We've stayed at this hotel several times and it was always a positive experience. Lots of good restaurants and shopping close by. Very quiet location. This visit: Friendly staff. For a place to lay your head it's nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and the common area of the hotel was bright clean and wide open and had people hanging out and charging phones and relaxing. The beds are nice and rooms are clean and have what you need. Then issues start to creep up. Issue 1 I was given a room someone else occupied and the computer showed it empty, when the elevator stops on second floor it jars like it broke and everyone in it rushed out and took the stairs, if goes to third floor it sounds like the rope will snap and fall it's really bad sound, the internet for the tv to watch YouTube or any internet tv is unwatchable as it sticks and buffers over and over and says no signal, the premium internet for members didn't work, the lights over my beds didn't turn on, my door need a spartan kick to open, some of the outlets in the room didn't work, the tv jumps all over its volume from quiet to incredibly loud. For a Marriot property it looks like one, but definitely needs some tlc. Oh and most the hallways smell like weed so I assume people are smoking and people generally don't care. It's still a good bed to sleep in and centrally located. Would stay again if needed but not top my list for Marriot properties. read more

Total dump. I checked in. The front desk girl is very nice and I felt bad for her. None of this was her fault. The first room had a bed that just had the bedding straightened, not changed from the previous night's guest. She came to the room and confirmed it. The bathroom was also still all wet on the counter. It wasn't really serviced. So she moved me to the 2nd floor , the furthest room from the elevator. The problem was the wifi doesn't reach it. That means your iPad, computer etc. doesn't work. It also means the TV doesn't work. In fact the whole hotel electronics are sketch. The TV won't even turn on for 46 seconds after you push the on button. They put a sign on the front desk to notify you at check in because they are tired of people complaining. But hey, it's because the internet in the whole building sucks, and these TVs run off of WiFi. The reality is, the Patel family needs to invest in this property or just turn it into a Motel 8, because that is what it is. It's a Motel 8 at Fairfield Inn prices. Do NOT stay here. You have been warned. Oh...and if you have AT&T, you don't get more than one bar for some reason inside. Ps, I checked out at 9:30 pm to find someplace else. After 8 hours driving staying in a dump wasn't an option. Update: I just went down the road and checked into the Hilton Garden Inn. So much better and everything works. read more

First time at this location. Easy reservation process and perhaps that's due in part to being a Marriott Bonvoy member. If Marriott is your preferred hotel, it would be wise to join. So many perks can't name them all. Check in was at 3 but I received a text the room was ready at 8AM. That was perfect timing since I was in route for a 9AM appointment. When I arrived the Guest Services Attendant was on a call with a friend. She greeted me and said she would be with me shortly. I waited less than 5 min before she ended her call. She took my card, provided 2 keys and explained the breakfast schedule. The room was freezing but comfy. The beds (double) were neatly tucked in. 2 sets of towels. 1 set of soap, shampoo and conditioner. I bring my own soap If you need housekeeping, you must notify them at time of check in. Since I'm staying 1 night, not necessary. Everything was perfect from booking to check out. If I'm not mistaken only 2 Marriott hotels are in Warner Robins. The next trip I will book here or Courtyard. Looking forward to the next stay... read more

I was so tired I didn't even mention that the sink and tub do not drain properly. When we arrived at about 11pm for our one night stay- the only thing I wanted was a shower before bed. As the water quickly filled the tub, I reached to the plug to see if maybe it wasn't fully open. That's when I saw the hair- floating around my hand. EW- not my hair and not hair that anyone wants to see, touch.... EW. I pulled my hand back disgusted. I didn't think it was a cleaning issue- I looked at the tub first, it was clean and I check for tell tale signs- like hair. I think it was in the drain and floated up when the water backed up. So I stood outside the tub and washed my hair. Only being there for one night made me feel like there was no point fussing about it- but trust me, I fussed inside my own head, and here. read more

