I've enjoyed their burgers, salads and salmon. Sometimes they are a bit short on staff and things take a bit longer but if you know that going in, it's not an issue. I am so happy my mom has found a place she loves to live at and a place we're we fell good about and know she is in great care.

The other residents were all treated respectfully and Bryson and Isaiah in the dining room had the patience of saints! Lockdown for COVID ended our face to face visits but via cellphone and first floor window, we celebrated his birthday with the help of staff. When my husband succumbed to Parkinson's, my children and I were treated like family by everyone at Tucson Place. I've had several calls from staff members, making sure I am doing well. After exhausting every effort to resolve the issues directly with management, I ultimately felt I had no choice but to file a complaint with the state. Memory care residents are among the most vulnerable, and families trust communities to provide compassionate care. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

We had a number of appointments scheduled and felt either OK or uncomfortable with the places we toured. Then we found out about fellowship Square. We didn't have an appointment, but thought we would stop by anyhow to see if there was a possibility that we could take an unscheduled tour. Sandra came in to get to know a little bit more of the situation and what things my mom was looking for and to explain the property and amenities. Ultimately, she spent several hours with us. She took us to the dining facility so that we could experience the facility and the food. We were very pleasantly surprised Both by the dining facility and the food and the staff. Our server was Robert and he was absolutely wonderful. He also overheard that it was my mom's birthday the next day and when we finished our meal, he had all of the servers come out and sing happy birthday to her. During the tour, Sandra passed by several of the residence and knew them by their name Which was a very positive Indicator of how the staff treats the residence. The facility itself is very open and full of flowers and fountains and trees And just a very positive place. The apartments themselves are good sized and all of the amenities are wonderful. My sister and I will be very comfortable with our mom living there and it is a place that my mom also feels comfortable about. The fact that they are a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit or organization and a Christian organization was icing on the cake!!

Hello, I have just recently moved my mother to the Cascades…read moreof Tucson for Assisted living and I am beyond impressed. The staffing is amazing, there are both medication techs and caregivers focusing on the residents as a team. There are licensed LVN's 7 days a week which is not standard in this industry, so these examples of staffing truly sets the cascades apart from other facilities. Additionally the reception team answers the phone at all hours and are kind and extremely professional as well. As a recent retired RN I know what quality care looks like and the Cascades has given my family the piece of mind we need and the care my mother deserves. The place is peaceful and clean and the staff are very compassionate. You can visit loved ones in the hospice 24 hours per day and it is a safe facility with locked doors. Nurses are kind and well trained and the rooms are cozy and comfortable.

I've had theft problems with a few of their "Care Pro's" (I used to keep a couple hundred dollars in cash on my desk for when I needed a store run done). Mistake, as it kept disappearing. I now give them my debit card for purchases. I've had hundreds of dollars spent at stores I don't send them to for groceries. I don't visit the Dollar Store, yet my debit card has been used there a few times. It happens to be near the grocery store that I send them to for errands. You don't have to be a detective to figure that one out, everything is time stamped into my bank account. I've had several other items magically disappear from my house. Computer monitor that I had stored in my home office that I no longer use vanished. If you like people who never shower and smell terrible (like make me leave the room kind of stink) when they kick off their shoes to go to sleep at noon on the couch. I've had days that I've had to open all my windows and air the house out when the "Care Pro" left for the day just to get rid of the lingering foot odor they left behind. If you want to pay to have someone stare at their phone and do nothing, enjoy having people steal from you, and have no expectations of quality care, this is the service for you.
