Or even 100?…read more I really and truly cannot thank Dave and George and 'the village' enough on all of the assistance today in getting my RV into a challenging spot in regards to parking (a tree, a fence and limited maneuverability). Exceptionally above and beyond in all aspects! Including, but not limited to: the ability to get my fifth wheel into a tight spot, the time spent in order to achieve this, the positive and (for lack of a better word) loving and 'can-do' attitude (of Dave especially) today was extraordinary. In regards to the actual RV park, when I saw the location (right off of 14th St), I was worried it was going to be very noisy: definitely NOT a concern! Ehen im outside my rig, I can hear the Jets at Oakland International Airport a *little* bit and you can hear BART a ways off in the distance, but other than that it is extremely quiet. I was actually very pleasantly surprised. I sure wish I found this place about a week ago, it is so pleasurable being around people who are helpful, kind, considerate, and caring.

Well here is a good one. I recently rented a trailer from a lady here, Joyce. She bought a old run…read moredown trailer for $1 in 2016 or 2017, then iligaly sublet it to a man for $1,200 a month. The space rent here is $800 plus utilities. The other thing is you are not allowed to rent a trailer out to anyone, the one who owns the trailer is the only one allowed to live here. So the owner Andre sent Joyce a 7 day notice to leave because they knew she was subleting to this guy. This lady has a trailer at the San Leandro mobile park as well and she's doing the same thing, she is delusional in saying she is an investor. She is not, she is iligaly subleting spots for $500 over the legal space rent. The owner is aware and isn't following through with evicting her. She's a conartist scamming us out of affordable living for her own profit. Now this lady owns her house, it's paid for, only pays for property taxes so she rents a room out in her house for 1,300 to cover her taxes. She writes a years worth of rental checks, signs them and hands them over to the park owners so they just cash them monthly. But the issues is she's iligaly subleting and the park owner of this park and his attorneys are aware of it since 2016 or 2017. I'm currently filing cases against both of them. I'm going to end up homeless, but they won't be able to break the rental laws anymore.

She stated that she's been hearing that a minors live in the home and that where she got her information is nor here or there. My mom felt very uncomfortable with her tone and so was I. I was blown away at how she approached the conversation. Instead of explaining what her phone call was for and saying who she was, she sounded like a busy-body. A Gossip. Then because Dee-Dee did not hear what she wanted to hear, she stated " well, we will see about that". Like a threat.
