This Garden Inn felt like a glorified motel. Staff were all very nice and accommodating, but the place itself needs some upgrades. The lobby is very nice and appears to have been remodeled recently, however this aesthetic does not transfer to the rooms. The hallways gave me hospital vibes and had laminated numbers for room numbers (maybe they are upgrading?). The rooms have those tacky under the window air conditioners that you can hear every time it comes on. The ones that make the temperature regulation of the room either get really cold or too warm before it kicks on again. The WORSE pillows, there were 4 pillows for 1 king and probably the cheapest pillows that helped in getting no sleep with. Once you put your head on them they just flatten ... You could also hear everything through the walls from other rooms. read more

My friends and I go to Hilton Garden Inn in Warner Robins, GA every Thursday to play trivia. This place has really gone downhill over the past year. The staff is constantly changing but the menu never changes. The drinks get smaller, if they even have what you ordered. More times than not, they are out of something, food or alcohol. The bathrooms, although nicely decorated, need work. Tonight, I was pleasantly surprised that only one toilet wasn't flushed. It's not because people don't flush them. It's because they won't flush correctly. It's getting to the point that we may stop going to trivia just because of the location. read more

The staff were excellent, very helpful and above and beyond. The rooms were extremely clean, mattresses very comfortable (wish I knew who made them, but couldn't find the tag!), decently appointed. Whoever did the refurbishment should be congratulated. A couple of glitches, though they're not huge in the long run: 1. The cappuccino machine they advertise has apparently not worked In months. The excuse is that they're waiting for a part that got held up when their truck was held up by a fire somewhere. Hard to imagine it taking half a year but there you have it. 2. One would think, with the machine broken, that they'd set up a coffee station in the lobby but there's no coffee available after 10:00 a.m. when breakfast closes. In the rooms there are Keurigs which is possibly the worst coffee on Earth outside of the Postum my grandparents drank when I was a kid. And don't get me started on the Keurig decaf, which should be an embarrassment to coffee makers everywhere. 3. Dinner was much better than expected, especially the salmon, an extra large filet perfectly cooked and seasoned. However, the menu is confusing - it lists the main protein with two side courses (for instance, salmon with grains and mixed vegetables). Then the waitress asks what you want for your two sides, and thinking those came as an addition, we all ordered salads. It was only when dinner arrived that we discovered the "two sides" were INSTEAD of the sides listed on the menu. That should be fixed. 4. Breakfast is made to order (and a bit pricey - $9 for yogurt with some granola and frozen fruit?). We requested real milk for the table and were told there was none available in the hotel, only the little creamers full of stabilizers and additives. When one of us expressed astonishment, he was told he might be able to purchase some from the front kiosk. Ditto juice - only water, or inexpensive OJ were available, even though we were paying. But we could get juice from the kiosk. In short, the kitchen cooking was better than expected, but staff should learn not to suggest people purchase milk for their coffee!! All in all though, I'd recommend this hotel without reservation - but bring your own milk. read more

I attended an event at Fort Valley State and stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn for the night. I was given a huge king room. The room was so large that I could have turned cartwheels in it. The room was fairly clean, i.e. not dusty or sticky, but there were a couple of long hairs on the shower wall and that's always a bummer. (I did not tell the hotel staff about the shower.) I had the breakfast buffet the next morning which is a good deal for a hotel at $15. I was glad to have the option so I wouldn't have to go to a restaurant. All of the hotel staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a great location with grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. nearby. There is also a Buc-ee's a couple of exits down the highway. read more

The hotel was nice and had a good atmosphere. It had an indoor pool which was nice and it had a well lit parking lot. The room's TV was very responsive, a smart tv, and had great picture quality. The bathroom was nice, and everything but the toilet seat was clean - the toilet seat had a hair on it and dried urine... but, I will overlook that as long as I have cleaning wipes. The room had a coffee machine that made some great coffee too. Overall, a great hotel! read more

