks. We left the Sioux Falls area and drove to Rapid City area to take care of some business. During the drive I found that the windshield wiper fluid was not working. I found that the hose from the reservoir to the wiper was cut. When we got back to Sioux Falls a week later we stopped by the dealer and talked to our Salesman Chris who took it upon himself to repair the broken hose. Did not even try to pass the buck to Mercedes or the service department. Just fixed it himself. We took the time to inquire about our part and we were directed to Julia, the person in charge of warranty repairs. She let us know that the part was ordered and we were waiting for Forest River to ship the part. She promised to inform us by that Friday what she knew. She promptly called us on Thursday, yes Thursday to let us know that the part should be delivered to the dealership by Monday and that as soon as she had the part, she would schedule the repairs ASAP. Monday morning we received a call from Julie that the part had been delivered on Saturday on her day off and that she had arranged to have it installed as soon as we can get there. We broke camp and headed for the dealership. When we got there we had two other minor issues that we wanted for them to look at for us. They took the rig into the shop and within two hours had our refrigerator repaired and the two issues resolved. Our experience at I29 Rv was outstanding. We were treated with respect and had every concern that we had taken care of. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND I29 Rv to anyone looking to buy and Rv or boat. They are highly professional and down to earth people who know how to take care of their customers.

I got a great deal but Connie worst at getting paperwork done. You will end up being late getting…read moreyour plates and she lies about what she going to do. There are better places to buy an RV. Run from this place! You will see the owner of this dealership back peddler her way out of her negligence. The fact is, I had a chance to pull out of this deal and noteboom would have to give the finance company their money back. I felt bad for noteboom and sucked up to the finance company and saved the deal. I never told noteboom i would pick up the paperwork. I made it clear when I bought rv that I was a long haul trucker and I could not get to their lot. They know this because it took me three weeks to pick up the RV when I bought it. Noteboom also told me that they sent the paperwork three times and I lost money getting to the post office only to see that they lied to me. Here is what they said and quote. " The post office and it workers are slow and unreliable!" I have had hundreds of packages and mail come through the post office. I know many of them as friends. They are not slow. They are not unreliable. They are kind hard working people who are overworked and underpaid. They do passports and lift heavy boxes. I have seen them work and they work a lot harder than these lazy RV workers at Noteboom. I can promise the owner of Noteboom who responded to my review with more lies, that if she continues to lie about me or what happened I will personally make sure that all thirty three thousand hard working postal workers in South Dakota know they are not welcome at Noteboom. There was no reason to attack the post office. Your staff did not mail the paperwork so it is not the US Mail Services fault. Noteboom did not communicate with me. They decided not to mail the paperwork but never called me. I had to call them every time. Nothing Mary the "owner of Noteboom" said in her comment is true. I stand on this fact. I have over 500 reviews on Google. Over two million photo views. 98 percent of my reviews are positive. I have the highest positive rating on Google because I tell the truth. I never lie on a review because it is not fair to a business. I never post reviews because I don't like a businesses politics, religion or purple hair. If i give a bad review it is because the service or after service was so bad I felt they needed to hear it. One last thing that all of you can relate to. I get it that car dealerships and rv dealerships are shady and want to close a deal. I get that after the sale and they get their money they seem to be vacant. We all have experienced this. Attacking and blaming upstanding postal workers for their lazy screwup when they never actually mailed anything tells you alot about noteboom RV. They are self centered shady people!
