During the call the pricing was explained and I was told the Veterinarian prefers cash. This would have been $650 in CASH to hand over while holding my dead cats. I explained I did not want to pay in cash. There was a hesitation and then the response was we will have the Vet reach out to you. An hour later the Vet called and we scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon and she asked me, will you be paying in cash? I said no, again a sigh and well I will have admin call you to collect the payment. Later that night I received a phone call requesting the $650 payment and I said I would pay a deposit but I preferred to pay the whole amount via a credit card the day of the service. I was told that's not their policy but I would get a call back later that night. No call back. Thursday late afternoon they called back while I was in a work meeting and I didn't check the voicemail. After picking my son up from daycare, dinner, bath, bed I go to check my message and at the same time these people are texting me. Essentially the message was confirming I was paying cash. When I responded saying I wasn't paying in cash they called me....at 10pm on a Thursday night. I am screenshotting this text exchange and yes I was upset. My cat is dying a slow death and this company is soulless. I get this is a business for them but there are other ways to go about it AND what kind of PROFESSIONAL service insists on their clients paying them in cash.

I said "excuse me", and she had a very cold look on her face. She preceded to tell me " she having a bad day and if she finds a bag of fur laying around she'll call, and walked away and left me by myself in the front lobby. Although I didn't witness the cremation, I know he took exceptional care of my python just from the brief conversation I had with him when I made the arrangements. I requested to chat with him and he took time out of his day to do just that. I also spoke with Ashley who handled processing the cremated remains. She too took time out of her day to talk with me. She was also very professional and listened to my requests without any hesitation. She followed my requests without issue.
