Unfortunately, we've had several situations that called for repairs - - - once being rear-ended and 3 times being hit while parked. Fortunately, we were referred to Faith Collision (and David) by our insurance company the first time and they've been our go-to from that point on whenever we needed body work repairs. It's easy communication between them and our insurance company (USAA) and basically all we do is drop the car off and pick it up when it's done. On one occasion, I couldn't find a friend available to accompany me when I dropped the car off and someone from Faith was nice enough to drive me to Enterprise (just a few blocks away) to pick up my rental. A couple of other times parts were not available, and that caused delays in the car being ready, but that's just part of living on an island and that's beyond anyone's control. Their work is precise, detailed and communication is great. On top of this, everyone we've encountered there is friendly, warm and just easy to work with. Not wishing we'll need their services anytime again soon, but if and when we do, we'll be back. read more

Met with Faith Collision through insurance to receive an estimate on the damages of my car. Aiden gave the vehicle a thorough inspection and a quick return time on an estimate. I worked through USAA insurance to repair my vehicle and Aiden gave me a date to drop off the vehicle. In fact, Aiden updated me a week later and stated I can drop the vehicle off at an earlier date since I had requested to be notified if an opening became available. After dropping off my vehicle, I was given weekly updates on my vehicle from both Aiden and David. After a week in the shop, my vehicle was ready for pickup. Displeased with experience. Took Mom's vehicle in for body work and paint touchup outside of insurance. Pointed out 5 areas to be addressed during estimating, emphasizing to make the car, "like new". Received estimate and had repairs done. During pick-up, noted 2 of 5 areas not done. Through multiple discussions, was informed multiple times it was "my fault" for not checking and disputing the estimate details prior to drop off. Yea, I should have checked but, assumed that during the estimate walk through and pointing out the most obvious 3-foot scratches, it was a given to be addressed. The offered remedy was another 5-days in the shop and an estimated additional $2k for what was left off the original request. Original $3+k repair involved 7-days in shop, door/quarter panel scratch repair, replacing passenger side mirror housing (not motor/servo - just housing), one (1) minor bumper kiss repair & matching pain/clear coat. Fortunate to be in a place in life to select where to spend our money so opted for "Faith" based on our perceived shared beliefs. Disappointed. The work that was actually done is good, just disappointed in the overall experience, assignment of blame to us and lack of effort on their part of remedy this situation. read more

In April 2025, someone did a hit/run to my 2018 RAV4 and damaged the front bumper and passenger side fender. I brought my RAV4 to Faith Collision for body/paint work. In early May 2025, I showed up to inquire about an estimate and they advised I would need an appointment; however quickly fit me in that same day. The shop estimator, Aden, was wonderful and walked me through all of the specific work that would be done and parts that would be replaced. I was super impressed. Aden later sent a quote (which was reasonable) and we scheduled repairs for mid-June. After drop off, Faith Collision had the car for approximately 9 days. I was super happy with the updates they provided while they had the car And then....day of pickup... The employee that did the walk around inspection was super nice. I immediately noticed what appeared to be orange peel in the front bumper under both headlights. After running my hand over it, it felt like sandpaper. I mentioned this to the employee. He responded "it's just a little bit of roughness." I stood there with a puzzled look on my face. He kept saying how the body work had a lifetime guarantee for as long as I own the vehicle. I was upset, but figured it wasn't too bad and maybe something I could live with. Over the next few weeks, I noticed other imperfections. The passenger side fender paint has a bunch of "trash" (dust particles) through the finish, the passenger side fender well is missing clips, and there are multiple paint runs on the passenger side front door where they blended the paint from the fender. Most frustrating: Last week, when washing the car, I found multiple large areas of overspray on the rear of the car. Overall, super disappointed with the quality of work. I would like to think whoever conducts quality control on their finished work would have caught this. Apparently not. read more

It took a minute to get it in the shop, but they had to order aftermarket parts so that makes sense. Stopped in just to get their opinion on how to best take care of some paint and scratches on the rubber fender around the rear tire (result of me scraping the side of my garage). They took a look and instead of immediately recommending replacement suggested a couple of treatments. Reasoning being that if they didn't work we could still go the replacement route. I got a call 2 days later my car was done! They called the rental car service and the dealership to get everything I needed settled. So in my initial review, I assumed that David, the person who handled all of this was the owner as he said there wasn't anyone above him. After escalating the situation with my insurance company, I came to find that David is just the manager. The owner is actually a woman who was appalled by what was happening and had no prior knowledge of it. After meeting with her and my insurance representative, she is working to make the situation right. I will continue to update as I feel every person should have an opportunity to right a wrong if possible. read more

