Excellent. Delicious breakfast lunch and dinner. This is the best local hot spot to grab your lunch or breakfast. The greatest cup of coffee in all of Monmouth County. It's a great country store. I love to grab a bowl of soup on a cold day and a quick lunch on every work day! I get my large coffee, bacon egg and cheese sandwich and my lunch every day there. Great town deli in the heart of the action. I love that I can walk to Fairwinds and they are set up to be completely accessible by parents with double strollers. I never have trouble with the ramp or the doors. That is a huge plus! Sitting at an indoor table can be tough to navigate with the stroller, but we make it work or sit outside if the weather permits. The sandwiches are great! I love the #1 (Ham & salami) the turkey sub looked wonderful and the egg white wrap with cheese was delicious. This is quickly becoming our go to spot for sandwiches. read more

He's always there with a smile and greeting for the kids and parents who walk into his deli. And he's willing to set up a charge account so your kid can pop in and grab a bite without you being in tow. But that doesn't even begin to give you an idea of how amazing the sandwiches are. If you've never walked in with a hangover and ordered the Diesel sandwich (a magical creation with breaded chicken, cheddar, crispy, crispy fresh fried bacon and BBQ sauce on a hero) you honestly have not lived or cured a hangover. And if your kid doesn't want a sandwich, he's got chicken fingers made out of real chicken and pizza bagels. As if the friendliness, the amazing deli sandwiches/hangover cures were not enough, Mr. Warren has a wall of Haribo gummi. This is a large space that makes a very good THC - especially if you call ahead. Dead at breakfast, so I hope business is a little more lively for lunch. The owner seems like a nice guy too. You can't beat the location and the parking available out back. Nice outdoor seating and friendly people. Friends tell me it's a good spot for catering. I've been going here for years, ever since I was a kid. And when I tell you the food is great, I mean it! Everything to eat here is delicious, and nothing beats going to Fairwinds early in the morning for a porkroll egg and cheese. The owner, Warren, is great, has been nothing but kind to my family and I for years now. Staff in general is great and super talkative, food is great, everything about Fairwinds is awesome! I will always tell people who visit me to go there for a great bite to eat that is local to our area, that's how good it is. read more

Nice local deli but they NEVER wear gloves. Handle cash and cards then go right back to salad and sandwich without gloves every time

Such an amazing deli. Everything from their sandwiches, to their atmosphere, is extraordinary. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Walking into this establishment you instantly feel like family. As you walk in, you meet the counter to place your order and pay with the lovely Joyce. There is seating to the right of the cash register, that is well kept with plenty of seating. Awful sandwiches. As a fair haven native I have been here many times. The bread is very stale and hard and they just cannot make a sub that is edible. Pork roll/bacon egg and cheese are okay. The owner is a jerk who charges different prices every time you are in there. It is a shame they can't learn how to make a good sandwich. read more

Pastrami Reuben is delicious!!! I get mine with no dressing and extra Swiss. The combination of flavors is outstanding. They are definitely buttering the bread before toasting it up on the grill, but the sandwich is somehow not overly greasy. I will be back to try more! read more
