This was my first and absolute last time dealing with Fairfield Flowers. I ordered flowers from them to be picked up on my family members birthday. I went to pick up the flowers and the ones I were given were not anything like the pictures that I had used to purchase this flower arrangement. I showed the picture of the flowers that I ordered from THEIR website, and was told "most of those flowers are out of season and you should have known that since you ordered them." At this point the owner was already aware of my issue and began yelling from her back cubical and said "leave the flowers we'll call when they're fixed". NINE DAYS later I get a call that the flowers are ready and they still do not even slightly resemble the image from their website. Save your money and go to a reputable and honest local business. I booked a private floral arrangement class for my daughter and I and we had so much fun! Leslie our instructor was so knowledgeable and shared her skills and love of floral design, principles, and distinctive flower varieties with us. The entire experience was a pleasure. Leslies team also worked will us helping to create our desired look for our individual arrangements. All the tools, flowers, and materials used to create our arrangements were included. After we completed our creations were able to purchase anything in the store and receive 15% off. My son ordered a corsage and boutonnière for prom. When he went to pick up the order the day of prom it was not ready. They just told him to come back later. He missed his dinner reservations so he asked me to pick up his order. When I went back to the shop they had no explanation why the order was not ready earlier, other then the ticket was not printed. They told me they offered to make the boutonnière and corsage while he waited. They did no such thing. We were made to feel that any inconveniences we experienced bc of their mistake were our own fault. No apology. No compensation. No resolution. Telling someone that you could have rectified the mistake sooner AFTER the fact is NOT an apology. It did not help that they continued to lie about offering my son a resolution. I really wished we saw the negative reviews before we chose them. If I could give them no stars I would $50 for corsage (brown cracked pedals) and $25 for boutonnière. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. 3 of the same item for delivery all to the same address was ordered. 3 seperate deliveries (increased contact for covid risk- last driver didn't even have a mask on and came within the 6 ft) and 3 of the same item was not fulfilled. When you pay for 6 roses you expect 6 not 3 accompanied by funeral and filler flowers. Product and service no where near worth the amount of money spent.. Will not use again in the future. ************EMBARRASSED ON VALENTINES DAY****************** Spend Near $100 bucks only to get poor products that are not even on par with description of what I ordered. Not sure how this florist got "Best of the Beach". Flower arrangement (44.99) that description stated would have 10 tulips a deep purple only had 5 that were not deep purple at all, that looked in poor condition then stuffed with random green foliage. The stuffed Bear that I ordered was medium($19.99) the bear they sent was so small it fit in the palm of my hand. The box of chocolates ($9.99) description stated 6-9 pieces of chocolate, the one received only had 5 pieces and still had residue from a price tag sticker that was removed not to mention it was a cheap brand that could be purchased at the dollar tree. Beyond blown away with the poor quality of items they delivered, I could have gone to Walmart or Target spent less and got better quality of items. There is no way I would ever order from here again. I ordered a Sugar Maples deluxe arrangement. It was advertised at $69, but cost $90+ once the fees were included. The arrangement as shown was a cheerful blend of oranges and yellows including chrysanthemums and 7 full size orange roses (7 shown on one side). It also featured seeded eucalyptus and red pepperberry along with some artificial leaves. What was delivered was a bedraggled mess of a few pink roses, a pink gerbera daisy, sunflowers, chrysanthemums, seeded eucalyptus, pepperberry, and artificial leaves. The arrangement was not as represented. I did not expect a carbon copy of the advertised image, but it should have been a reasonable copy regarding color scheme, flower count and skill in arrangement. Fairfield Flowers made a huge impression on my wife during our Anniversary dinner on July 19. The vase, as it were, was sold to me at the flower shop earlier that day and was in form a long piece of driftwood (actually made of sturdy teak) with rounded glass whose bottom was furnaced into a design that beautifully melted into place, sturdily seated atop the wood. The unique centerpiece will make a lovely statement in our beach-themed family room for years to come, but on that day it was the thoughtful arrangement by Fairfield Flowers that made a large statement. "Sam" was a great help and proved to be a lovely employee who, after some minor deliberation on my part, convinced me to purchase the vase, assuring me the adorning flowers would look lovely. BOY WAS SHE RIGHT! My only requests were that the arrangement complement the length of the driftwood vase, that calla lilies, which are my wife's favorite, be included, and that they be delivered to the restaurant we were to dine at that evening. The photo attached may not even do the final product justice, but according to our waitress the mostly-female staff could not stop themselves from admiring the arrangement. $350 is no small sum to pay for flowers, but if you believe you get what you pay for and are willing to spend that kind of money to make a BIG impression, Fairfield Flowers proved to me they are WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT! read more

