In addition, the moss was not dying. I brought this to their attention each time, and was assured that they use a spray treatment now due to the pitch of my roof. But each year, more moss grew. Finally this last year I contacted them to schedule service, now needing moss removal in addition to treatment. They ghosted me. I had been a customer for ~10 years.
