I'll attach what I got below - but I don't feel like they are honest with the pricing. Somehow, a $35 service went to $106. I'll attach a pic of my receipt below but when I asked her to explain how French tips made the service go up $70. Her response was "well you asked for that" but like.... I feel like I got charged more than I should have. The front desk lady also said "well you didn't have to get French tips you could have just gotten your toes painted..." which yes duh I could have but I didn't want that. Also, I wasn't aware but apparently you can walk in and just say "just paint my toes", you don't have to pick one of the services from the menu? (I didn't know this but feel like that should be public knowledge). With all this and the quality coming out not the cleanest, I would not recommend this location.

It seems he was related to one of the owners because a woman walked up to him and told him to make himself useful before he moved to the front desk and slept there instead. Somebody starts working on my pedicure and by the way she's handling the tools, I decided I didn't trust them with a Russian service and decided to do a regular gel pedicure and forget the manicure. When I asked to see the colors , I was brought just a few. When I asked to see more, I was told a lot of the colors are 'bad polish' I just wanted a light pink and that just was not available. The pedicure itself was good. She did a nice job and was very friendly. However, I ended up spending full price ($70 after tip) for what really was a discount experience. I truly would not have left such a tough review if the price came out to be what it was worth which in my opinion is about $45-$50.

I hadn't been there in a little while, and I had a broken toenail and and was able to fix it. The acrylic on each toe was seven dollars for each toe, which isn't too bad to fix a broken toenail. I got the pedicure which was $35 on top of French tip and gel polish. The total came out to about $75 not including tip but for the service and the look of my nails I'd say it was totally worth it.

I had to go out of my way THREE times during my birthday week to fix nails that should have lasted. Today was the third time I came in, and they still tried to charge me again. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept blaming me and saying I need to "be careful" over simple things like opening a door. That's ridiculous. The first and second time my nails broke, I actually bled and my skin was open and painful for days. Thankfully this time I didn't bleed, but that should never happen from a nail service. I even asked to just change the whole set so I wouldn't keep dealing with broken nails, and they refused unless I pay again. I've been getting long nails for years and this has NEVER happened. This is clearly cheap work and low-quality products. Complete waste of time, money, and energy. Never coming back.

Some salons can feel too small and crowded, but the wide layout of Infinity really helped to create a comfortable setting. It was 2 pm in the middle of the work week, so they were quick to take me without an appointment. The tech who removed my set was very quick and gentle. I didn't experience a single moment of burn. Tam did my nails, and she was amazing and so sweet. I was going to get dip powder at first, as I wanted something light and natural to help grow my nails out. However, after Tam explained the difference between dip and builder gel, I felt encouraged to give the latter a try. I'm glad I did, because it was exactly what I was looking for. My nails felt light and natural, but durable. Tam wasn't pushy with her recommendations either, and I appreciate being educated on better ways to maintain my nails. Another thing I noticed was how welcoming all of the staff were. They were chatting with customers like they were old friends, asking about the well being of family members and kindly gossiping. It made the atmosphere all the better. I will definitely be back to continue my builder set, as well as try their other services.

I did a chrome color - pricing was not disclosed prior to me choosing the Chrome either (Beware any add-on is charged. You are basically nickel and dimmed for every choice. My pedicure became an easy $100. Onto the quality of my nails. The quality was horrendous. The tech did not go all the way down to the cuticles so my fresh nails with a brand "new set" (I don't use tips and still got charged for a full set ) it looked like they were already a week old. After having the tech redo them to fix her mistake, they still look like shit. The tips of my nails are missing chunks of chrome. I'm not willing to walk back in there because this manicure and pedicure became an easy $215. I have never in my life paid that much for a simple pedicure and nail set. We came to Houston to try something new and expected it to be a little pricier, but I did not expect to give away my first born child. Nor did I expect to leave completely unsatisfied.
