Fairly new to South Dakota we had no idea how bad it hails out here. Over the summer, after washing…read moreour 3 cars! We left them outside overnight and by the next morning, all 3 cars were pummeled with hail damage. Our vehicles were in new and fairly new condition and were originally purchased at a great price. So of course with inflation, buying a new car at that time would not be cost effective. Because of the extensive damage, I wasn't sure they'd be fixable. After lots of research, I came across Sioux Falls PDR. Read the reviews and decide to try them out. Gave them a call, left a message and quickly got a call back from Jack. Jack from the beginning was great. I didn't know where to start or what the process was and he was there to assist us every step of the way. I dropped off my 2021 INFINITI QX80 to jack and he did the rest. Working directly with our insurance company, which was being a complete pain from start to finish. Jack was there to advocate and assist on our behalf. Making sure we got what we needed to repair our vehicle back to how it was prior to the incident. He made sure that any replacement(s) parts needed would be factory original and was very thorough, very meticulous when repairing my vehicle. Jack made this entire process stress free start to finish. FINALLY got to the final stage of finishing my vehicle and hit another roadblock with the insurance company. My 2021 INFINITI QX80 needed to be calibrated after the repairs and our insurance was giving us some push back. They were questioning if a calibration was necessary or needed. Jack was great when explaining to us why this is needed and submitted all the paperwork they needed to get this completed and done right. The insurance company was trying to drag their feet but Jack was always there to make sure they made us a priority and got it done. He educated the insurance adjuster on the Calibration process and why it was needed so for that he would know for future reference. Per google: Calibration ensures that a vehicle's systems are optimized for safety, efficiency, and performance. A vehicle that hasn't been correctly calibrated can have reduced fuel efficiency, a higher likelihood of part failures, or even potential safety risks. I'm glad Jack talked me through this process so that I can have a better understanding going forward for future repairs how important it is. I highly recommend Sioux Falls PDR. You won't be disappointed.

I was told they would find a matching set of good ATs. We ended up agreeing on a set of good snow tires for the back and a good looking set of Wrangler ATs for the front. I inspected the tires before they mounted them, they were nice . I paid 200'for a set of used tires And I was okay with it because I had done business with them in the past and liked their service. After 3 weeks I was headed home on I90 and had my right passenger front tire literally explode. Fortunately I was able to gain control of my vehicle and get safely pulled to the edge of the road. I'm thankful to be alive! The tire was completely ripped in half. When it blew it shattered my wheel well liner and blew my quarter panel off the the bracket. After I changed the tire I noticed it was defective as the inner portion of the tire facing away was completely worn from curb rash and was also not a match for the opposite side. I called Karla at Gary's and she told me to bring it in Monday to look at it and find me a replace. Monday came around and she was to busy to help me and said they probably didn't have a match anyway. I told her I had a good set that came off the front and asked her if she would remount them. She then told me they would have to charge me for the mounting. It's at this point I became frustrated and tEminded her if the defected unmatched tire they had put in my truck along with the damage it caused to my truck. She became defensive and said just bring it up and we'll have a look at it. I realized I was done doing business with them and would never let them touch my truck again. Be sure you always insoect their work and you got what you paid for. They're a small shop and take advantage of people and when it comes to tires they don't seem to vacate that your life is at risk from the neglect and poor service they provide! Do yourself a favor and buy tires from one of the larger shops in town!

Run from this place! You will see the owner of this dealership back peddler her way out of her negligence. The fact is, I had a chance to pull out of this deal and noteboom would have to give the finance company their money back. I felt bad for noteboom and sucked up to the finance company and saved the deal. I never told noteboom i would pick up the paperwork. I made it clear when I bought rv that I was a long haul trucker and I could not get to their lot. They know this because it took me three weeks to pick up the RV when I bought it. Noteboom also told me that they sent the paperwork three times and I lost money getting to the post office only to see that they lied to me. Here is what they said and quote. " The post office and it workers are slow and unreliable!" I have had hundreds of packages and mail come through the post office. I know many of them as friends. They are not slow. They are not unreliable. They are kind hard working people who are overworked and underpaid. They do passports and lift heavy boxes. I have seen them work and they work a lot harder than these lazy RV workers at Noteboom. I can promise the owner of Noteboom who responded to my review with more lies, that if she continues to lie about me or what happened I will personally make sure that all thirty three thousand hard working postal workers in South Dakota know they are not welcome at Noteboom. There was no reason to attack the post office. Your staff did not mail the paperwork so it is not the US Mail Services fault. Noteboom did not communicate with me. They decided not to mail the paperwork but never called me. I had to call them every time. Nothing Mary the "owner of Noteboom" said in her comment is true. I stand on this fact. I have over 500 reviews on Google. Over two million photo views. 98 percent of my reviews are positive. I have the highest positive rating on Google because I tell the truth.
