My wife and I stayed here during our recent visit to a Kiwanis meeting in the local area. Easy in and out right off the main highway and free parking is always great. This was the second time we were here and I'm so glad they picked this spot for us to stay. The team here is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing but smiles. The room was shiny-clean and had everything we needed, especially a good work area for our computers. King size bed with comfortable pillows and plenty of towels. Breakfast was included and they had so many options which included bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal and a make your own waffle station. The 24 hour coffee/tea station is always a welcome addition. I look forward to coming back to this fantastic location. KUDOs to the team at the Fairfield by Marriott.

We stayed here for the first time for 2 nights. We got a two queen bedroom. The room is very basic, but comes with microwave and mini fridge and coffee pot. There's also 24 hour coffee and tea in the lobby. Breakfast is served till 9 AM on weekdays . It was pretty good. ,had your basics, including waffles. The kids enjoyed that, they had a beautiful outdoor pool although we did not use it I loved the exercise room .can't believe how large it was. has everything you would need to do a work out also a water cooler and antibacterial wipes. the treadmill's all had a TV on them which made it easier for me to do.. On another note, the TV had access to Netflix Amazon and YouTube so I was able to view them with my account. Overall, we had a great day, and the hotel is spotless . For that alone, I would definitely stay here again

Nice new hotel, about 2 miles from Legoland, new york. Rooms are spacious and parking is free. Hot breakfast included with your stay. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Hotel was packed over the weekend and im told it remains this way through out. Staff is friendly and warm. Plenty of places near by to eat some good food and enjoy Legoland .

I've never had a bad meal, and the service is always spot-on, with a thoughtful system that lets you signal when you need something without ever feeling rushed or overlooked. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with great music, fun events, and a family-friendly vibe that makes it easy to relax and stay awhile. Whether you're inside or enjoying the outdoor seating, it's just an all-around great experience every time. Easily a five-star spot in my book.

Our day started with a Chinese tea ceremony in the barn and then a catered lunch. About 6:30pm, the ceremony with a live music started followed by passed hors d'oeuvre, fresh oysters, and wood fired pizza. The wood fired pizza was very delicious and I enjoyed the blackened shrimp and the arancini. I tried the cider and the rosé, but they were too dry for my taste. Then at 7:45pm, we went into the reception pavilion. The menu consisted of a salad as first course, a duet plate of salmon and beef short rib for entree, and dessert. The summer citrus salmon with the multi grain pilaf was very good. After first dance, father and daughter dance, mother and son dance, and speeches, the DJ told us to step outside. After a few minutes, the sky exploded with light. It was a beautiful fireworks display from the hillside. The bathrooms were stocked with essentials in the toiletry baskets. Red Maple Vineyard offers a rustic barn and reception pavilion, massive green grounds, and a beautiful garden.

Nestled in the rolling…read morehills of the lower Hudson Valley, Glenmere Mansion is a slice of Europe (think Tuscany) with a luxurious Guilded Age flair. Feelings worlds away from NYC, this retreat offers stunning gardens with breathtaking views, lavish yet elegant interiors, an award-winning spa, and exceptional sophisticated dining. I can't say enough about the Sunday brunch... definitely worth the splurge at $95pp which included 2 glasses of Prosecco. Everything including the service was top notch during our 3-course meal, starting with the amuse-bouche made of lemon whipped ricotta with pecans, cherries, and radish flower, as well as the basket containing an assortment of freshly baked pastries. The pecan crusted French toast and butter poached shrimp "Oscar" served over lump crab cake with Hollandaise sauce and asparagus were absolutely divine... and I don't even like poached eggs or rich sauces like that, yet I loved every bite! The lobster Benedict was out of this world, and the desserts - The Glenmere Coconut Cake and Mrs. Astor's ice cream Sunday - were the perfect ending to our meal. Followed by a brief stroll, the grounds are stunning and offer breathtaking views of rolling hills and Lake Glenmere. Their interior courtyard was beautiful and felt very Tuscan. I couldn't help but feel special during my visit, and can see how they hosted royalty, aristocracy, and top artists during its heyday!

From the second we arrived, the staff took care of us, guided us from place to place, and made the entire weekend feel effortless. The Rehearsal Dinner started with a cocktail hour on a terrace overlooking the countryside, and honestly, it felt like we had been transported to Italy. The views, the manicured grounds, the rolling lawns, the formal gardens, the lake... all of it created this stunning European villa vibe. The Tuscan-style architecture just added to that charm. On the Wedding Day, the ceremony was held outside on a tiered courtyard that managed to feel both grand and intimate. After that, we moved to another outdoor terrace for cocktail hour, and the change of scenery made the whole experience feel fresh and magical. Then we were guided under a covered walkway over to "The Barn in the Meadow" for the reception. It is a gorgeous space, with vaulted ceilings, whitewashed interiors, Italian-style chandeliers, and a covered patio looking out toward the hills and the lake. It felt elegant, spacious, and perfect for a large celebration. The Reception itself was unforgettable. The food and drinks were phenomenal and there was nothing anyone could want. The couple was glowing, the setting felt dreamlike, and the fireworks at the end of the night were the perfect touch. All in all, Glenmere Mansion is not just a venue. It is a full experience. Between the mansion, the gardens, the views, the beautifully designed event spaces, and the top-notch staff, it truly transforms a wedding into a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxury wedding or special event location.

The first disappointment was at check in we were told "we tried to call everyone but I guess we didn't get to you. Our pool is out of service due to a pump problem but you can cancel us for free and go somewhere else." Yes, one of the main reasons we picked this hotel was for the pool. I, like almost all travelers, took a bit to book this on my laptop reading reviews and comparing prices. To tell me I can just cancel and book somewhere else isn't that easy. Search pools, locations and prices all from my phone in a hotel lobby? No thank you. So we kept the hotel and instead of an easy post flight afternoon of throwing the kids in the hotel pool, we had to pay for a cab to head to an entertainment place and spend even more money. The good: Rachel Kuhn the GM was extremely sweet and apologetic for the pool issue and said it came from higher ups in the hotel chain to not give discounts or any type of reimbursement for the pool issue. She gave us her business card and told us to reach out for the next visit to try to help us out. Fresh towels and turned over bed everyday but we found a bottle of Mountain Dew next to the bed, big thing for housekeeping to miss. I might pay more to stay at the other hotel next time but this wasn't terrible. Decent breakfast included

My only gripe is that the advertised heated pool is not really upto temp for it to be called "heated." The water also has a funky smell that makes your bathing suit smell like a wet dog after?
