This place is tucked into a small shopping plaza (beside one of my favorite restaurants - Mediterranean Deli). It's a small shop inside with 1 refrigerator with some examples. I stopped in to get a gift for my GF and the 2 people working were both extremely friendly and helpful. They asked my budget and made a custom bouquet within about 10 minutes. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and fairly priced. I earned big time brownie points with my girl. The service was top notch, and they had a super cute and friendly dog for me to play with while I waited. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a florist! read more

I have been using Fairwater Florists for a couple years. I don't need or get flowers often, but when I do I make sure to come here. I have had Robert make arrangements for myself, for my mom in law, for business associates, for a funeral I had to go to. It's as easy as saying 'here's what I want to spend, here's the colors I like, go!' and he does an excellent job. And you don't have to spend a lot. I was here just a couple days ago to have a little arrangement done as a thank you for a client of mine. I brought a vase of my own (or he has lots there, nice ones too) and for $20, I had a gorgeous little arrangement of flowers! I received flowers from my husband for our 10 year wedding anniversary via FairWater Florist. While I understand that he ordered from FTD.com they came through FairWater. I received the flowers they smelled lovely and looked okay too. My husband sends me flowers at least twice a year and we've had bad experiences before so I always ask how much he paid. He said for this arrangement of 12 pink roses and stargazer lily's the "DELUXE" version was 100.00, which is what he ordered. After I picked myself up from the floor I took photos of the arrangement and told him that it's less than the small version. The good thing about this florists is when he called to complain they did say that they would bring me a new arrangement and pick up the old one. We shall see what the new one looks like once it get's here. BTW the new one NEVER arrived. read more

I ordered off the FairWater Florist for delivery of some flowers to my mom because they were one of the few local florists where you can order online and it's NOT FTD or Teleflora arrangements. I live in Atlanta, Ga, a family /friend lost her mother. I had no ideal whom I could trust with this arrangement for my friend. So I picked Fair Water Florist from several website. I placed my order via the internet paid for the arrangement and received a email that my order had been deliver. Well that evening I received a call stated that there was no arrangement left and I panic thinking oh my god I'm done. Email Robert then called Robert we spoke and I was asked to verify the address... Well I screw up it's my faulted and someone has stolen the arrangement. Once I called Robert back and I explain to him it was my fault with the incorrect address, he told me not to wrong they would delivery the arrangement today. Very nicely and calm it's very hard to find good people in the same city you live in but to have that type of service from a different state....WOW, AWESOME!!!!!!! It can perhaps be considered rather silly to love giving flowers even to those who appreciate them. After all, they will die in a couple of weeks along with the money spent on them. Nevertheless, I stand by the feeling I get when I see their faces light up like no other with the occasional surprise bouquet or arrangement. It's priceless. Like that Mastercard commercial. I discovered Fairwater Florists not too long ago and have purchased most of my flowers from them since. Robert has always been extremely friendly and gracious, including the times I have dropped in out of the blue to ask a variety of questions to educate myself more about flowers and what makes a good combination. He would then wrap them ever so nicely even when he knows that in a few minutes they would be put in a vase. Ordering online or over the phone is also highly acceptable, and Robert will then also confirm the details with you to make sure all is in order. Great service, I tell ya! The delivered flowers have also always, well, delivered! The flowers have been great and arranged wonderfully. Whenever I need flowers, Fairwater Florist is my go-to spot despite having many choices closer to home. The employees are all friendly and very helpful. I'm usually not too picky about what I need to get, so it's great to be able call and say "make me something for $XX". I've never been disappointed with the results, and their prices are far better than any other florist I've tried. I LOVE Fairwater Florist. I used them for my son's bar mitzvah and the centerpieces were spectacular! I don't have the ability to artistically create but still love to see such creations. Fairwater Florist was recommended to me by a friend, so I went in to talk to Robert. I simply told him I had no talent and couldn't explain what I wanted. I explained I just wanted to walk into the room where the function was being held & be wowed. I got way more than wow...I got beauty that I felt down to my toes. Guests were coming up to me and asking who did the flowers. I've also used Fairwater Florist for artificial flower arrangements in my home. Beautiful! I loved them when I first saw them and every time I see them. I'm not exaggerating. When I order flowers for others, I know I don't have to give a second thought about how they are going to look. I have used Fairwater Florist twice now and they have come through for me twice with the most beautiful flowers. I have just become a fan and they are now my go to florist in the future The first time was Valentine's Day, when my boss lets me know at 5:20 PM the day before Valentine's Day that he needs flowers sent. I use their on-line ordering and called early on Valentine's Day with changes. They accepted the changes with and had the flowers delivered before noon on Valentine's Day. For everyone who hates additional charges on their bill, this company did not charge extra for all the extra service they give. The second time was today. I needed flowers for a celebration of life ceremony and again the timeline was tight. Robert made the magic happen again. I originally found Fairwater here on Yelp after searching for a florist in Orlando. After I received delivery of my order and it wasn't what I asked for, I called them to discuss. Robert (not sure if he's the owner or manager), who is rude and not customer friendly, said "I knew there was going to be a problem with this order." To speak to a customer who's paid and been courteous is nothing short of uncalled for and unprofessional. And then he proceeded to argue about color tones (which was the discrepancy) to add insult to injury. Not to mention that the flowers delivered were below value for the money paid.