After researching the local hotels to learn about wedding room bookings, I decided on Hilton Garden Inn. The location was great and the rates seemed fair. As a frequent Hilton customer, we have been to many different Hilton properties and we have always found them to be reliable. However, without a doubt, I will say this one was exceptional. This was all due to the amazing staff. The desk staff are so friendly and helpful. They bend over backward to make you comfortable. The the bartenders and wait staff do the same!! They are kind, friendly and accomodating. The cleaning staff always greet you and smile. Our wedding party included 20 room reservations. Everyone was happy with the size and status of their rooms. But I must brag the most about the sales manager that helped me with both the room reservations and the rehearsal dinner that I decided to have in the banquet room of the hotel.Her name is Peggy Kay, and she is top notch!! She worked tirelessly to make my rehearsal dinner fun and relaxing for everyone. I had never even considered having rehearsal dinner there until she mentioned that there was a meeting space that would hold up to 75 people. What better way to have a dinner and plenty of visiting time. Then, no one had to drive again after the long journey from out of state. It was a win/win! I was so glad I did. Peggy went overboard to help me with my event. The food was good and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I had a family member who needed some different accommodations over the weekend. Peggy made sure she was cared for, and she was comfortable. Thank you to all of the staff who helped make sure this very special weekend was comfortable and relaxing for me and all of the friends and family that came to celebrate with us. The pool and hot tub needed to be cleaned. The room the pool was in was super hot! This location is near shopping and restaurants. Very Very pleased that they had a bar onsite that seemed to be enjoyed by many and had a crowd around the happy hour time. It did seem to me there were a lot of traveling business people frequenting this hotel. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned three times not sure why. I asked at 10 in the morning- finally around 6 they got it done so I really did not get to hang out and enjoy my room much the 2nd day like I would have hoped. read more

It was so good being back in my chosen city. I lived in Warner Robins and returned to visit family. I had previously stayed at this hotel and had fond memories. My sister was suffering with sciatica so I knew hot tub would help after our drive from Raleigh, NC to GA. As a Hilton honors member and veteran booking at last minute was not an issue I got very gd rate. Our airbnb turned out to be disappointing so Hilton Inn was a savior during out travels. The moment we pulled up to checkin we could smell wonder cuisine being served inside and sadly we had just dined prior. The front desk were so helpful we wanted a room that was in quite spot and not near elevator. Once we checked in I popped down to bar for drink and nice cigar outside. It was great mingling with other travelers we all bonded under stars on a beautiful evening. One of the guests uses hotel so often for work he introduced me to everyone especially the chef who prepared the fragrant cuisine. I even met a young man who was an Ed Sheeran twin. Its always great returning to a place full of memories I shall be repeating it soon. The morning dip in hot tub was perfect way to start our day. It really helped sciatica. We decided to dine downstairs afterwards to a well prepared fresh breakfast made to order. Never disappointing stay here I highly recommend it. read more

I am a big fan of the Hilton Hotels and a Hilton Honors member. Any chance I can get to stay at a Hilton Garden Inn, I take it. This particular Hilton is super clean, sits in an excellent location, and is priced right per night. I was able to reserve my room online and check in via e-check in from my phone. There was a slight delay in my room being ready because the coffee pot was not clean. The front desk apologized and provided me with two breakfast vouchers during my stay. Of coyrse, this was not necessary as I was not upset at all, but you must give credit to the employees for immediately recognizing a possible Inconvenience and taking care of the customer. The room was cozy, clean, cool, and relaxing. The beds just suck you in and really help you to relax and sleep. Room service was great and every staff member was super polite and respectful. I began to wonder if I was still on earth. At the end of the day when you need a place to spend the night in Warner Robins, GA, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn. read more

I called ahead to ensure adjacent rooms were available and was told it would be taken care of. When I arrived not only what I had reserved was unavailable but Vicki the receptionist came around the desk to shout at me about their staffing issues. She was more concerned with her work problems that the inconvenience caused to this Hilton Diamond Member. Perhaps she is new and missed Customer Service 101. On top of this disappointment, it took her 3 attempts to provide functional room keys. Whatever this issue, she provided the rudest most inept check in I've experienced at this property. read more