Another stop on the Military Travel Show, and another Fairfield Inn. This hotel is a quick ride over to Robins Air Force Base, and easy to find. I had a quick check in, and they had freshly baked chocolate chip cookies waiting, which were delicious. They offer up free breakfast from 6-9:30am and free wifi here. I got into my room, and wasn't too impressed. Pretty bland but the bed was super comfy. They missed giving me some body lotion at this location, so that was a letdown. I ended up throwing on my gym clothes and headed straight down to the fitness center to get a workout in. This is where my two star bumps hit. It was a tiny room, four machines total, with three of them being aerobic machines. The other machine was supposed to serve as a multi purpose workout, but it was already messed up when I went to check it out. Kind of like the bathroom buddy version of gym equipment, a one-stop shop. I fixed it, tried it and realized it seemed dangerous. Major fail and no free weights to use. I ended up doing a workout in my hotel room instead. The elevator here is also a little creaky, making cracking noises (like wood cracking). But, at least it had a real southern charm from the voice you hear when you push a floor button lol. The breakfast was phenomenal! Turkey sausage, bacon, cheese omelettes, eggs, toast, pastries, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereal, make-your-own waffle, coffee, oj, cranberry juice, apple juice and different milk options plus papers to read. I filled up quickly on the spread they had. Running outside here was also a bit tricky too. Very flat but busy roadways. I found a backroad that was a mile long, and added that in a couple times to my run. It's flat enough that you don't have to worry about turning an ankle when you have to run in the grass during oncoming traffic. Overall, a good stop. Don't stay here for the gym though. Also, pricing sure is high in South Ga for these Fairfields ... $125-$149 a night : / . read more

A moderately decent place to rest your head. Definitely, not the best in the Marriott family of hotels. Fortunately, I came equipped with disinfectant spray, antibacterial wipes, masks and hand sanitizer. They came in handy once I saw the mystery stains on the closet door (which was also missing a knob), curtains and walls. The place is in dire need of upgrades and renovations judging from the mired walls and worn furniture. Not to mention that after forgoing housekeeping for my first 2 nights, I sent my husband to request towels and was told that there were none available at the time. read more

COMPLETE new remodel and renovation of the entire hotel!!! VERY very nice. All new breakfast area, Lobby, furniture, carpet, wall coverings, art work... Everything!!! Even new furniture pieces in my room (couch, chair, tables, etc) Soooooo much brighter and cheerier than before. Mind you, it was great before, but now it's even better!!! Plus everyone always like that "new" smell!!! II meant to take a bunch of pictures of all the new look, but forgot, sorry... all the pictures I have posted on here are of the "old" style before the remodel...) The staff is NOT TRUSTWORTHY here!!!!!!!! I called the front to see if they had my package bc i found out it got delivered a week early and was confirmed delivered. A woman asked how big it was. I said I wasn't sure if the was in a package or a box but it was a pair of jeans. She said "OH YEAH...ok ....umm hmmm ... let me go see if we umm have that." I waited then she tried to say she wasn't sure if it was still there. I said "NO it is there bc I have delivery confirmation." She said "umm they might have mailed it back to sender... let me put you on hold" (mailing it back unopened would have been correct if they thought it was a mistake). I waited a while then ****She straight up lied to me and later to Marriott saying that they had a manager with a similar name who (Recently) worked there, not currently, literally saying "What had happened was we thought it was hers so we opened it by mistake" *** it's illegal to open HER package too!! Bc of the shady tone and being put on hold multiple times, I didn't trust her story so I came back later that night and asked a different hotel employee who told me the manager they referenced hasn't worked there in over a YEAR & A HALF! Even now as I write this review a coworker just told me they're at that hotel and this story scares them bc they had checks that should have been there two days ago. I moved hotels, have made 7+ calls to Marriott been told I'll be called, stuck with them in good faith; I'm Titanium Elite and still they haven't contacted me in 4 MONTHS to fix this. The hotel even closed the issue without contacting me and I had it reopened. I'm going to burn through all my points and try out Hilton Bc it's not like status counts for anything. read more

Georgia and Yolanda were two of the nicest and most wonderful people / customer service reps I have ever met. I cannot speak highly of them enough and I hope they both are being paid very well because they are amazing. We really enjoyed this hotel. It's new and the beds are so comfy. I have to go Back Next week and I already booked my reservation to stay here again. The breakfast is very good. But make sure you go On time as the girls who oversee the breakfast get upset if you want anything near closing time. It's a little over the top, but I guess I can understand. The front desk representatives are nice and try to accommodate your needs as much as possible. Again, I will be returning. read more

