Stayed here for couple nights for my nieces wedding. We stayed on the 5th floor, which was recently…read morerenovated. Nice queen size beds and refreshed interior (although the paint on some doors and the sink faucet is already peeling) and note, no more irons and ironing board - they supply you with a clothes steamer. We ate at the main dining room for breakfast buffet (it's the only option with no a la carte menu) and is $18 pp. we enjoyed it and one of the mornings they also offered omelette and eggs your way station. That was a bonus. We enjoyed their spread. For dinner, the wedding had a pre reception the night before and it was setup as a buffet with a cash bar. It was fine and just reminded me of your typical catered food. Not great but not bad. The Legends bar was a nice surprise seeing a full sports bar inside a hotel. Nice bartenders and friendly to boot. Also had live music too. They have nice size indoor pool and a tiny fitness center (please fix your Peloton bike!) too. There is a grocery store just couple minutes all of you need to get something. Nice hotel and thank you for finally adding no nuts cookies!

I'll start with the positives because there were some. The room itself was clean, the bed was…read morecomfortable, and we appreciated the small touches -- coffee, bottled water, and wonderfully fluffy pillows. After a long night out, that comfort matters. Now for the not-so-great. We were attending an event at the hotel, and unfortunately the bartender scheduled for the event was sick. That part isn't my complaint -- these things happen. However, guests were directed to the hotel bar instead. Fine... although walking through a Valentine's crowd in full vampire makeup was admittedly awkward (but that's on us and our life choices ). What was frustrating: the two water dispensers in the hallway of our event were completely empty. If there's no bartender for the event, ensuring guests have access to water seems like a very basic courtesy. Later that night, the hallway outside our room turned into what felt like a preteen playground around 11 p.m. Not ideal for sleep. I won't entirely blame the hotel for that -- but it certainly didn't help the overall experience. The real issue, and the reason for the low rating, was the construction. The website clearly states renovations begin at 8:30 a.m. and run until 6 p.m. Unfortunately, we were jolted awake at 6:45 a.m. by loud banging, drilling, stomping, and worker chatter right above our room. When you're paying close to $200 per night and hoping to sleep in after a night of celebration, that matters. A lot. We left tired, cranky, and disappointed. We even skipped the $18-per-person breakfast (served in a freezing cold dining area) because we just wanted to get out of there. It's frustrating because this could have been a decent stay. But unexpected early construction noise and basic oversights like empty water stations made it one we won't be repeating.

I would truthfully like to give this 3.5 stars based on the room I had needing some updates- but…read morestaff were great, it was nice there was a pool as well The room I had was spacious and clean- which is the most important thing that being said - some items do need attention - inside some of the drawers - items had spilled a long time ago and were dried up - so it didn't impact my stuff - but for the price - try to fix it. Also I only had one sliding closet door which was odd I liked I had a fridge and way to heat leftovers . I was at the hotel for a week and they tried to change up breakfast a bit each day. I would like some healthier options - plain oatmeal cups instead of sugar laden maple brown sugar I disliked parking is an extra fee/ just build it into the price. One night there was no parking due to roof repairs and the equipment taking up the spaces Water was hot. Housekeeping comes every other day which is ok. I did have to go to the front desk twice for more toilet paper - I only had what was on the existing roll - no extra in the cabinet and it was the nastiest one ply I think I have ever encountered I had packages I needed to ship and the desk staff were helpful lending me a tape gun and printing a label for me when their lobby printing system malfunctioned

Dark and dreary hotel. Hallways are dark and dim- and rooms are the same. The shower felt like…read moreshowering in an RV, because the tub bottom for some reason was flexible and pushed in when you stood on it. An air duct directly over the bed that could not be adjusted or turned off. Slept with a hoodie on to cover my head and neck. plus, there was a compressor or something that made the an awful shuddering, loud sound every 10 minutes. This place is tucked away far from everything and feels isolated. Oh, and they ran out of paper plates before breakfast the next morning, people were trying to eat off tiny paper bowls. Obviously, no one was able to run down to BJ's for more or door dash some plates. I would not stay here ever again. We have stayed previously in Marriott properties that were quite nice, so we felt comfortable booking here. This one is not good.

Dumpster is full of nasty bed bug mattresses because I already told them I'm going to the board of health as they charged my son $600 for a week yet I had to sleep in my car because the bed was covered in bed bugs which I have plenty of pics to prove their illegal rooms. The power an tv surge while sleeping. Aka maybe a future fire. Do not use their sister company on rt 1 near Gillette stadium. I've also stayed their and that motel doesn't follow board of health guidelines either

He doesn't know how to deal with people and treat them nice. So even though I lost one of my jobs. I still paid them every 2 weeks $385. Taking care of 2 weeks a month. Got there sept 10 paid off sept Oct nov and Dec in full. In Jan fell 6 weeks behind. So I told them im applying for raft. I will get caught up. I just needed a letter from motel to give to raft. They did no letter for me to give to raft. They never where gonna do a letter. Instead they lied to me about a leak in the basement. Put me up in another motel for a week and then I could come back. They put me up at the lakita inn milford for one week. But then I was told im out and not welcome back at theproperty. So they gave me no noticed and basically locked me out. They did this to me knowing that my only other option would be to live in my car. Raft would have paid them my 6 weeks in the rears. But they didn't want that. As of Tuesday morning 10 am I might be living in my car. They also have no heat in these rooms. The only way to turn on the heat is with plyers and on bad snow days they don't put any sand down at all. 2 people over 65 years old stayed in there rooms for 3 days. Cuz there was too much ice and no sand down. Stay away from countryside motel bellingham mass. I'm 55 years old and I use a cane and they did this awful thing to me.
