Celebrating a surprise birthday party. The meeting room is nice set up with adjustable lights. Occupancy was about 50 with plenty of room to dance, socialize and eat.

    Closet space.

Zero complaints. I stayed here while in town trying out Contour Airlines. The food and everything else was en pointe.

The pool and hot tub needed to be cleaned. The room the pool was in was super hot! This location is near shopping and restaurants. Very Very pleased that they had a bar onsite that seemed to be enjoyed by many and had a crowd around the happy hour time. It did seem to me there were a lot of traveling business people frequenting this hotel. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned three times not sure why. I asked at 10 in the morning- finally around 6 they got it done so I really did not get to hang out and enjoy my room much the 2nd day like I would have hoped.

It was so good being back in my chosen city. I lived in Warner Robins and returned to visit family. I had previously stayed at this hotel and had fond memories. My sister was suffering with sciatica so I knew hot tub would help after our drive from Raleigh, NC to GA. As a Hilton honors member and veteran booking at last minute was not an issue I got very gd rate. Our airbnb turned out to be disappointing so Hilton Inn was a savior during out travels. The moment we pulled up to checkin we could smell wonder cuisine being served inside and sadly we had just dined prior. The front desk were so helpful we wanted a room that was in quite spot and not near elevator. Once we checked in I popped down to bar for drink and nice cigar outside. It was great mingling with other travelers we all bonded under stars on a beautiful evening. One of the guests uses hotel so often for work he introduced me to everyone especially the chef who prepared the fragrant cuisine. I even met a young man who was an Ed Sheeran twin. Its always great returning to a place full of memories I shall be repeating it soon. The morning dip in hot tub was perfect way to start our day. It really helped sciatica. We decided to dine downstairs afterwards to a well prepared fresh breakfast made to order. Never disappointing stay here I highly recommend it.

I am a big fan of the Hilton Hotels and a Hilton Honors member. Any chance I can get to stay at a Hilton Garden Inn, I take it. This particular Hilton is super clean, sits in an excellent location, and is priced right per night. I was able to reserve my room online and check in via e-check in from my phone. There was a slight delay in my room being ready because the coffee pot was not clean. The front desk apologized and provided me with two breakfast vouchers during my stay. Of coyrse, this was not necessary as I was not upset at all, but you must give credit to the employees for immediately recognizing a possible Inconvenience and taking care of the customer. The room was cozy, clean, cool, and relaxing. The beds just suck you in and really help you to relax and sleep. Room service was great and every staff member was super polite and respectful. I began to wonder if I was still on earth. At the end of the day when you need a place to spend the night in Warner Robins, GA, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn.

Stinkiest hotel I've ever been too snd I'm seasoned. Best to stay away from the Hilton garden inns. Most are old and extremely out dated.

The location that I was traveling to was less than 5 minutes away from the hotel, which was a plus in my mind. I stayed here during the GA Golden Olympics in the month of September and it wasn't crowded, provided breakfast and amazing selection of coffee (with flavored coffee creamer), teas and hot chocolate. There were so many eatery options surrounding the hotel including Cookout, McDonald's, Checkers, Cheddar's, Krispy Kreme, Longhorns and much more. Additionally, there are various shopping plazas and grocery stores nearby as well including but not limited to Walmart, Target and Kroger. The service and cleanliness of the hotel was absolutely amazing. I usually stay at Hilton Hotels while traveling for work and I've never experienced a "bad" hotel experience with Hilton. I would recommend staying here if you're in the Warner Robins area for a quick trip with the family.

Unfortunately, the only thing rolling was my patience right out the door. Let's start with the room--apparently towels and washcloths are now considered luxury add-ons. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told to come back in an hour... like I was reserving spa time instead of trying to take a basic shower. I returned, hopeful and naive, only to be handed what can only be described as a pool towel and a couple of hand towels. Nothing says "refreshing stay" like drying off with something the size of a napkin. The remote control didn't work because the batteries were dead (a nice throwback to 1998), and the body wash in the shower was completely empty. Had to go back and request soap like I was bartering for rare goods. Now, let's talk about the lobby situation--which appeared to be staffed by exactly one human being for the entire building. Shoutout to Ray, who was somehow juggling a line of guests checking in, people demanding towels, broken room keys, and--my personal favorite--a full-blown "room key shortage." Yes, apparently keys are now a limited resource. Despite the chaos, Ray was genuinely pleasant and impressively patient, which is the only reason this review isn't just a string of exclamation points. Now, breakfast. I went down at 8:30, which I thought was a reasonable, adult time. Apparently not. The selection was... minimal, and by minimal I mean "are we closing?" The highlight? A sign proudly declaring "this is how we roll" placed directly above an empty cinnamon roll case. Bold. Inspiring. Slightly insulting. Overall, if you enjoy scavenger hunts for basic amenities, ironic breakfast signage, and the thrill of possibly not getting a room key, this is your place. Otherwise, you might want to roll on to literally anywhere else.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights. The location is perfect. There's a Walmart, Kroger, and plenty of places to eat near by. The best part is that Buc-Ee's is only 8 minutes away. The hotel was very nice and the employees were so nice and accommodating. Ashley at the front desk was a joy to be around and speak to about any minor things you may need etc. They have a microwave and fridge, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center. They also have a laundry room if you need to wash your clothes. They provide breakfast in the morning. Speaking of breakfast, their biscuits were the BEST. So soft and fluffy every single time. I think this will be our preferred hotel when we come in town.

The beds are nice and rooms are clean and have what you need. Then issues start to creep up. Issue 1 I was given a room someone else occupied and the computer showed it empty, when the elevator stops on second floor it jars like it broke and everyone in it rushed out and took the stairs, if goes to third floor it sounds like the rope will snap and fall it's really bad sound, the internet for the tv to watch YouTube or any internet tv is unwatchable as it sticks and buffers over and over and says no signal, the premium internet for members didn't work, the lights over my beds didn't turn on, my door need a spartan kick to open, some of the outlets in the room didn't work, the tv jumps all over its volume from quiet to incredibly loud. For a Marriot property it looks like one, but definitely needs some tlc. Oh and most the hallways smell like weed so I assume people are smoking and people generally don't care. It's still a good bed to sleep in and centrally located. Would stay again if needed but not top my list for Marriot properties.

We had an interior King room, with a full sized kitchen, living area, sleeping area and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (plates, cups, utensils) and even pots and pans that we didn't use. A full size fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, and stove top. (The coffee pot was in the bathroom.) The sofa was not the comfiest but also not awful. There was full length mirror that hid a closet to hang clothes and an iron with an ironing board. You could tell that the room was older but it was VERY CLEAN. There was plenty of parking. When we first arrived and checked in, the gentleman at the front desk wasn't very helpful BUT it was late and there may have been a slight language barrier. The other times I went to the front desk, there was young lady working that was very kind and very helpful. The breakfast was decent. They had toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, jams, butter, milk, tea, and juice. I didn't try any eggs or sausage as they were in warming trays and I prefer not to eat from those and the waffles were a little sour tasting but that was from the baking soda not being mixed in well (I did not get sick at all.) Why it wasn't five stars...There is no elevator. It only two floors so it's not that big a deal but when you're staying for a week and have a LOT of luggage, bringing everything in and out was a little annoying having to make a bunch of trips. There was also a very distinct food smell in the hallway. It didn't permeate into the room but it was not always pleasant. And lastly, there was also a *different* distinct smell in the stairwell several times when I went to get ice. I didn't personally care but others might. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