We passed through Warner Robins on our way to Orlando. It was a nice respite after quite a long day on the road. The hotel is conveniently located right off I-75. We had a little while until the indoor pool closed for the night, and the kids enjoyed a quick swim. The pool was clean, and the other guests were friendly and well behaved. In the room, the beds were extremely comfortable. We slept too long, we were so comfortable! The carpets could have been a bit cleaner. The Keurig in the room was a very nice touch. We wished there were a couple more cups and creamer provided, however. There was a good selection of coffee/tea K-cups, though. The staff was so warm and friendly. That always goes a long way, in my book. You could buy breakfast at the hotel. We opted for McDonald's down the street, instead, where there is also a Dunkin' Donuts. (Starbucks lovers: Never fear, you'll find a nice one with a drive-thru a few blocks west on Watson.) In all, a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. read more

My husband and I were passing through town and needed to check into a hotel after driving long hours. However, the hotel policy is no locals. We tried to explain to the front desk that we are not locals but because my husband has his mom's local address on his drivers license, she misunderstood. PLEASE TAKE MILITARY PERSONNEL INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR HOTEL POLICY. Because our addresses change often, we usually have our home of record on our drivers license. This was an unfortunate experience. We were very tired and just wanted to sleep. We went next door to another hotel under Hilton honors and did not have an issue. read more

Loved the room service. House keeping did an awesome job. The 2 stars is for them. This review was made right after Georgia opened back up from the post apocalyptic Corvid 19. 1st night- everything is awesome. Cold ac and hot water. No creepy noises. 2nd night- cold ac and cold water. No hot water at all. No big deal. Called front desk and said something was wrong with our water. Front desk said they couldn't get a hold of maintenance and asked if we wanted to be moved. Said no it was late and we could just wait for the next day. 3rd night- awesome house keeping. Wow no hot water again. So I finally figured it out. When you don't have enough customers at Hilton we shut down the boiler for the hot water. Needless to say the wife is very upset about having to take 2 nights in a row of a cold shower. I fully understand the hotel industry is suffering. But dang you could at least warn the few guests that the boiler will be turned off at a certain time. Customer are a lot more understanding when explanations are given instead of excuses. read more

Stayed here for a night's rest, while driving from Florida to Memphis. It was a cheaper rate than hotels in Macon but only downside was no free breakfast. Check in at close to midnight was easy and the desk staffer was friendly and funny. I liked how the lobby had a water decanter and it was flavored with fresh melon plus coffee dispensers as well coffee. The mattress on my bed was the best I have slept in at a hotel in recent memory but the sheets were slippery and I woke up middle of the night without any top cover. I stayed here for a week while working in the area. The rates are reasonable, close enough to the highway and not far from Robins AFB and other businesses and restaurants in the area. Looks to be one of the nicer, newer hotel options in the area. Standard HGI rooms with the adjustable bed, fridge, Keurig, desk, lounging chair. All in good condition. Breakfast area was large enough and staff was very attentive when placing and bringing orders. A pleasant enough experience and would recommend without hesitation to anyone else staying in the area. read more

I read all the wonderful reviews and booked a room there for my family when we stayed in Warner Robins. When I entered our room, I wondered what happened! The room is average, nothing more, and the pillows on the beds were flat, and small, like the ones you toss because they are no longer useful, piled haphazardly trying to hide the fact that there were no size appropriate pillows. I asked for queen sized pillows and were given 2 more of the same. The air conditioner was on the wall, like Motels of the 70's. There is a thermostat, but the air still blows from that one old unit. I haven't stayed in a hotel without vents in the wall in ten years. The hotel policy is strictly no smoking, which I depended on due to allergies. Yet, when a child in our group opened the drawer under the nightstand, there was a wrapper from previous occupants that looked like it was something a little more harmful than even normal cigarettes. None of this makes this a 3 star hotel. Very disappointed and won't repeat this mistake. read more

