I went to the pick up counter and stood at the counter for over 5 to 7 minuets before a hostess finally acknowledged me asked if I had been serviced yet, when I told her no she informed me that she was new so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. She tried to help me but she didn't know what she was doing so another coworker tried to come sort it out, then decided to take a phone call in the middle of her trying to retrieve my order leaving her helpless. She got the manager for me and in the middle of him helping me the young man comes up to him and they proceed to have a full conversation, completely ignoring me. And on top of that the manager had the never to scold me about ordering on grubhub suggesting that next time I should use Uber eats , trust me there will NOT be a next time. It's ridiculous that these works can't seem to take a few minutes of their time to actually interact with the customer and get them situated before they break off in to their unnecessary conversations!! Something that should have taken 5 minutes at MOST took over 15 minutes!

Of course the engineer husband had to investigate. The bar was on the opposite side of the wall and the frozen drink machine was against that wall. It was like sitting next to a washing machine. He called him over. The manager said he had nothing to do with it, it was the system. (Uhm, yes, you do have something to do with it. You need to ensure your customers aren't being overcharged).
