No RBF's here - Marriott would not allow that. I love the Marriott brand aka BonVoy - who doesn't? They know stellar hospitality, always greeting customers with big smiles and positive energy. ADA rooms are available. The lobby is bright and very clean. Hot breakfast is served with a nice variety and fresh items. There's also a shuttle available on Fridays and Saturdays to Graton. Costco is literally walking distance. There's a decent size pool, wish they had a hot tub and a bar on-site. Wi-Fi isn't very strong, and a key card needs to be inserted for the lights to stay on in the rooms, like the European way. 'Til we meet again ~ cheers and see you on Yelp (SYOY)!

My wife and I stayed here during our recent visit to Napa / Sonoma. It was a very easy in and out right off the main highway and free parking is always great. It was a definite plus being accross the street from a Costco and Costco Gas. This was the first time we were at this location and I'm so glad my wife picked this spot for us to stay. She is clearly a master of findng the right places to stay while we travel. The team here is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing but smiles. The room was shiny-clean and had everything we needed, especially a good work area for our computers. King size bed with comfortable pillows and plenty of towels. Breakfast was included and they had so many options which included bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal and a make your own waffle station. This was the best breakfast spot of any Fairfield Inn. Their process for putting these hotels together are great. The 24 hour coffee/tea station is always a welcome addition. I look forward to coming back to this fantastic location. KUDOs to the team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Santa Rosa Rohnert Park by Marriott.

Stayed for 1 night: 05/31/2024 Checking in was easy. The two receptionists that Friday afternoon were friendly and prompt. You can tell that it's fairly new since it didn't look rundown, and the gym was clean with new equipment. My two queen bedrooms were clean, and the AC was strong. The complimentary coffee and tea were decent. I was most impressed by their free breakfast selection. I haven't had that much variety when it came to "free" hotel breakfasts, and the food was hot. My girlfriends and I ended up having a good breakfast overall. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member, so I definitely lucked out with this. Decent pricing will save you money on breakfast, especially if you have kids!

    It's good to be "Elite."

We loved our stay here. The place is located in a great spot. It is near a shopping center with various eateries and grocery store. We chose this hotel because we it was near the casino we wanted to go to. And literally was around the corner or down the street approximately less than a mile. The hotel is fairly new and the parking is free which is lovely. We checked in and was immediately greeted by the front desk clerk. I didn't get his name but he was very courteous and helpful with directions. With our stay we got free continental breakfast however we did not take advantage of it. The rooms were nice and just the whole ambiance of it was bright and inviting. We will come back to stay again. Price: it was not too bad. I think if you book pretty early you get standard hotel pricing.

Traveled with family and brought the puppies. The inn is located very close to shopping areas and food establishments. The staff is super friendly and courteous. The lobby is super cozy. We were on the 3rd floor which was clean, room was very clean and equipped with the usual. Breakfast buffet in the morning was great.. Waffle station, hot and cold breakfast food, breads...everything. would definitely stay here again.

A nice view from our room

Everything in my last review except the staff recognized I was a bonvoy member! Love this hotel! I don't know if my other review will be able to be viewed....I don't have very much time, to put it quickly , this hotel is super clean, great water pressure and hot water! Super comfy beds, smart tvs, the parking is easy and free! The staff are wonderful! The breakfast is delicious! Even the view from our room today is beautiful. I am very pleased with the pricing. It has elevators that are easily accessible and disabled friendly, with close entrances and exits to the pool and parking lot. It's in a great location. Microwave and a fridge, I mean, this is just pretty much perfect for a Fairfield it could have 6 stars? How do you get 6 stars?

The room was large and nicely appointed. There was a full size soaking tub (which I didn't get to use :( ) and there was also a queen size pullout sofa bed. After taxes I spent 144.01 and felt like it was worth it. At the time I booked they offered complimentary breakfast and in the evenings I was given a coupon for a free drink and a free appetizer.