The Great American Grill inside the Hilton Garden Inn Warner Robins is our fine city's best kept secret. Like many others, I thought you had to be a guest staying at the hotel to dine there. That is not true! Anyone can dine in! They are open for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast has a cold buffet out, but what is unique is the Chef prepares everything else cooked to order. Eggs, Omelets, Pancakes, Bacon, Sausage, Hashbrowns...the list goes on and on!! AND WHAT A PRICE! Less than $10 for all you can eat, whatever you want for breakfast. Can't find a deal that good anywhere else in town. This is the place to go for dinner! A full menu that has something for everyone. The prices are comparable to anywhere else in town. There are weekly dinner specials too! Always something unique and appealing! There is a great bar with friendly bartenders as well. Happy Hour specials are great...there are 2 for 1 drinks! I am excited to go for their Valentine's Day "Sweethearts Dining" with my special love. I know they will put on a great evening! My gang and I eat at the Great American Grill often and I am noticing it is becoming a "local favorite" of Warner Robins citizens. This place has a staff that is friendly, attentive and hospitiable! They really are doing something right at this place! I would suggest anyone give it a try, whether staying in the hotel, travelling through, or a local resident! It is a dining experience you won't find anywhere else in Warner Robins. It's just what I have been waiting for. My only regret is that it took me so long to discover this gem!!! The staff at this location were excellent. The mattress and pillows weren't anything to write home about, but I was only there for one night and they got the job done. Bathroom was very clean and the water pressure was okay. Lots of hot water. Walls were very thin. There was a wedding or a family reunion or something because I overheard a lot of impromptu reunions happening in the hall, but they were all so happy and good-natured, I wasn't about to say anything. But maybe next time I'd ask for a room farther back from the entrance. Staff helped me with all my weird little problems (lost my highlighter so they lent me one of theirs, and then I locked myself out of my room in the morning because I clearly hadn't had any coffee yet.) I wanted to check out in person and thank the desk clerk for letting me into my room, but she was very busy helping out the restaurant with breakfast, so I was unable to check out in person and instead just checked out on the app. If I didn't have the app, the wait would have been unfortunate. Booked room for two nights but received a call to ask if we needed more time in our room after first nights stay. They corrected this and we had to come down to get our keys reset. Upon noticing my bank account had two holding charges I expresssed my concern about the room charges being duplicated as well. At checkout, I had over $1,200 charges for what should have been just over $350.00. I showed pictures, at checkout, of the many ants in our bathroom found the night prior to checkout and morning of. I didn't pursue any compensation for the issues, but was surprised that none was offered. read more

I ran into a huge issue when I had items stolen from my room by housekeeping! We accidentally left a pair of expensive Maui Jim sunglasses behind in the room. The hotel was notified as soon as we noticed they were missing- housekeeping had already been in to check the room- and the sunglasses were already missing....... The hotel management and Hilton has been 110% uncaring and unhelpful! I will not stay at another Hilton again. read more

The hotel was in a very nice area and was convenient to I-75. We were put in a very nice room away from the noise of the elevator. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was big. The only complaint I have is that there was not a shade you could close to hide the light. The security lights in the parking lot shined into the room and we didn't get a good nights sleep. Clean property. Pristine room. Courteous and polite staff. Quiet, sits back from busy Watson Blvd. Breakfast service was wonderful.

I stayed at this location for 3 nights. The room itself was a standard room. The pillows were horrible. No matter how hard you try to fold and fluff they become paper thin. This caused me to have restless nights and a stiff neck in the morning. On the third night of a restless sleep I was sure I would pass out from sheer exhaustion. Once I did, the hotel emergency alarm went off at 1130pm. As we scrambled to vacate the alarm silenced. After falling back asleep an hour later we were woken twice more from the alarm. The next more we checked out and asked what the issue was and they had no idea. We have to stay in this location again next month and I plan on not staying here again. read more

This is an excellent hotel. It's very comfortable and modern but not pretentious. We have stayed here twice a little more than a year apart. We found the bed to be VERY comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is really good (costs $10.00 - a bargain) and includes plenty of fruit, yogurt, waffles, eggs cooked your way, coffee, muffins, donuts, cereal, toast, and juice. The room was clean, comfortable, and mostly quiet except for someone upstairs who stomped around unnecessarily for a while one evening. The room has heat and cooling as you desire. There are room-darkening curtains. There was a Keurig in our room. Parking is easy. They have cookies, coffee & other refreshments in the lobby all the time, along with a cozy gas fireplace and comfortable seating. The small exercise room has a couple of treadmills and another stand-up walking machine (forgot the name) along with a multi-use weight machine that does just about everything. The indoor pool would be nice for kids. We have no complaints and would stay here again in a heart beat. I wish more hotels were this comfortable & easy. read more
