    Before renovation: bar

A totally lovely vibe to come chill, vibe and study. The music is great and the baristas were awesome! Popped in the day right before they closed for reservations, so didn't take many photos. However it's lovely homey place, with plants to give it a more welcoming vibration. They also don't use milk which is the first time I've ever heard that at a coffee place and thought it was super awesome! (I'm an Oat girl) hope y'all enjoy!

Iced matcha latte with coconut milk, and vegan nachos

I love this place! When I came here for the first time I was pleasantly surprised how great the food and drinks are. It's become one of my favorite vegan spots in Nashville. The food options were limited today, maybe they sold out early, so I tried the nachos and had an iced matcha latte with coconut milk. The coconut milk tasted sooo good, and I confirmed they make it from scratch! The nachos were great too. Everything was fresh and delicious. The baristas were very nice and friendly, and the bar and interior is really cute!

Great choice of vibes in the front and back. I enjoyed my oat milk (or was it coconut?) latte with honey and cinnamon on top, recommended by the barista. Music was good but too loud for a conference call though I'm sure they would have lowered it if I asked. Lots of water and glasses to promote hydration.

Awesome vegan spot in wedgewood-Houston! Their brunch is not to be missed, the bodega sandwich is 10/10! The pastelito was inexplicably flaky especially being made without butter- delicious!! Their to go cocktails are also a must try! Definitely check them Out for a great vegan breakfast spot!

Mocha, avo toast and chorizo empanada!

Nice little spot! Love the decor. Very modern/rustic and comforting with lots of greenery. That's my favorite part! Avo toast and empanada presentation was extremely tasteful and had an upscale feeling. The flavor, even better. Avo toast was one of my favorites so far. If you're hungry, get one of each and you'll be just fine. Mocha latte was very good along with great latte art. Staff was very welcoming. I really felt at home and comfortable there. Plenty of outlets to plug in at the bar if you need to work. The establishment is 2-in-1 with a cocktail bar in the back that opens in the evening. The coffee house also offers come cocktails and mixed coffee drinks if you care to indulge. Would for sure be back! Update... went back for lunch. It was totally my fault that I forgot the chicken on the salad was not chicken and instead was plant based and had a weird taste. I ordered the chop salad. It was drenched in dressing which I did not like the taste of. The whole salad seemed to be overwhelmed with the dressing taste which seems to maybe have some tumeric or something in it. I am not vegan so I did not like the plant based chicken at all. Disappointed but it was more or less my fault for my mix up. I still loved the coffee and my previous post with the toast so I'll be back for those!

    Tumeric latte w/ espresso

Super cute coffee shop! Indoor and outdoor seating. Variety of drinks and eats. I got the iced tumeric latte with a shot of espresso... came out super good. Not too sweet at all. I got my drink for there and took it out to the back patio which had a lot of open seating. Walking towards the back I noticed a full bar and seating area .. turned out it's a club as well. The club doesn't close until 3am, and every last Saturday they have a 70s themed party and dress up. Pretty cool if you ask me. Super cute and classy. Had my drink while I FaceTimed with my sexy man and simply enjoyed the vibe. Will be bringing him there when I visit again... hopefully at night to the club so I can grind on him. It's just a sexy vibe (the club section) I WILL BE BACK.

    Supreme breakfast burrito

I have been to Falcon Coffee Bar 3 times now, but today was the first time I ordered off the menu. I got the supreme burrito with the greens! I was impressed with the greens because most restaurant just throw some wilted sloppy greens on the plate, but Falcon Coffee presented it nicely! I used to be vegan and still eat a lot of plant-based foods, so I loved the burrito and the aioli on it - wish there was a whole side of aioli!

Bone inside of faux chicken wing

This is a neat plant based coffee bar tucked in the booming Wedgewood Houston area. I'm not really a coffee drinker like that but have had the avocado toast, tofu scramble burrito and the "chixin" wings which they don't have on the menu but they are the BOOOOMMMBBB! As of now they only have them on Saturdays. These are the only faux wings that I've had that actually have e texture of a wing and a bone in it for the effect...it is so tasty...the tofu burrito is so filling and seasoned just right. They also sell some kind of coconut brownie (I think it's coconut) but it is BOMB as well! Staff are friendly and I haven't had any issues with parking...you have to park on the streets.

If tasty food is all it takes to make a place great, the Falcon Coffee Bar has it in the bag. The empanadas are very tasty and the bodega sandwich is delicious. I look forward to trying more! The atmosphere is trying to grasp onto feng shui but dying plants have it just out of reach, but hey, minor detail. The only thing holding me back from giving this eclectic plant based cafe 5 stars is the service. There was no greeting when we walked in. We sat at the bar and perhaps it was our own fault to not be aware that you can not order from there. Eventually we had to interrupt the conversation of the employees to ask where we order... just 3 feet away. We will definitely return for the tasty food with high hopes of better service and perhaps an extra star.

This place has delicious food and beverages, a chill vibe and great style. There are so many vegan options! Indoor and outdoor seating with public parking right next door. Definitely a place I recommend you stop in!

Loved this spot! This plant-based coffee bar (which turns into a cocktail bar at night in the back) has a super interesting, eclectic vibe. There are some unique drinks (like the raspberry macchiato with coconut cream that I ordered). The service was super friendly and there is good WiFi and plentiful seating. I recommend visiting their outdoor patio in the back. Sitting in the sun and working or catching up with a friend? Sign me up any day. The food also looked delicious. Definitely hope to return soon!

Absolutely fantastic place, especially a great place to study. They also have GF pastries, which is a great option! If you have a nut allergy, you might be best to stick to black coffee or another drink because of the amount of nut milks and cheeses that are in the place. You can park directly in front of the building or you can go to the new gravel lot next to it.

Super cute coffee shop located in Wedgewood Houston Visited this coffee shop today for the first time with my coworker and was very impressed. It is located over on Houston Street and is attached to the Flamingo Cocktail Bar. I ordered a large iced coffee with caramel syrup and it was very good! I'll have to come back and get one of their doughnuts Pros: + yummy iced coffee syrups (caramel, lavender, mocha) + awesome customer service! The barista was very personal + ample seating and cute decor + street side parking + food options + gorgeously decorated pastries

Anyways the staff is really helpful. As soon as you're seated you're greeted and given the 411 on the place being a scratch kitchen, everything made in house and this is important because it contributes to the amazing quality control. But I digress. They also have merchandise and a pastry kitchen for you to grab and go coffee if you don't have time to enjoy the delicious food at a table. Now you cannot really go wrong here. We started off with the ricotta and honey on sourdough...amazing. And that honey? I wanted to take one home so bad but I did not want to check in my bag for it so I'll have to come by again. I could eat this pairing for days. So good. We stuck to the basics, biscuits with our cravings (chicken on mine, and bacon + egg + cheese on my friends) and a curry. Left leaving stuffed. Those biscuits...you must. 10/10 recommend and will be back!

They also made good espresso drinks. The reason I am giving 3 stars are for 3 main reasons. A) The front of the cafe smells like the sewer - incredibly unappetizing when you walk in or out. B) Our waitress messed up our order. She forgot to bring a Diet Coke. When we questioned her for it, she brought a regular coke instead of a Diet Coke. She then left the regular Coke and still charged us for the Diet Coke. C) There were 4 open tables around us. I had brought a chair next to us for us to put our purses on (they would not stay hanging on the bistro chair due to the rounded back). She told me she needed that chair "because she was planning on filling all the tables." The tables were never filled before we left and I had to cover my purse with my napkin throughout my meal.