I got my car repaired here this week and I'm SO happy that I did! Everyone here was so nice, reliable, and responsive. I felt like I was always in the "know" and always felt like I was in good hands. I'm a young woman so I often feel like I get taken advantage of at auto shops and body shops because I literally know nothing about cars.. with these guys though I could tell that they had my best interest in mind and that they were very trustworthy. David even fixed my trunk handle for me free of charge so nice!!! And all the other repairs were done so perfectly as well! My car looks even better than it did before my little accident!! Super sketchy place, wouldn't trust it with an objective quote. I went here and they asked me seven times if I wanted to get it repaired here or just a quote. The reason why they ask this, is, if they get the job to fix your damages, they will quote big money so they can make a big profit repairing your car, if you tell them you won't repair your car here, then they will make a low cost quote. If your quote cost is too low and you can't get the damages fixed, liberty mutual will tell you to get them to fix the damages, and they will send additional bills back to liberty mutual. They aren't there to help you, They aren't there to fairly quote the damages They have one job and one job only, To get the job, and to do your repair And if you don't agree to have your car repaired there, or if you want some other shop to do it, you just have to walk away and make peace with getting 28 dollars for your trouble. This place is extremely unprofessional, you wouldn't guess that people are working here, more like hanging out. I had an employee examining my damage, some random stranger popped out of a street parked car without a work uniform and started arguing with my adjuster about the damages, saying there are no damages, Right in front of me! Then without my permission or request he spent one minute scraping melted paint off my of bumper as I watched in horror and silence There was a crack where the paint split, and after the random stranger was done peeling off melted paint, he rubbed the dust into the crack, hiding the crack like the dust was wax, then he barked to my adjuster to take a picture to show there was no damage. If he did that to a super car, he would get sued for all his money and would be banned from working around cars forever. But I guess because it's not a super car, I guess I have to have my time wasted and walk away read more

Even though it was before they opened, Harley was nice enough to look at the damage, assess it, and then provide a solution. The staff could've easily given me attitude, and I was expecting them to be annoyed, but this place is 100% awesome! I chose to not go with this auto body shop because after I explained the issue with my vehicle the first person I talked to laughed about how the accident happened and continued by asking me to send them pictures of the accident. When I did I never got a response back so I decided to call and when I did I asked them if they reviewed my photos and they said "oh yeah everyone saw those.." and continued to make me feel bad about what had happened instead of giving me a quote. I think the staff needs to be more understanding that when people come to a shop like this something traumatic might have happened to that person and making fun and belittling someone because of that is not ok. I am so very happy I took my car here. I was devastated that I hit a pole with my car (2 years) - I got quotes and estimates from several auto places and none were as fair, nice and helpful as Faith Collision center. They were so detailed and professional and I felt so confident in their work and professionalism. My biggest concern was the color match because my car is blue and a b**** to clean. But they did an amazing job. Car looks so good. Dropped it off Monday, got it back Thursday- new bumper, dent and paint perfect and new tail light. Very impressed with their work and service they completed on our Escalade from a hit run incident while our car was parked. We called to inquire about making an appointment for an estimate, and they were able to accommodate us immediately. Mike greeted us, took some pictures, and got back to us in an hour or so with an estimate with reasonable pricing. They also recommended other companies and options to fix dents on our tailgate to save us money since it didn't require painting. They could have just said nothing and fixed it for way more money than it would have costed if work was done by a dent removal company. Appreciated their honesty. Part of the job was covered by insurance which they took care of directly with the insurance company. The other part was to repair rust on our driver's door window side. The final cost of the portion we were responsible for came out less than the estimate. A very pleasant surprise. The job took a week and they called twice to provide updates. Each time they called, they were also very attentive in ensuring we had a rental car while the work was being done (which we didn't need). Upon pick up, David reviewed the repairs with us and showed genuine interest in ensuing we walk away happy. He was also helpful in referring us to other companies to assist with headliner and vinyl repair. It is clear the new management team is doing a great job! I needed a quote for damage caused to my vehicle. Initially I had called to make a reservation for an estimate of the damages. I called a couple of days later just to verify the time I was supposed to be coming in and that same clerk said she doesn't have a reservation on me. After looking around, The lady then told me that the reservation was made in my husbands name(Im not married). When I ask her to set up a new reservation because she clearly doesn't have one on me, she proceeds to tell me to contact my insurance company and have them send my documentation over in order for me to set up an appointment for an estimate on the damage. I told her that I would have to call her back after I speak with my insurance company and she laughed and hung up the phone. I was immediately turned off by her lack of customer service and professionalism and didn't proceed to book another appointment because of this. read more

My children's basketball hoop fell on my car during a recent windstorm, which damaged my entire passenger side of the car - both doors, mirror and even the top. I took it to Faith Collision Center of Hawaii and I couldn't be happier. They were prompt, professional, courteous and communicative throughout the entire process.
