Saturday, 7/15/23 called last minute for an appt while waiting for Saturday buffet to open...easy scheduling. Cindy. Attentive. While slight language barrier she adjusted pressure (lighter ..lighter..) when asked or reacted to my jumps. My jumps (non verbal) works great communicating that it doesn't feel right or good. Very sensitive. I know I'm plump and fluffy but that makes me that much more delicate. (Wink and a smile). I have no clue why these establishments feel they need to put extra gumption to massage me. I said I want to relax and a gentle massage. The pricing is reasonable. 1 hour massage was too short. I'll come back for 90 min or 2 hours when I'm up this way again for a me (indian food and massage) day. Cash or card. But she will encourage cash payment. The card fee was $1.45 which I didn't mind. But she says, you have cash. (Nosy a$@ watching me count my $). Oh yeah, finally a spa owner that knew how to generate a receipt when paying cash...square. I have been a customer at this place for several years. About two weeks ago, I came in for a Head-to-Toe service. Before I even reached my chair, three different people asked if I wanted a body massage. They have a new masseuse who also asked me again. I kindly declined, but he suggested a 30-minute body massage and a 30-minute foot massage. I told him that I've been coming here for a long time, and I know exactly what I want. I made it clear that I didn't want to discuss it any further. Just five minutes into the session, he had the audacity to ask if I wanted CBD lotion (heads up it's $20 and $10 for coconut oil. LOL). I firmly said no. I returned this Thursday and encountered the same masseuse. I thought we had sorted this out last time, so it should be fine. But NO, he started pestering me AGAIN! I told him that if he didn't stop, I would leave. Despite this, he continued to push the body massage. I couldn't believe his freaking insanity! I got up and left. It's totally disgusting, unprofessional and unacceptable, and they've lost a loyal client because of this. read more

I made an appointment over text for a 90 minute foot reflexology massage. The person I was texting clearly agreed and understood this was a foot only reflexology massage for 90 minutes, but when I arrived the women there were expecting to provide a body massage and were completely confused when I showed them the conversation over text that I had with someone at their business when I booked my appointment. They quickly set up my foot massage with someone who clearly didn't know foot reflexology and provided a terrible service for about 30 minutes until someone else stepped in and was able to provide foot reflexology for the remaining hour. I was still charged the full price even though I only received an hour of the service. read more

Hallelujah! Had a two hour massage with Wendy today and I feel like a brand new human. She might be the most technical and effective massage therapist I've ever had - just wow wow wow. BE AWARE, her deep tissue/therapeutic massages are NOT for the faint of heart - she is legit changing how your entire body functions. I came in with terrible back pain and met Sonia. I usually only get one hour massage at other massage parlors but after 15 minutes I knew her I was going to stay for 90 minutes. My pain resolved and I highly recommend Sonia. Update 1/3/17 came in to see Sonia and was asked if I wanted 4 hand massage Amy. First time I have ever had a 4 hands massage and it was wonderful. Constant pressure all over my body where 2 hands fails to give same feeling. I elected to come here before my scheduled surgery the next day just to unwind... I went in with the anticipation of relaxing and getting mind mind of of what was ahead. I received the 30 minute foot reflexology and 1 hour body message.... The foot reflexology was very nice. Your feet are placed in a foot bowl with Chinese medicine and begins to soak while you are sitting in a dim room while the music is playing very relaxing at first... Now the massage was a different story... I was laid upon a table where you can tell someone's makeup was on clothed part... I elected to let that slide and just place a paper towel there... While receiving the message we were next to music retail store where we heard DRUMS BEATING THROUGHOUT THE ALLOTTED TIME. I was willing to forgive for a great message.. Unfortunately that did not happen because I woke up sore... Needing a pain pill and can not take one. My back and neck really hurt! I really really wanted to like this place.... I've been to many massage parlors and this is the best one I've been to thus far. Even with the fact that I had to move my appointment time twice due to traffic, they were still more than accommodating. Me and my boyfriend did a 90 min couples massage (for $90 which is very reasonable) and it was definitely worth it. I typically ask for lighter pressure but this was my first experience where the masseuse actually nailed it on the head. The ambience was very relaxing and the staff was very professional yet welcoming. This location is approximately an hour drive from where I reside but I will definitely still be returning! read more

The foot massage felt great and for only $20 for 30 minutes, a great price. The chairs are very comfortable and it seems very clean. A few constructive criticisms: 1. The woman giving the massage was on her phone throughout the massage and it kept ringing or a ding for a text massage would come in. A few times to stopped the massage to answer it. I felt her phone should be on silent or not in use during a massage. It just kinda ruined the calming atmosphere . 2) I think There was construction or something going on in another part of the shop that was very loud. Again sort of ruining the calming atmosphere. Maybe do it during nonbusiness hours? 3) in the middle of my massage the masseuse had to leave the room because another customer entered the store. She had to talk to him and put him in a massage room and then come back to be. Would have been better if another employee was working so she did not have to pause my massage. I'm willing to give this place another chance and hoping it was just short staffed and doing some updates in the salon. read more

I am so upset with the service I received today. I made an appointment for 1pm and I get there to find out the lady at the front desk will be giving me the massage. Ok no problem, but what I thought actually came true. My foot massage just started , about 5 minutes into it and someone walks in , she barely excuses herself and walks to the front to attend the person who walked in . After waiting 5 minutes she returns only for her to have to walk back out in 10 mins . This happened 3 times until during my body massage I decided to get up and leave . I told her that she had walked out during my massage three times and it wasn't relaxing at all . She tried to explain herself but because of the language barrier we couldn't communicate at all . Edit: 3/8/16. Raised from 3 to 4 stars. I believe they have taken reviews seriously, or else they have a new manager, as the earlier smells that caused me to reduce my rating have been addressed. The place smells clean when you walk in. It's very convenient, location-wise, and I've been to this specific place 4 times. There were 2 older Asian men giving massages when I first visited, and now it would appear to be a mostly female staff. Very nice, and eager to ensure you get good service. If these guys would make use of some aromatherapy and a bit more soothing music, I would give them 5-stars. They have superior technique and are eager to please. I just think the only thing holding them back is to create a more peaceful and enjoyable ambience. Definitely worth giving them a try. read more

Wow this place is great! Can't beat the price and I had James who worked on my feet and he was amazing. The pressure was perfect and he always made sure I was comfortable being 6 months pregnant. The ambience is not bad, they have soft music playing and everything seems clean.
