    Just got off the phone with Wendy. Very sweet and professional on the phone. I had requested from a particular auto repair company an estimate just to paint my bumper on Yelp, and apparently was sourced out to many others. Received a message from SH Fender, whom I did not reach out to, that the next step to proceed was to call for a phone consultation. I then "ringy dinged" them. My car is in excellent condition, 9 yrs new, 19k miles, and has no dents to the bumper...just scratches. Now folks this is a "bumper", not using Geico, moola is coming out of my back pocket. In order to secure an estimate, Wendy kindly told me it would cost me $150 bux. Sounds as though having Geico as a premier client, they have no need for "walk-ins" to be bothered with.

    Got merged into by a big truck on the Pali and took some front fender damage. Seen that GEICO had S H Fender Shop on their list of trusted repair shops close to where I live, so I wasted no time in trying their service for repairs. The process from getting the estimate done and being put up in a rental car for the duration of the repair was super smooth, and these guys kept me informed throughout the repair process. I know these before and after pics and videos are nice, but I PROMISE YOU that's just the cherry on top of what they do best, which is putting the customer first. They are highly personable, friendly, transparent and professional in all that they do. They even took care of some undamaged parts that had some wear and tear just because they wanted the overall aesthetic to look as balanced with the new repairs as possible! They also ensured me that the repaired parts are under warranty should anything else go wrong. My hat's off to these guys; keep up the excellence!

    I could not be any happier with my experience at S H Fender Shop! These folks did an amazing job repairing my Rogue after I was sideswiped by someone. I've attached a couple before and after photos, and my car looks good as new!! Not only did they repair the damage wonderfully, in the process they even fixed up a bunch of other dings and scratches I definitely was not expecting that and it was such a nice and pleasant surprise. The entire process was super simple. I literally walked in off the street late Friday afternoon and the nice stuff welcome to me and Rob promptly looked at my car. They discussed the process with me, time frames, etc. I felt so comfortable with their staff and with the good reviews online, I decided to let them fix my car since I liked them and they had the time to take me on. They said they'd order the parts needed, and a week later I got a call saying I can drop off my car. They even called Enterprise and got me a shuttle from the shop to pick up my rental! I dropped off my car on Friday the 8th and picked it up Friday the 15th. Like I said, the car looks better than new and I am so impressed by the team that works there, their work, and how they went above and beyond. Hopefully I never need such repairs again, but if I do S H Fender will be the first place I turn to for help! My repairs also went through the Geico coverage of the person that hit me, and S H Fender made the entire process super simple. I don't think I could be any happier. Rob was also super nice when I picked up the car. I had some random questions on the shop repair process in general, and he even took me back to show me where they do some of the work! Rob seems like a truly genuine, honest and nice guy, I can't say enough about him. Thanks S H Fender!!

    My car was hit on the drivers side. Luckily the other party's insurance took care of the repair. Took my car to S H Fender as I've done in the past. However this would be my first repair by them. Needless to say I can't really tell it's been repaired/repainted. They did an amazing job, would use them again.

    This is what was repaired and now it looks like brand new again.

What really sets Baba's Auto apart is how they go *above and beyond*. They fixed my rear license plate even though it had nothing to do with the repair, and they even topped off my windshield wiper fluid.     I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share our experience…read more Our 2011 Toyota RAV4 has been at Encore Collision since October 2025 for repairs. Over several months, we were repeatedly told that work was in progress, parts were on order, or that the vehicle was nearing completion. It's March 31, 2026 and it is still not finished. However, during multiple in-person visits, there has been little to no visible progress. Communication has been inconsistent, and there were times we arrived during business hours and no one was available. We understand that delays can happen, but the lack of transparency and follow-through has been extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. We also observed signage indicating BBB accreditation; however, the BBB website currently lists this business as not accredited, which was confusing and concerning. At this point, we have had to escalate the matter in order to seek resolution. We hope this can still be resolved professionally, but based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to proceed with caution as there are many red flags despite the positive reviews.

We needed to get that fixed along with the bumper. We took it to Encore and they quoted us $3700. A few days later they called and said that it would be another $400 for a part. Two days later they said that it would be another $200. When we finally went to pick up the car we saw that the bumper was fixed. They also fixed some other things in the front, since it was pushed back. When I inquired about the fix for the anti-freeze the guy had no idea what I was talking about. We had a new bottle of anti-freeze in the trunk and they put it in the car for us. It didn't leak out, which was a good sign. We drove it to Costco a block down and saw that all the anti-freeze was leaking out. We called the guy and dropped the car off again. He called the next day and said it would cost $800 to fix the anti-freeze leak. A day later he called and said it would be another $400 to fix the inverter. All in all, the hubby paid around $6000 for something they quoted as $3700. That plus the fact that they had our car for over three weeks. When we finally picked up the car they did give us a complimentary car wash, which we appreciated. We've had the car back for four days now and thankfully it's running smoothly.

    I had a paint job for my Versa, and the shop removed the letters and car insignia on the trunk door…read moreof the station wagon. They replaced the large insignia, but they said that I would have to put back the small letters myself. Also while cleaning the car for an inspection, in addition to finding the small letters for the trunk door, I found water in my wheel well for the spare tire in the trunk. I told them that they forgot to reattach the other end of a plastic tube that ran rain water in the trunk door top right corner. They said that they don't detach that. But they had detached the rubber foam seal on trunk door when they painted the car. The seal is in the same area of the door as the plastic tube. If I had known ahead of time about the small letters, I might not have gotten the work done there. Usually shops will replace whatever they took off the car, and not leave everything inside the car for the owner to put back. To be fair, they did put back some of the stuff I found in the car after I picked up the car- like the car insignia, the rubber foam seal on the trunk door.

    So after negotiating a drop off date (16 May) to get my truck repainted, it took 11 days to start…read moreworking on it. 27 May. It was finished and ready for pick up on 6 June. I was off island until that evening. They were closed 7 June and I picked it up 8 June. The repainted color I am satisfied with but the detail work was mediocre at best. There is a ton of overspray on the rubber around the windows and rear view mirrors. Additionally, there are already a few chips in the paint in a few spots which will be a problem in the near future. This has been months of frustration. I am now just over it and will not return to this establishment again for paint work. I will say that the manager was apologetic about the delays due to staffing issues but honestly due to the way this was handled initially, I should have been a top priority and more detail and attention should have been given to my vehicle. In the manager's defense, he did take matters into his hands and conducted a majority of the work himself and I am appreciative of that. I have spent the last 2 hours attempting to clean up the overspray and it will take me several more to get it all removed. Overall , I wish this would have been handled better but you live and you learn. Again, I am satisfied with the color but not the delays in service nor the level of attention to detail. I paid a pretty penny for my vehicle and the paint job was not cheap. The expectations were high but not met. This is my honest assessment and I have no hard feelings towards the establishment nor the folks I have dealt with during this process. Mahalo!
