He was at my car in no time, despite being a Sunday evening where I'm sure he had better things going on! After changing the tire, he followed me for a bit and thankfully so, because as my luck would have it, I actually blew two tires. Without hesitation, he packed me into his truck and we drove to get a rollback- obviously I would need a tow, and he was sure to keep me safe by not leaving me in my car at night on the side of interstate 81! Tim truly keeps the customer in mind when offering his service, and what was a stressful evening for me, ended with a sigh of relief as he delivered my car to a shop and me to am awaiting family member. I even got a follow up call today to make sure I was back on my way home to VA!! Recommend this guy, all day, every day! THANKS TIM!

We called the service connected with our car, but they had no one available in the area. We had called a number of people who said that they couldn't help us. In a moment of desperation, we called Tim--and he arrived quickly. He loaded our car onto his flatbed and took us to his garage. Tim was able to plug the tire for a very reasonable fee, and we were back on the road within the hour. Thanks to Tim, we made it to our daughter's dinner event in DC on time. Exceptional service, professionalism, and kindness--highly recommend! Kathy and Mike K.

Someone needs to answer just this one question- how are brand new pads and rotors grinding!? Literally replaced my rear brakes a day prior to this event. Front is 7mm which is half life- an actual professional told me this measurement prior to this. Oh, and the parking lights that don't exist that are apparently out? Pointing out literal Chrome on the inside of the headlamp assembly saying parking lights are out. No, ma'am, Look to your left about 4 inches to see fully functioning parking lights. Maybe I mean just maybe, if we were actually pulling wheels and using our eyes to inspect these components, confusion wouldn't be lingering so much. (did you know there are tools to measure these components? confusion can easily be resolved Here) This woman needs to answer phone calls, not inspect cars. Never wasting my time here again.

On the other hand, if you need a repair..trust him because you do! Believe me, I've been to many "mechanics" in my 55 years of driving and dealing with automotive industry as a consumer, commercial class Pa licensed driver and a machine shop trained & schooled aviation powerplant / airframe (A&P) mechanic. When you find a good shop like this..hold on and don't lose it. I do most repairs myself, and Blaze checks my work and signs off on it when it's done right (PA inspection). Caputo's Garage & Towing provides vaule and great service to our community. Thank you Blaze & crew! K. Skinner

They told me that my car would be the next to go in so I sat nearby where I could see the garage bay doors. When they finally brought my car inside, I kept an eye on things just to see how quickly it would be done and not one of my tires was taken off to be rotated. I of course was still charged for a tire rotation, I do have to admit the price for the oil change was decent if you're willing to wait 6 1/2 hours for it to be done

The employees did not see the appointment and took multiple other appointments first. I don't want to assume they were ahead of me in any queue, but I didn't get brakes until Tuesday. I called several times to inquire because I was told that if they couldn't get to me on Sunday that they would get to me Monday. Monday was Labor Day, so it's likely a smaller crew was working that day. Employees may have called off at the last minute, too. Recommend management look into online scheduling system for gaps or glitches. I was given an accurate cost estimate. It cost $559 and some change for rear brakes (including rotors) for my 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander. The Labor costs seem somewhat standard--moderate to high cost. Parts are marked up, seemingly over twice the cost. This seems the norm in our post-Covid economy and current Presidential administration. Family members do a lot of automotive work, so I am familiar with costs. All the aforementioned being said, I am grateful to the Hazleton Firestone for getting me back on the road. Holiday weekends are always a bad time to need car repairs. I appreciate Reilly's professional demeanor, and clearly explaining everything related to getting new rear brakes. He was thorough in explaining recommended future services. Thank you for a positive experience!