This property is another example of why I am a Marriott rewards member. After spending far too many hours on the road I finally made it to my hotel last night. Upon walking in the front door, I was welcomed by the front desk staff. My check is was handled by Michael. Friendly, professional and personality plus. Having people like this interacting with customers is the #1 asset a hotel can have. Went up to the room and found it clean and exactly as what I would expect to see. Had a wonderful nights rest and got up to go to exercise room. Decent amount of equipment and it all actually worked. Breakfast was also a great experience. Friendly staff and area was clean and well stocked. If you are traveling through the area I would give this location my highest recommendation. read more

We made an unexpected stopover in Warner Robins, Georgia on our trip back to Florida on Thanksgiving weekend of 2020. Looking for accommodations that included an indoor pool and hot tub, we found the Fairfield Inn and Suites on Margie Road. We found all the facilities to be clean and following COVID protocols. They were even serving a hot breakfast, with scrambled eggs and breakfast meats being served by a staff person from behind a plexiglass partition. The only item unavailable was the make your own waffles station, which was understandable and very prudent. I definitely recommend staying here. read more

First and foremost - I think there needs to be direction clarification, here. I don't blame the hotel, I think that's a GPS and Yelp error. This hotel is hard to find at night as it is tucked away BEHIND other hotels. The signs read Comfort Inn and Fairfield", when in reality, the Comfort INN is FIRST, THEN at the end of the block, turn right (there's a right-hand lane) go past the next hotel and Fairfield is across the street from "BAE Systems". I hope that helps! Anyway, check in was quite simple. The concierge was kind enough to make a good dinner recommendation, albeit our late arrival (9:45). More about that, later! In any case, our stay seemed pleasant. They had prompt service and their staff seemed both aware and professional with the patrons. The pool was a good size, but it's not open 24 hours. I gave it 4 out of 5, because it didn't seem out of the ordinary, or extraodinary, but it was a functional and quiet stay. We will probably stay here again. read more

STAY AWAY!! Although the hotel is older and in need of a refurbish, the customer service here is HORRENDOUS and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We checked in after 3:30, having reserved two rooms only one was ready, we would need to come back after the event we were in town for was over. We requested a late checkout as we checked in and informed the young lady at the front desk we would be back in the evening to pick up the other room key. We came back to the hotel at 2 AM and picked up our room key. The following afternoon at 12:15 PM I received a call from the front desk, the phone didn't work well so I said I would come down to the front desk. When I arrived a lady, later identified by as Mrs. Eaton, the front desk supervisor asked when we were leaving. I told her we would be leaving shortly and she stated "you have to leave now, we need that room". I informed her my family wasn't ready and we would need more time, she then told me "you have to get out of that room, we are completely booked, I've had to call in extra staff to get our rooms cleaned". I told her again we were not ready and walked away because I was angry at that point. I called the Marriott customer service number and asked about the late checkout policy, I was informed we had until 4 PM. I then went back to the desk, told Mrs. Eaton we requested a late checkout, I'd called Marriott and they confirmed their is a late checkout guarantee for Platinum members. Mrs. Eaton then screamed "we're a franchise, we don't have to follow what Marriott says". I told her we would leave at 2:15 and walked away. Mrs. Eaton was blatantly disrespectful and if she, being a supervisor is indicative of the standards for this establishment I could not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. read more

The first time was because the air and heat was not working properly, the fan in the bathroom didn't work and the Internet connection was not working. They moved us to a second room and the bathroom was dirty and had hair all in the shower. The maids had gone home so no one would come clean it. Definitely don't waste your money. read more

I have stayed here on multiple occasions. The staff is extremely friendly. The place is very clean. They automatically upgrade you to a nice suite if you are Gold or above (w/o having to ask). A decent free breakfast. Good conference room. I will stay here again and again, as often as I'm required to come to Warner Robins. read more
