They send out a reminder text several days before your order is processed and delivered. This has helped so much!! The first few months, I still had a lot of food left, so I changed it up to every 5 weeks for a delivery. I also like the text reminders in case I was out of town and didn't want the food delivered. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is that with they recently changed their hours so they are now open 11-4 M-F and 10-3 Saturday. This has made it more difficult to bring school aged kids here during the week, whereas we used to be able to make it after-school. Overall, very positive experiences here! Love bringing my toddler to see the animals!
