They even gave me jalapeños which I loved and didn't have to ask for. When the sandwich was delivered to my table a bottle of sirarcha was provided too and I knew it would be legit. The pork was well flavored and the bread was light and crispy. The sandwich was balanced well & I didn't even need the hot sauce though I did add a little. A few tables inside and a counter area too. Would def be back if I'm in the area.

They made helpful suggestions and also made sure we did not over order, which I appreciated. You can tell they want you to enjoy the meal, not just spend more money. The food overall was really good. I normally do not like hot and sour soup but they nailed it here. It was perfectly balanced and loaded with ingredients like tofu and mushrooms, super delicious and comforting. The fried rice was great and the Mongolian beef was done just right. A lot of places overload that dish with onions and green onions but this one was balanced perfectly. Even if there's ever been an issue with a dish or the service, she's the type of person who just lets it go and never complains. Today was the first time she actually had a problem. She called in an order for salt and pepper prawns because she had been craving them all day. She picked up the food for our family, and when she got home, we realized they had given us salt and pepper pork instead. Mistakes happen, so I called the restaurant and they told me to bring back the pork and they'd have the correct order ready. When I got there, instead of apologizing or simply exchanging the order, they kept insisting my mom had ordered pork. I explained that misunderstandings happen over the phone, but my mom absolutely ordered the prawns. They refused to believe us. Then they wanted to charge an extra $5 for the prawns. At that point, I was tired of going back and forth. It honestly felt like they cared more about nickel-and-diming us over an extra $5 than providing good customer service. I finally said, "Fine, I'll pay." The husband just responded with, "Go," in a very rude tone. That was the moment I realized they were more focused on collecting the extra $5 than taking care of a loyal customer. The $5 wasn't even the issue--it was the principle. We drove back because of their mistake, returned the incorrect order, and were still expected to pay extra for the meal that was originally ordered. After supporting this restaurant for over five years, my mom wasn't given the benefit of the doubt even once. Customer service goes a long way, especially with long-time customers. Unfortunately, this experience showed us that loyalty doesn't seem to matter here. If you order takeout, I'd recommend having them repeat your order back to you a few times before you hang up to avoid the same situation.

For food, we ordered the combo seafood kha-prow, which had calamari, shrimp, and Thai basil, as well as the kai-yang, Thai style BBQ chicken. The kha-prow had a nice subtle kick to it and the BBQ chicken was delicious! Super juicy, a great char to it, with some nice sauces served with it. We had this with jasmine rice. For dessert, we got the mango sticky rice and the coconut ice cream, both excellent. There was a slight hiccup on our bill, it had things crossed out/written over (small business style) and they made a mistake, but no worries, we pointed it out and they fixed it. From what I've observed they're pretty honest and they probably do their school assignments anyway it's a great place it has a great jukebox and I think they team up with the Deli pretty cool like and it seems like they've really liked and supported Pacifica for a long time.