The hallway had a bit of a strange odor, but thankfully once we got into our room, everything smelled fresh and was much more comfortable. The room itself was clean, and the beds were quite comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool and hot tub. We had the entire area to ourselves, which made it extra relaxing. My only suggestion would be larger pool towels--it's hard to dry off with a hand towel than a bath towel! Breakfast was surprisingly good. The filled croissants were absolutely delicious and quickly became my favorite part of the morning. There were a couple of minor inconveniences. The automatic bathroom lights were a bit annoying, especially when they turned on unexpectedly. Also, getting a luggage cart was quite a challenge. We waited nearly two hours without any luck until a maintenance man kindly stepped in and helped us. I didn't have the opportunity to attend the evening reception, but several people told me it was very good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. While there are a few areas that could use improvement, the comfortable room, relaxing pool and spa, and tasty breakfast made for a pleasant experience. I'd consider staying again.

Late night checkin was interesting for sure. Communication here was weird. Room key given was for another guest with a totally different name even though she asked for my ID when checking in. Apparently, she didn't read it. It was awkward and had to return to front desk to rectify. Pool was decent size and hot tub spacious. $22 for parking seems like a gouge considering the doubletree was back far away from the road with no residential or public parking alternatives. Room was not our favorite with the only window we had was facing a balcony of our hotel neighbors. A first for us. Water pressure was very low. Maintenance and room service staff were welcoming

I booked a Lanai room expecting a relaxing courtyard view, but our patio faced the outside of the property with nothing but bushes. Had I known that, I would have chosen a standard room on the second or third floor instead. The electrical outlets were so worn that they wouldn't securely hold the iron or our charging cords. The room was also stocked with only two bath towels. For a hotel at this price point, I would have expected at least four towels to be provided without having to request extras. The biggest disappointment was the outdoor common areas, which had noticeable odors of urine and vomit, taking away from what should have been a relaxing atmosphere. While the hotel is nice, I don't feel it offers the value its rates suggest. There are several nearby hotels that provide similar accommodations for less, and I would consider those before booking again.

Maybe it's just luck, but compared to other casinos, I personally don't feel like my money goes very far here. I go to Cache Creek pretty often, and I feel like I actually get decent play there even at the minimum bet. I've won around $30,000 at Cache Creek within the last month, whereas at Graton, I honestly feel like that would be almost impossible based on my experiences there. I will say, their free gifts are actually really nice and useful, but I wish they made it easier to redeem them instead of requiring you to physically go to the casino. I was also disappointed with the new high-limit room in the non-smoking area. It's only available to the higher-tier cardholders/Chairman members, which feels pretty exclusive. Meanwhile, the high-limit area in the main casino is limited and has a lot of older machines. With the new expansion, I was hoping the overall gaming experience would improve. The property itself is nice, but for me, the payouts and machine selection are what really matter, and that's where Graton falls short and greedy.

Should have been alerted by the 'yard sale' of motel furniture in the lobby, and the forklift curriery mattresses to dumpsters, should have paid attention to the pile of mattresses and a couch under the stairs to our room. In my defense, have never stayed anywhere so bad, so did not know it was possible - really thought, one night, I can handle it. The room, really tiny, not clean, but strangely, looked like it had been updated in the last 8 years, just really threadbare, (trim falling off, half the lightbulbs not working, toilet barely works). But fine, I can stand a few hours here. Anyway, we spent most of our time at the River, so was only in this room about 9 hours. He came home and discovered bed bugs. (unfortunately, he has a houseguest this weekend...... so awkward) I did not unpack while there, so may have escaped. Did have one 'bite' over the weekend, do not know it was a bedbug or mosquito. Oh - and do not believe the website........ there is no breakfast. So, yes this place is cheap, but add to the cost and time of everything you own that might have had contact being cleaned. Add to the cost of the bedbug monitoring tests you will have to do for the next month. That said, it did not feel unsafe (no creepy tweakers) I strongly suggest - avoid at all costs.
