I was a little nervous going to a laundromat on a Saturday night, but after seeing the ratings on here I thought we'd chance it. Turns out it was very clean! Not sketchy at all! Machines looked new and everything was well maintained. It was a little more expensive than I was expecting, but I haven't been to a laundromat in 20 years, so that's to be expected. My washer broke and of course I had a load to do today. So I went to the nearest laundromat to me. And it was closed. So google told me about this place. And I am happy to find it. There were three other people here doing their laundry. The place is clean. The machines are all wiped down and ready for the next load. The dryers are all clean and ready. Plenty of light inside the building. There is a card for people that use the facility often. It helps save money because if you add enough you earn free money. Speaking of free money. My load earned me a dryer credit today. That is very cool. I will be back. When I need to wash my comforter or anything else that won't fit in my dryer. read more

I have been here a few times. Always clean. Use the extra large washer to clean my comforter.

I'm not totally sure what I pressed when drying, I used the top and bottom dryer, the top gave me 5:00 and the bottom gave me 25 minutes so I had to put my top clothes in the bottom dryer! I believe it was $1.25 for 25 minutes but it charged me $25 for 25 minutes of dry time... very expensive and I feel cheated. First and last time patronizing this laundromat. read more

I went late one night/early one morning and I had used a washing machine that was not filling all the way with water, so I had to rewash my clothes in the one next to it. I used all my quarters for the wash so I used my card for the dryers. I just left an anonymous note on the washer to let people know to use a different machine so they didn't lose money -didn't Sign the note or leave any info about who. I was.. next day I woke up to a full credit on the card I used to dry my clothes! I was shocked in a good way that someone, I assume the owners or staff took the time to figure out who I was probably by the security cameras, and it was so nice to get a credit of what I lost back even though I didn't ask for one I really appreciate it and was so grateful! I really like this laundromat it's kept clean And I really like the machines They are modern and You can use your card which is very convenient. The one thing I don't like is when people leave their laundry in the big machines ... And they leave the building and go home?? there's only a few of the large machines so it would be nice if the worker stayed to monitor this. Be responsible people. Set a timer. read more

I've been coming here for multiple years and had became friends with the owner and would remain cordial always chatting with her when seen and she HAD SEEN ME do my laundry at the mat. Recently, there was a new women who was incredibly rude and short because I was getting quarters for my girlfriend who does our laundry at a separate time. " I should have laundry when getting quarters" in order to get money from their machines? So after working 10 hrs, you expect me to go pick up my fiancé who doesn't work who takes care of the "at home" responsibilities to get her quarters to do our laundry For literally trying to make her life easier? keep your expensive machines And quarters! you lost $40 a week of business. the Snarky women who is "Part owner" will ruin you! read more

Solid spot. As someone who travels for a living, you could nitpick any place. But this spot is clean, the people are nice, and everything works. Plus there's a great pub across the street to hang in while you wait. If you need more than that then I dunno what to tell you. read more

It is just an "ok" laundromat. It is open 24 hours. I'm not sure if they have wifi. I much rather Leo's Laundromat up the street!!! It is cleaner, free wifi, and they have tables so you can get a little done on the laptop while you wait! read more

I'll preface this by saying I used to love this laundromat. It's always been clean and efficient. I no longer live in the area but would travel out of my way to come here. However, after today I will not be returning. I was taking my wet clothes out of the washer and getting them ready to transfer to some dryers. One of your staff was walking around cleaning and chatting with a woman on the bench. I then hear from your staff member "sir! Sir! Don't bend over like that you were showing almost your whole butt and I don't want kids to see that " mind you there was not a single child in the place nor was my "whole butt" exposed. I then quickly take my clothes to the dryer and load the dryer as these two women are giggling to themselves. She could have discreetly came over and told me this but instead loudly announced it to the 3 other patrons in your establishment. I was mortified and felt like she was accusing me of purposely exposing myself. I honestly nearly left my clothes there because I was so embarrassed by her actions . read more

I never had BED BUGS until I decided to come here and wash my all white king comforter. Will never come here again the washers and dryers needs some serious sterilization not just wiped down! I was in the area on business trip and needed to do my laundry but because of Covid-19, the hotel didn't have a laundry service so I Googled a laundromat. This place was awesome! It was clean, organized, had machines for change as well as detergent and the likes at a reasonable price. What I liked was that it was in a good neighborhood and even had a clean bathroon with a big faucet to wash by hand stained clothes. Highly recommend this place! read more

Washers & dryers ok, but went to use restroom & it had no hot water, no soap, and no garbage can.

This laundromat needs updating severely! The machines don't wash well and are not as cost effective as your $1.25 building machines. The "double" loaders are single loads and you end up using twice the amount of detergent you would with a "normal" machine. You have to take a 5 minute read time to understand the machines. You can either pay $2 or a "double load", $4 for a "triple load" or $5 for the "giant". I believe those are the increments. The dryers are 8 minutes a quarter, some dryers dry better than others. This location is open 24 hours and offers a pop machine but NO air conditioning and 4 hard wooden benches to sit on, not comfy at all! No reading material and the bathroom is from the W.25Th and Clark area. It has a wash basin and a toilet with toilet paper and NO soap to wash your hands! The owner is good about refunds when she's there and a machine takes your money though. No forms to fill out just cash on hand. There are several fans that circulate the air and CCTV for security. There are plenty of NEW laundromats out there that have TVs with cable and an attendant on duty ALL the time. You can find more for your quarter too if you just look around. I found Leo's Laundromat in Fairview, they are new and get 4 stars. I'll be reviewing them also. read more
