My old laptop crashed and totally died. I had not done a great job of saving my documents in the cloud so I was frantic. I brought the laptop in and found out that it was indeed history. I bought a new laptop and luckily Mat was able to retrieve my word and excel docs from the hard drive. He loaded them on a memory stick and I am good to go....He also loaded Microsoft software on my new laptop. Long story short, I would recommend them in a minute!