I ordered tulips but got the arrangement pictured below. I also ordered an arrangement of lilies for Mother's Day and received the arrangement below. I'll let the photo speak for itself. As I told the owner, I expected someone to call me and notify me that they were out of tulips, so when I picked up the arrangement, I wouldn't be surprised and disappointed. The worst part was the owner said she felt bad and would send me tulips. Never got them. I'm sure FF can do a good job on non-holidays, but I'd be wary to trust that they can provide what you paid for on a big day like Mother's Day. read more

I ordered a bouquet of Valentines Day flowers for my wife and had them delivered to her job, worst experience of my life!! I ordered a premium bouquet which was over $100 with delivery and I got a bouquet that looked nothing like I purchased. They tried to fix it by sending another bouquet, and even though it was better, it still wasn't to same as I ordered, at all. From the vase to the flowers, it was all different. Like most guys, I walked in and described what I needed and for what occasion and the staff all superhero-like, pulled out their handy dandy iPad of options and like a kid at McDonald's, I pointed at what I wanted. Stopped in the other day to order flowers for my anniversary. Staff was friendly and showed some pictures to help better educate me on what to expect when ordering a bouquet. They basically had a good, better, best type system. But the pictures were only of one choice so they could use some updating there. The overall cost, which included delivery, felt like it was a tad on the high side but nothing unexpected. If you want a nice product you have to pay for those services. I came into Fairfield Flowers with my mother to purchase flowers for my wedding - bouquets, boutineers, corsages, etc. I was very excited after our first meeting. I told the lady that worked there my budget and she said she could definitely work with that. I told her some details I wanted, i.e. my bouquet was to be a little bigger, with some gravity to it -- I wanted it cascading. She seemed to be writing everything down. My mom and I left there feeling very comfortable. A different lady calls me a week or two prior to the wedding and asks me some questions, questions that we thoroughly went over at the meeting. I told her I didn't quite remember the details, but that I saw the first lady writing things down. The conversation seemed rushed and left me a bit uneasy. The day of the wedding, I see my bouquet and it's tiny. Not cascading at all. The bridesmaids' bouquets are even tinier. There were two boutineers missing. Two decorative ribbons were missing. One corsage was supposed to be on the wrist; both that were done were "pin on." Everything BUT the flowers went very smoothly with our wedding vendors. When my mother called Fairfield to let them know what had happened, the woman flat out denied it and said that what we received was exactly what we ordered. We've received no compensation. My $500+ dollars would have been better spent elsewhere. So if you do decide to go to Fairfield for your flowers (not recommended), write down everything you tell them. Send them a copy of it before the wedding. Draw pictures if you have to. read more

This is the only florist I use. I have been to a couple of others in a pinch but I absolutely love them! The women that work there are all so very kind and thoughtful. I almost never pick an arrangement that is already together but tell them what I am looking for and what price range. They give me an idea of what they will put together and it always comes out beautiful! Just perfect! Generally, I am purchasing for my girls or a sick friend. Recently I purchased flowers and a few other items and they helped me carry them out to my car while engaging in conversation. They go above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied. My son uses Fairfield Florist as well because he knows that he will get quality flowers and gifts. For those interested, they have classes frequently. I have not yet had the opportunity to attend, but I plan on it soon! read more

My father-in-law from out of town ordered a premium bouquet for my birthday. He ordered it through an online flower delivery service who contracted Fairfield Flowers to complete the order. The bouquet that was sent to me looked nothing like the picture online. My father-in-law was very upset when he saw the flowers. For his sake, I tried to make it right by calling the manager at Fairfield Flowers. She admitted that the online flower service never sent her a picture and instead gave a vague description of it and a budget for the flowers (which was HALF of what my father-in-law paid for). I asked the manager if she gets multiple complaints about this and she said yes. I asked her why she does business with online flower services who don't send the pictures and she merely said "that's what keeps us in business." I am very grateful regardless of the type of flowers I received, but I understand my father-in-law's disappointment and frustration. I would also be upset if I intended for a particular arrangement to be sent to someone and it looks nothing like the picture!
