She offered her cell phone number to me on our confirmation call in case I needed anything on my event day. She or someone from her team was expected at my event at 9am. When I called her at 9:30am on the event day asking when she was arriving she did not answer so I left a message and texted her. She called back almost immediately and said she had attempted to call me the day before because she had not received payment. I told her I did not get a phone call but I vividly remember paying by PayPal and she confirmed we were all set when we last spoke. The end result was Amiee used poor judgment to attempt to call me the day before my event on my office number - not my cell phone - and because I was out of the office preparing for this event, my party was left barren of balloons. She was extremely unprofessional on the phone the day of the event and acted as if I was at fault for not returning her single phone call the day before my event. This is 2019- you call and/or text someone on their cell phone if you need them urgently. You attempt more than one phone call. We had detailed conversations and emails about these plans. This was not an offshoot call for services. We meticulously planned for this event. As a professional courtesy Amiee could have shown up to the event and ensured payment prior to any installment. Obviously, my commitment to the event was evident in our diligent conversations and emails leading up to the event. To say this company was a disappointment is an absolute understatement. I have yet to receive an apology. There has been no attempt to reconcile for this terrible service. I would not recommend my worst enemy use this company.

I'm glad it was held inside with air conditioning. This is July in Florida and eating outside wouldn't have been fun. I saw that my friends already had a table when we got there. Clyde and I joined them. There were chafing dishes set up in the back of the room. People were called up in groups by the number on their table. We were at table number 31 so we had a bit of a wait. No problem. The serving line went quickly. When our table was called we got in line. I noticed that there were servers dishing out the food. Not only does that prevent people from overloading their plates and the serving utensils aren't being handled by everybody. Even though we were at one of the last tables to be called there was still plenty of food. It didn't look like they had run out of anything. The food was very good. There were hamburgers, hot dogs, bbq chicken, and ribs. Side dishes included corn on the cob, baked beans, coleslaw, and potato salad. A separate condiment table was set up with the usual fixings. Mustard, ketchup, relish, mayonnaise, sour kraut, shredded cheese and more. They had thought of everything. Separate tables were set up with bottled water, and cans of ice tea, and a variety of sodas. Later a dessert table was set up with chocolate chip cookies and brownies. The food was delicious and there was plenty left for anyone that wanted more. I took off one star because nobody recycled. At the end of the party Pride workers were picking up trash. I noticed that everything was going in large trash cans. I stopped one of Pride's workers to ask if they recycled. I didn't really get a straight answer, but it was obvious that they didn't since the trash can had lots of empty water bottles and soda cans. Even if there's no recycle bins in sight recyclable items could have been separated into trash bags. I know it takes extra effort to recycle but I think it's important.

I heard back from her at 7:55PM saying; "Hello so sorry to respond late but let the company know earlier today that I was stuck at work and wouldn't be able to leave until really late. I just got out of work 15min ago. I won't be able to make until like 9:30 if I do go" I was so sad as my 3 year old was waiting for the princess at the door with her face full of illusion to see her favorite princess come to see her for her birthday. So I asked why when she contacted me through the day she didn't mentioned anything and she said "I let her know and I even told them since yesterday that I was't 100% sure I wold be able to do it and we had a last minute meeting at work. The communication was beyond horrendous--every time I called, I was told I would receive a call back that never came, and every time I texted, I was ignored completely. Their excuse was always that weekends were busy, even when I reached out on a Tuesday or Wednesday. I had to repeat the number of tables and chairs I needed multiple times to both owners, and it was clearly written on my invoice, yet when I arrived, it was still wrong. The audacity of Elizabeth to tell me that I gave her the wrong numbers--when she had them typed out on my invoice--was unbelievable. When I calmly brought up that their communication had been extremely poor, Elizabeth became very aggressive and defensive, repeatedly asking "how" and then proceeding to blame me for every issue. Despite me having proof of everything, she continued to deny any wrongdoing. I had also informed them several times that I was renting a soft play area, yet she later claimed I never mentioned it and demanded insurance for it on the day of the event. Of course, I complied, but what truly frustrated me was learning from the soft play company that they had done multiple events at this venue and had never once been asked for insurance before. Thankfully, being professionals, they sent the documentation within minutes. Now, about the venue itself--it was absolutely disgusting. The chairs were mismatched and stained, the curtains had brown stains along the bottom, and the tables were all different sizes. The floors appeared to be painted black, but the paint smelled strange and was full of dents and divots that were actual tripping hazards. They advertise having two bathrooms, but there's only one. Most of the items included in their "packages" were run-down, broken, or dirty. We were also told multiple times that the parking lot would be empty on Saturday, so there would be no issues with parking. That was another blatant lie. The lot was completely full, and many of my guests had nowhere to park. Some had to leave their cars behind other vehicles, others had to park far away, and a few even had to go home and Uber back, which was a huge inconvenience--especially since we specifically confirmed parking availability ahead of time. The final straw came at the end of the event. Even though they charge a cleaning fee, my group decided to tidy up a bit to be courteous. The woman who came to clean was alone--expected to stack all the chairs, move tables, and clean the entire venue by herself. She even had to ask us to take out our own trash because she couldn't carry it. Of course, we helped her, but it's completely absurd that guests are paying a cleaning fee and still doing the cleaning themselves. For the love of God, do not waste your time or money at this venue. The experience was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The only bright spot was Linda, who I believe is the other owner--she was kind, polite, and genuinely tried to help. If you absolutely have to book here (which I strongly advise against), deal only with Linda. Elizabeth, on the other hand, was an absolutely dreadful person to communicate with, and her attitude and lack of professionalism made an already bad situation even worse. UPDATE: Based on the reply from the vendor once again they do not take accountability for anything, I also have calls, messages and multiple people who heard our conversations, if we want to show documentation, I have A LOT! It would be great if they took responsibility and did better for other clients in the future. Telling me that I am making false remarks and changing the narrative to fit their own benefits, only strengthens everything I mentioned before. At the end of the day I do NOT benefit in any way by speaking the truth about what happened so why would I make "false remarks". Once again they are saying things they had promised in the beginning when I had booked and then never delivered which is why I am frustrated. Take responsibility for saying one thing and doing another, you are a business and you are selling one thing while advertising another. Hopefully they'll see the errors in their way before they ruin someone else's experience.

I knew exactly what I was getting, and it made planning a breeze. Finding the location was probably the toughest part, but honestly, that was more on me than on them. Everything was handled for us. It was such a relief to not have to worry about a thing in the moment. We also got both photos and videos, which was awesome. I'm so glad I took the risk and I was very grateful for my experience. The photos came out great and our ceremony was so perfect and intimate. We chose this company because it was affordable, the had a special going for the tiki parasol package. We wanted to elope but wanted an intimate beach ceremony. We requested a sunset wedding and the timing they accommodated us with was perfect. There ended up being two photographers who captured lots of different angles. They took so many photos my jaws hurt from smiling (lol) but I was very thankful for them all later. I must also mention I opted out of the silk bouquet and created my own because they didn't offer sunflowers. I will say there are two items from the package I never received: Personalized keepsake copy of vows Personalized keepsake marriage certificate Other than that I had a great experience and was able to get digital copies of all my photos for $99 (300+ photos, the package only included 75) If you want something small and intimate this is the way to go.
