Room was very clean. Area was quiet considering proximity to the highway. Staff was very professional. Lobby was well maintained. Breakfast was normal for Fairfield. It's in a good location but there were several issues that made the stay less than ideal during our 3-day stay over Memorial Day weekend. Upon check in the front desk attendant seemed befuddled by basic questions including how much our stay would cost. We asked for maid service each day but only received it on one day. Excellent equipment in the gym but the bike didn't work. I asked if it could be fixed but the attendant didn't know if anyone could be called to fix it. All of the washers were out of order. I could understand if one or two were not working.... But 4?? The breakfast buffet should have a few more items such as Raisin Bran. Why not keep cups and hot water available all the time. We had 2 rooms. Irons provided in both were not up to par; one had black stuff on it. With a few changes it would be a much better place to stay read more

I don't know why people do not write these businesses appropriately. First of all, taken to consideration how much you paid for a room and how accommodating it was. For us, we were making a six day track from California to the south. We drove a 26 foot Penske truck and were able to park it in the parking lot with no issues. The hotel was clean, staff was very accommodating, and everything was as expected. we paid about $150 a night, and got everything we expected from aFairfield inn. I would stay here again with no issues. read more

This place is the WORST hotel I have ever been to. Know one could tell me otherwise these underpaid janiters don't care enough to clean these nasty filthy bedsheets clean up mold under sinks shower wall pretty much anywhere Casper the ghost could look. There is various areas of awful water damage on the walls. You can see the water marks on the wall disgusting On top of this all. We came in late around 11 the only the thing that's on your mind is getting to bed while my son was showering there was a pair of dirty boxers on the rod in the shower. Are these people getting paid $1 an hour or what?! We didn't have the energy or heart to want to move out of this dang room. The only reason I am writing this review is to be a decent person to anyone looking for a place to stay this is not it honestly my car couldn't look nicer the night I was in that hotel. I could expect much more for something I'm paying $130 for that's 5 hours I worked for that I would rather not pay for this hotel again and you shouldn't either. Not to mention various other things however I don't want to spend any more time writing this I don't feel the need to but these are some photos I took of our room. I was here for a local convention and chose this hotel over the official one because it was so much better than that one. The room was clean and everything was in top working order. The staff was nice and check-in was easy. We ended up drinking the coffee here which was actually good so all in all we had a good experience. Parking was easy even with the convention in the area. I'd come back if I'm ever out here again. read more

Enjoyed our stay. It was one night stopping in to break up the drive. The place is clean and has sanitizing wipes around to help keep things clean. The breakfast is still a continental but they serve you what you want. Honestly, I hope that never ends. Although I realize it takes a staff member to man it, the sanitary side of it is much better. Bed was comfortable enough, the bathroom shows signs of mold under the wallpaper though. And rooms are fairly small for a double queen. read more

We stayed one night while passing through doing some hiking in the area. While the hotel is technically "dog friendly", we ended up paying more for our dogs to stay there than we did for our rate. The staff were all friendly enough. They seemed to be doing a pretty decent job with COVID protocols. The whole hotel seems a little tired...it could use a freshen up. I was bitten approximately 50 times by fleas in rooms located on the 3rd floor on July 20th and August 20 of 2022. The hotel is pet friendly, but It is obvious that they are not proactively treating or mitigating for fleas between stays where there is a pet involved. This lack of attention to detail has resulted in innocent people like myself getting attacked in the middle of the night. Since this has happened twice in different rooms, it is clear that they don't have an isolated problem but an infestation. This hotel was very disgusting and unprofessional and unpleasant. Though the staff were kind and helpful the appliances were awfully disgusting. The mini fridge had a great amount of mold inside and was not turned on. The room and hotel in general had a stale smelling Odor. The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. The staff were so kind and explained to my family that when people haven't entered the room that the appliance system doesn't turn on. If you like pubes all over the bathroom this is the place to stay. Stayed in two rooms and the bathroom toilets had a noticeable amount of pubic hair on them. If they missed major details like this while cleaning I do not want to think of what else was dirty in the room. read more

This Fairfield Inn is similar to what you expect from this chain. The hotel was nice and comfortable at a reasonable price. I have to say the thing that set this Fairfield Inn apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Patsy did an excellent job with the breakfast in the morning. My family was leaving early Sunday morning to make the 500 mile drive home and we thought we were going to have to stop and get fast food for breakfast because we were leaving so early. We were so surprised when we came downstairs and saw that Patsy already had breakfast out. It was a pleasant surprise and made the start of our day a little bit better. I blocked rooms for our soccer team for a weekend tournament. Ken Parish assisted me with our reservation. He was extremely helpful and even followed up when our block was about to expire to remind me (so I could remind my parents who had not yet booked.) When we arrived, we were greeted with a very friendly staff (along with cookies and bottled waters for our soccer players- nice touch). Our rooms were very clean and well appointed. Thanks you cleaning staff! Lots of lamps in the room. We appreciated that we could log into our Netflix account from the tv. The location was very quiet (I've stayed a lots of hotels where you can hear street noise. No problems here.) We used the laundry machines, which were well priced at $1!! Detergent was available at the front desk for purchase as well as other snacks and sundries. Our teenage players enjoyed a great hot breakfast each morning. Again, friendly staff assisting us. Good location for our games at the Mike Rose Soccer Complex. A Walgreens was next door. Restaurants/shopping within a short drive. Not a single complaint from a team parent - said actually received compliments from parents on my choice of hotel. That says a lot. We would not hesitate to book again! My first stay at this hotel, seems fairly new. I had reserved a king bed and upon checkin at 1600 the entire second and third floors had not been cleaned yet....had to wait 45-mins to get a rom. Very unacceptable! The breakfast was good, eggs, cereal, waffles, etc. Suppose to have baked cookies at 1600-1630 daily but I never saw them or the platter, suspect the staff enjoyed those. When asking for a quiet room, ask for a room to the rear and on the north side. The hotel sits next to 302 and there is a lot of truck traffic. There are a few fast food places within walking distance but their customer service is severely lacking at each place. Anyway, average place to stay with some drawbacks. Definitely look into room discounts for this location, do not pay rack rate. read more

I've stayed here twice in the last two years. Very nice. Clean, friendly, nice location. No complaints. Plenty of eating choices within an easy walk. There is a Walgreens within a few feet for drinks and snacks. The hotel owns a small soccer field and baseball diamond behind the building. Bring a ball and wear the kids out! read more

Great facility. Seems new and well cared for. Very comfortable beds. Clean. Great towels. Super nice staff. Convenient location with several fast food places nearby and a Walgreens next door. Wish Marriott would improve their breakfast options but that isn't the decision of the staff here. They did a great job with the food and kitchen area. Had horrible, rude soccer parents and kids staying here while we were there but that's not the hotel's fault. They were making a mess of the kitchen area and the staff did their best to clean up behind them. Someone needs to post signs in the hallways "No running or yelling" before 8 or 9 am especially on weekends for clueless people like these guests. Also no soccer playing in front of the elevators. I'm sure the hotel doesn't want someone getting hurt because a kid kicks a ball in front of another guest and causes them to fall. Again, it's not the hotel's fault. It's lazy parents who want to socialize instead of supervising their kids. read more

This is the first hotel that I have been in where the picture on the internet actually looks exactly like the room. The room was nice and colorful and soothing and the bathroom was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a microwave and refrigerator. The ladies on the front desk were very helpful when we needed suggestions and directions to dine.
